We looked at reviews after booking this hotel and were nervous we had made a massive mistake. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely Italian lady at the desk who also decided to change our rooms so we would be over looking the pool instead of the street just because they had the rooms available, the rooms were lovely and clean lots of large towels, extra pillows in the wardrobe so we had two each instead of just one, Wi-Fi in reception which also worked in our rooms, the pool was open and was lovely and refreshing, a little dangerous for children as there is about a foot drop from the pool edge to the water level, the pool floor was also slippery and a massive steep drop to the deep end which was very deep so just be sure to have floating aids, we didn’t get to have dinner but we did have breakfast which was lovely and there was lots of options to choose from, all the staff were lovely, kind and couldn’t do enough for us, the morning we left we had to be ready before breakfast started but they let us have coffee’s and the chef even brought us a plate of pastries whilst we waited for our transport, I probably wouldn’t stay here for a two week holiday but if your traveling through the area or staying for a few days like we were then it is perfect, i honestly do wish we could of stayed more than a few days. I don’t know if maybe they have just made huge improvements after negative reviews but we couldn’t believe it was the same hotel in the reviews, it was a lovely place :)

This is a family house, I think four rooms are for guests. Two on the first floor and two on the second. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We got a room on the first floor (actualy i thought we would get the upper floor) . It was a clean room, quite big, a terrace, but no windows and no view. Breakfast was served in a ”tent” outside in the parking lot. Nice atmosphere, and served by the owner. I guess some of the food was home made . Breakfast was not as expected, not a great variety and every morning there were other things missing. Like salt, napkins, eggs, forks etc . Ther was parking available which is one of the reasons we chose this place. I must say however, the photos in the site, look nothing like the room we got. You should consider it when checking this out

Very quiet, clean, spacious. So if you not fan of overcrowded, overpriced places it is great. Swimming pool very clean. Not overcrowded at all. You can relax and enjoy. Breakfast quite good.reception helpful. I liked everything here. There’s a big garden overlooking the sea. Beautiful

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, obwohl aufgrund eines schweren Mangels an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln um mich herum empfehle ich Ihnen sehr, Ihre Fahrerlaubnis zu nehmen, denn ohne es werden Sie gelähmt und um die Orte zu gehen ist schmerzlich. Busse gehen nicht wirklich nach Zeitplan, und Sie brauchen Tickets, die schwer zu bekommen. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnort ist aber super schön, und es ist dort windig, so während der Sommerwärme fühlt es sich schön. Es gibt einen Schwimmbad sehr nah an der Unterkunft, so dass, wenn Sie nicht ins Meer schwimmen müssen, das könnte eine gute Idee sein. Aber auch, der Schwimmbad organisiert Partys jeden Donnerstag, und die Musik ist unglaublich laut, bis 2-3 am ist. Der Wohnort selbst war großartig und sauber und der Besitzer war sehr hilfreich, um zu erklären, wo alles ist. Wenn wir Fragen zu dem Wohnort hatten, würde er mit einer hilfreichen Antwort antworten.

Wutmanagement. Wir beginnen mit der Reservierung mit Booking.com, gleichermaßen schuldig in dieser Komödie von Fehlern. Buchte eine Balkonsuite und erhielt eine Bestätigung. Er kam zu Cosmo und erkannte sofort, dass es keinen Balkon, kleine kleine Schrankraum mit Fenster hatte. Ich zeigte meine Bestätigung an das Front Desk Mädchen, die sagte, was sie von Booking erhalten, sagte nicht balkon, und sie hatten nicht mehr. Was mache ich? Werden Sie eine Erstattung? Nein, das Mädchen sagt, ”es ist nicht das Hotelproblem”. Sie müssen kontaktieren Booking.com. Buchung gibt klar an, welche Probleme im Hotel gelöst werden müssen. ”Nicht die Hotelverantwortung” ruft immer noch in meinen Ohren. Beim Checkout, eine andere Dame schlägt mich ständig wiederholen ... Sie vermuteten es, ”nicht das Hotelproblem”. Also bekomme ich es endlich, dass ich erwartet habe, dass sie mir helfen, Kontakt Booking.com zu halten. Sie sagt eine Stunde, um sie zu kontaktieren. Erhalten Sie das? Wir Checken aus und sie sagen eine Stunde, um Kontakt zu halten. Ich bitte um eine E-Mail für Booking.com. Die Dame sagt, sie kann ihre E-Mail nicht geben. Was? Sie geht weiter zu blasen, dass wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer haben, also ... kein Balkon. Was? Ich wusste nicht, dass alle italienischen Nichtraucherzimmer keinen Balkon haben. Stellen Sie sich das vor? Das A/C ist ein kleines Loch im Decken, sehen Sie das Foto. Die Dusche und das Bad waren für Midgets konzipiert, sehen Sie das Foto. Oh und das Frühstück? Standard kontinentales Frühstückspreis von geschnittenen kalten Schnittstücken und verarbeitetem Käse. Nichts heiß auf dem gesamten Brückentisch. Booking.com Hat noch zu hören, da sie 1 Stunde Haltzeiten haben. Sie werden bald mit einer gleichmäßigen Überprüfung. Auf der Hilton, vielen Dank.
