Es war alles super. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und das Personal einfach super nett. Professionell geführtes Hotel. Das essen im eigenen Restaurant ist hervorragend. Danke an das komplette Team. Tutto è stato fantastico. I proprietari sono davvero gentili e disponibili. E il personale è molto gentile. Hotel gestito in modo professionale. Il cibo nel ristorante è eccellente. Grazie a tutto il team Grazie Clara ti tutto e stato veramente bellisimmo da voi. Seite molto in gamba. Un saluto dalla Germania

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 giorni per andare a Leolandia. Ambiente super confortevole, caldo e accogliente. Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite. Al momento della prenotazione abbiamo chiesto una tripla pur essendo in 4, poiché la bimba piccola può dormire nel lettino da campeggio e la signora alla reception ci aveva avvisato che forse saremmo stati stretti, invece con tutto il lettino aperto ci si muoveva benissimo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile e la colazione abbondante e di qualità. Grazie veramente dell'ospitalità e alla prossima!

Leider haben wir keine guten Erfahrungen mit dem Hotel gemacht. Wir hatten ein Economy Zimmer gebucht und haben ein „Upgrade“ erhalten…. Ein Zimmer mit Seeblick. Toll sollte man meinen, allerdings war es ein sehr kleines Zimmer, ohne Kleiderschrank. Für 7 Tage Aufenthalt inakzeptabel. Wir wollten unser gebuchtes Zimmer, welches uns aber nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden konnte. Für ein anderes Zimmer wurde Aufpreis verlangt. Sehr uneinsichtiges Management. Unsere Koffer standen uns ständig im Weg, wir haben morgens Tetris gespielt. Lassen sie keine Wertsachen im Zimmer, wir haben eine schmerzliche Erfahrung gemacht. Unser Schaden wurde einigermaßen wieder gut gemacht. Dieses Hotel lebt allein von seinem Standort. Der Blick auf den See und Lecco, beim Essen, ist gigantisch!!! Frühstück und das Zimmer waren allenfalls 1-2 Sterne. Sehr enge Parkplätze, weitere Parkplätze sind über eine enge Zufahrt erreichbar, bei der Fahrt runter ist mein Fahrzeug aufgesetzt und beschädigt worden. Wenn man von der Uferstraße reinfährt, gibt es 2 weitere Garagen haben wir nach 3 Tagen entdeckt. Hätte erwartet, das man sowas an der Rezeption kommuniziert. Auch hätte kommuniziert werden müssen, das samstags bis Mitternacht eine lautstarke Hochzeit stattfindet, dann hätte man sich darauf einstellen können…. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist TOP! Der höhere Preis ist absolut angemessen. Beim Frühstück und im Restaurant ist das Personal sehr nett! Ich werde dieses Hotel jedoch nie wieder betreten!!! Habe ich so auch vor Ort kommuniziert.

Das Hotel ist top gelegen. Es sieht relativ modern aus. Das Beste waren die Mitarbeiter. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hat es keine eigene Tiefgarage, es sind jedoch genügend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Was bleibt in Erinnerung? Die schönen ausgestellten Bilder im Hotel, die kostenlosen Erfrischungsgetränke an der Rezeption und das gute Frühstück im Freien.

Ich war hier für eine Nachtstop-Over auf meinem Weg nach Osten Italien und ich werde definitiv zurückkommen. Ich habe am späten Abend geprüft (9.00 Uhr) und der Rezeptionist (David) begrüßt mich. Dieser Kerl lächelt immer und ist sehr offen für schöne Gespräche. Er gab mir auch sehr gute Ratschläge für Orte zu besuchen und wo zum Einkaufen gehen. Wenn ich irgendwelche Fragen zum Hotel oder was anderes hatte, war er völlig offen, um mit 100% zu helfen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden! Auch das Personal am Morgen am Frühstück war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Vielen Dank für meinen perfekten Aufenthalt und sehen Sie sehr bald. Besonders dank Davide freue ich mich sehr auf etwas mehr Zeit mit Ihnen zu reden. Vielen Dank!

Check in was smooth and easy with the helpful and friendly staff. A comfortable room and I had one of the best sleeps on a trip around this part of Italy. A clean and modern bathroom too. I had dinner in the restaurant which was very busy and popular and the food was excellent and with large portions at a good price. There is also a large car park outside the hotel where you can park for free. I had a very enjoyable stay and would be happy to book there again.

Ausgezeichneter Blick und unverantwortliche Reinigkeit! Es ist jedoch ein Polyglot-Personal, niemand spricht Französisch, und einige Gastgeber haben sogar Schwierigkeiten, Englisch zu sprechen .. fotos ligeiramente engagantes porque realmente no teníamos de pinceaux (es es ist ein Detail, aber für ein 4* es ist ein wenig Grenze) Sauna ”out service”, 3 Maschinen im Sportraum .. ein wenig Grenze auch für einen 4*! Das Restaurant muss Fisch lieben, weil ... es ist nur das auf der Karte. Le p’tit dej, le personnel du matin n’est pas franchement agréable .. Das Buffet ist zwar richtig, aber es gibt keine große Wahl, während der Preis hoch bleibt .. (27. für zwei für 3 Morgen). Ich denke, es gibt noch ein gutes Passagehotel, aber nicht für mehrere Nächte.
