Eingebettete Bäume , gefüllter Fluss mit Wels , Barsch und auch Forelle in der Nähe der Herbstsaison wegen des Klimas ... danke Jungs für die Aufnahme unserer Familie während unseres Aufenthalts !!! Das Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommend und hatte in dieser schwierigen Zeit aufgrund der Covid-Pandemie die entsprechenden Vorsichtsmaßnahmen getroffen.

Das Büropersonal scheint auf Anfrage Anfragen zu erfüllen. Erinnert mich an ein 4-star Hotel minus ein Starbucks und Frühstücksausstattung. Nicht viel Frills, aber für den Preis kann man es absolut nicht schlagen.

Mein Mann und ich blieben im Red Roof Inn, New Braunfels zurück im Dezember. Von der Anruf zu bestätigen Haustiere Politik zu prüfen war eine große Erfahrung. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr nett und lassen Sie uns wissen, dass sie uns lieben, unseren Hund zu bringen, als zu verstehen, wie Hunde Teil der Familie sind. Großer Preis und wirklich geräumige Zimmer, wie wir den obersten König reserviert. Das Front Desk wusste wirklich, wie wir uns begrüßen und war sehr freundlich und immer lächeln. Sicherlich wird er bald wieder besuchen.

While this property is well located and looks good from the outside, once you get into the rooms you see another story. Our room, while clean, was in disrepair. Here is a list of the issue we found Kitchen The ice maker did not work Only one burner on the stove worked There was missing silverware Some silverware showed obvious damage Bathroom The light fixture in the bathroom was VERY rusty The towel hanger on the wall would fall off each time you hung a towel on it There were obvious repairs in the walls that were done shoddily The toilet was very difficult to flush Living Space Both beds appeard to have damaged mattress/box spring...one side of each bed was sunken in The air conditioner had difficulty cooling the room Bedside phone wouldnt' work...I needed to call the front desk and they couldn't hear me Other Someone on my floor was smoking tobacco and *********. The smell made it's way into our room. It was reported to the front desk and nothing was done. When you pay to stay at a smoke free property, that's exactly what you should expect to get....no smoke...of any kind. Staff The staff at this property are the sole saving grace. We found them to be pleasant and helpful (except for the smoking issue). Caviat Emptor.

Tolle Lage und hat ein wundervolles historisches Flair, wenn Sie durch die Rückseite herauskommen !!!! Hohe Bäume, würde ich sagen, über hundert Jahre alt und ein natürliches Flussufer, das vom Comal-Fluss ziemlich nahe an den Guadalupe-Fluss anschließt. Eingebettete Bäume , gefüllter Fluss mit Wels , Barsch und auch Forelle in der Nähe der Herbstsaison wegen des Klimas ... danke Jungs für die Aufnahme unserer Familie während unseres Aufenthalts !!! Das Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommend und hatte in dieser schwierigen Zeit aufgrund der Covid-Pandemie die entsprechenden Vorsichtsmaßnahmen getroffen.

While this property is well located and looks good from the outside, once you get into the rooms you see another story. Our room, while clean, was in disrepair. Here is a list of the issue we found Kitchen The ice maker did not work Only one burner on the stove worked There was missing silverware Some silverware showed obvious damage Bathroom The light fixture in the bathroom was VERY rusty The towel hanger on the wall would fall off each time you hung a towel on it There were obvious repairs in the walls that were done shoddily The toilet was very difficult to flush Living Space Both beds appeard to have damaged mattress/box spring...one side of each bed was sunken in The air conditioner had difficulty cooling the room Bedside phone wouldnt' work...I needed to call the front desk and they couldn't hear me Other Someone on my floor was smoking tobacco and *********. The smell made it's way into our room. It was reported to the front desk and nothing was done. When you pay to stay at a smoke free property, that's exactly what you should expect to get....no smoke...of any kind. Staff The staff at this property are the sole saving grace. We found them to be pleasant and helpful (except for the smoking issue). Caviat Emptor.

Mein Mann und ich blieben im Red Roof Inn, New Braunfels zurück im Dezember. Von der Anruf zu bestätigen Haustiere Politik zu prüfen war eine große Erfahrung. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr nett und lassen Sie uns wissen, dass sie uns lieben, unseren Hund zu bringen, als zu verstehen, wie Hunde Teil der Familie sind. Großer Preis und wirklich geräumige Zimmer, wie wir den obersten König reserviert. Das Front Desk wusste wirklich, wie wir uns begrüßen und war sehr freundlich und immer lächeln. Sicherlich wird er bald wieder besuchen.

I was scared at first to what I might find after reading a few negative reviews but I am so happy I decided to give them a try. This hotel was great. Upon arriving on 12-23-22 the daytime front desk clerk was amazing. She was so welcoming. All staff I encountered while there was great. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Keep up the good Job.

Das Hotel ist direkt von I-35 und ist ein verstecktes Gemt. Der Ort ist überraschend schön mit Granit-Kontravertins, Granit-Badezimmern und Granit-Inlage in den Duschen. Das Teppich ist nett und fluffig, Klimaanlagen sind Temperaturkontrolliert. Das Hotel umfasst kleine Seife und Shampoos, Klimaanlage und einen Haartrockner. Es sah sterling aus, als ich ins Bett ging. Das Bett ist komfortable und fest, und riecht wie sauberes Leinen. Das Zimmer hat einen kleinen bis mittleren Kühlschrank für Snacks und U-Bahn-Sandwiche. Das Büropersonal scheint auf Anfrage Anfragen zu erfüllen. Erinnert mich an ein 4-star Hotel minus ein Starbucks und Frühstücksausstattung. Nicht viel Frills, aber für den Preis kann man es absolut nicht schlagen.

Großer Aufenthalt hier mit Freunden. Viele Zimmer in einer Doppelkönigin mit einem Sofa, einem Desk und kleiner Küchenbereich. Betten und Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Sinkbereich ist von Dusche und Toilette getrennt. Schönes Merkmal, wenn mehrere Menschen gleichzeitig bereit werden wollen. Lage war sehr bequem zu kaufen, Restaurants, I-35, und die Stadt von Gruene.
