In diesem Hotel passt alles. Ein Grandhotel in Italien, wie man es sich vorstellt. Wunderbare Aussicht, schönes Gebäude -solche Marmorböden findet man sonst nur im Vatikan-, qualitätvolle Stilmöbel des Empire, hervorragendes Essen und -der Höhepunkt!- ein überaus freundliches, herzliches Personal, das sich bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Man merkt, wenn jemand seine Arbeit mit Liebe und Hingabe macht! Ein Traum auch die Dachterrasse mit Bar und Restaurants, sowohl was Essen betrifft, als auch Aussicht und hochwertiges modernes Design. In der Innenstadt hätte unser Zimmer einen besseren Schallschutz vertragen. Da derzeit aber ohnehin -nicht störende- Renovierungsarbeiten im Gang sind, wird das sicher auch noch verbessert. Die Zimmer nach hinten sind ruhiger, haben aber nicht den traumhaften Blick über die Bucht.

Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen, veraltet, wir haben ein Zimmer in der Hafenlandschaft reserviert, die Fläche ist klein, die Gepäckstücke sind nicht gut gestellt und die Bilder sind nicht miteinander vereinbar. Das oberen Etagen Restaurant ist im Allgemeinen, die Landschaft ist sehr gut. Es ist seltsam, dass das Hotel Restaurant zu essen, die Speisegebühren sind gezahlt, das Hotel hat die Vorabgenehmigung für die Speisegebühren für 116 Euro mit unserer Kreditkarte Mitte der Nacht gemacht. Ich fragte Trip.com nachher. Trip.com sagte, dass das Hotel besorgt sei, dass die Kreditkartenbeträge nicht genug sind, wenn wir aufhalten. Es ist wirklich unsachgemäß, mehrere hundert Euro pro Nacht zu verbringen, Das Hotel hat Angst, dass wir 116 Euro nicht zahlen können. Wenn Sie nach der Antiquitätenstadt von Babe gehen, können Sie an der Hoteltür einen Taxi zurückrufen. Zwei Stunden bis zur Abfahrt von Babe, kosten Sie 100 Euro. Besuchen Sie die Antiquitätenstadt von Babe ist besser als eine Reiseleiterin an der Tür. Die Reiseleiterin hier ist sehr professionell und erklären Sie es ernst, 150 Euro einmal, sehr wert.

Die Lage wirklich direkt gegenüber des Castel dell'Ovo ist unschlagbar, der Blick über das Meer bis Capri genial. Klassisches, man könnte auch sagen ”old-fashioned” Grand Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Tolle Frühstücksterrase im 9. Stock mit vorgenannter Vista. Zimmer ”old-fashioned”, aber gepflegt. Bar auf der Dachterrasse kann man, muß man aber nicht. Tolle Alternative direkt um die Ecke. Nette Lokale fußläufig z.B. direkt unterhalb des Castel. Es ist (mittlerweile) ruhig vor dem Hotel, da die Strasse für den Durchgangsverkehr gesperrt ist, ein unschätzbarer Vorteil in einer Stadt wie Neapel. Wenn Neapel, dann Grand Hotel Versuvio.

Sehr schönes Hotel entlang des Wassers. Balkone stehen vor der Wasserfront mit einem Paar Stühle und einem Tisch auf jedem Balkon. Große, gut ausgestattete Zimmer. riesige Frühstücksbuffet mit Wartepersonal zur Verfügung, um spezielle Kaffeegetränke gemacht zu bestellen. We enjoyed our 8 day/7night stay. The language barrier was the most difficult part, but once the communication barrier was crossed, the staff was very helpful in every way. We spoke with Martina and Antonio most of the time. They go out of their way to help. There is breakfast available and free with some packages. I was not a fan of the breakfast. The bacon was not crisp. More like English bacon. There was a nice bar. The hotel is old and “majestic” with its marble floors and walls. The rooms are big with a seating area. The bathroom was big enough, although the shower was small and old. Rust was evident and the door didn’t work so well, but the water was hot and the stream was strong. The most important part of any shower. Everything was clean. We had a beautiful view from the 9th floor. The elevators are small, but not as small as some European elevators that we have been in. Everything is elegant. Don’t expect many amenities, but there were nice toiletries and a very large fitness center (more like a ballroom). You can get water there, to refill your water bottle. There is not coffee or tea in your room, but there is a small fridge at your disposable. There is also a hair dryer. It wasn’t mentioned on the web, so I brought one. Be careful when using your own hair tools, you’ll need a power converter, not just an adapter. The hotel is central to everything! Close to a metro line and the funicular. It’s between two ferry ports, both walkable. Short walk to the Chaia. Lots of shopping. Reminded me of the Champs Ellysee or Rodeo drive. We are walkers and most everything is within a mile. NOTE: if you have allergies, there is perfume everywhere. The hotel reeks of perfume. I developed an allergy reaction and was sick a few days. I told them not to spray my room and I did not linger in the common area. We loved the convenience and safe area. Everything we wanted to see was easily accessible. Tours are plentiful.

Struttura situata nel quartiere Chiaia. Trovare parcheggio è impossibile quindi se siete in auto dovrete sentire le autorimesse in zona. Un ringraziamento alla Sign Anna, collaboratrice del b&b che nonostante il ritardo causato dal traffico è riuscita a venirci incontro per tutto. Le camere sono molto spaziose, noi avevamo la suite. Purtroppo i cuscini erano veramente scomodi ma la biancheria pulita e gli asciugamani morbidi. Ottima la colazione al bar convenzionato ma non sarà possibile sedersi. Il wi fi nonostante le indicazioni non funzionava, la camera merita un pò più di attenzione alla pulizia ma il vero problema è il bagno. Per il prezzo richiesto non può essere un'odissea fare una doccia. Tralasciando lo spreco di acqua da tenere aperta per farla arrivare calda, lo scarico non funziona col rischio di allagarsi. Doccino rotto e calcare ovunque. Luci dello specchio insufficienti e odore acre dalle tubature. Set di cortesia per il bagno troppo povero. Il bagno va veramente rivisto e sistemato.

Trascorse due notti in questa struttura con la mia famiglia, ho trovato tutto piacevole. Dall’arrivo che per problemi di lavoro siamo arrivati alle 23 di sera, dove gentilmente la sig.ra Caterina e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi e accoglienti in tutto. La camera moderna da poco ristrutturata,dotata persino di domotica, la pulizia buona sia della camera che del bagno. Le collazioni preparate dalla sign.ra Caterina buonissime e piacevoli con il valore aggiunto della sua simpatia . Torneremo sicuramente

Exceptional accommodation. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is a little elevator that takes you up. They allowed us to store our luggage before check-in. Our room was exceptional, comfortable, large and had an extremely comfortable bed with memory foam pillows. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but a nice temperature controlled shower, big fluffy towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer. The room had a bar fridge with water available and a safe in the cupboard. We had a lovely balcony and air-conditioning. We had a very early morning ferry to Ischia, and although they only serve breakfast from 08h00, they were so accommodating and provided us with yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice, toast & jam before we left. The next morning we had the full breakfast, and it was stunning. The location is perfect and easy to reach the port, train and funicular. If you like walking, the promenade is within easy reach and there are a lot of restaurants within easy walking distance. Only issue was the wi-fi didn't reach our room, we had to go into the dining area for signal. Would highly recommend the accommodation.
