What a wonderful hotel. Truly magic experience. And the staff are absolutely AWESOME - lovely, kind, understanding and helpful 24/7 A pleasure to meet them (especially given I have cancer and was having a pretty bad day one of the days, and they were still lovely). Even before we arrived a great guy (David ?) was checking in on us regularly to check we would have everything we needed Beds, really comfy too!! And rooms with everything you need! Ich habe mehr als eine halbe Stunde mit meinen Freunden auf der Rezeption gestanden, und am Ende hat Trip.com Kundenservice gelöst, Der Trip.com-Kundenservice ist sehr geduldig, um uns das Problem zu lösen. Sie schicken auch Trip.com-Geldscheine als Ausgleich. Jetzt hat ich endlich ein wenig Ruhe gefunden und sehr enttäuscht über dieses Hotel.
