Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moose Jaw

We booked this hotel for our trip to Moose Jaw for a swim meet and we were delighted by the experience. But for one issue with a noisy neighbour (teen basketball team) the first night we arrived, everything was perfect. And once we called the hotel staff about 10:45pm at night, the noise stopped so they took care of it the best they could. Everything is brand new. Our room had two kings and a pullout couch, was very spacious. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful with every interaction. The manager was actually onsite the entire weekend and when not working the front desk she was working in the breakfast area...we were very impressed with her commitment to making our stay great. She interacted with many of the swim families while we were there. We'll definitely be going back for the two swim meets per year that we attend in Moose Jaw. What a beautiful hotel! We had been on the road for a couple of long days, and it felt liking coming home. Brand new, bright and modern, and so very clean! Amazing pool and hot tub, and super fun water slide!! Spacious room and bathroom. Delicious hot breakfast featuring real eggs! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Breakfast was delicious! Pool was great but the hot tub could have been cleaned. We didn’t end up using it as it looked dirty. The staff were very friendly and checked on us at breakfast! Made small talk with my kiddos and made it feel “like home.” The king beds were an added bonus that were very much appreciated! Just booked again for our next trip in April!

This hotel was awesome!! Was considering other options and am so glad that I went here! Every part of this hotel was beyond expectation. From the room itself, to the pool, to the breakfast- it was the best place to stay. Definitely would stay here again.

Full stay was great. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was very clean, room was spacious. Only thing was our shower door wouldn’t stay closed. It kept sliding open. Breakfast was good too, many options. Pool was a little cold but they was expected.

The room was great but didn’t appreciate the people above us stopping and jumping around at 730am waking us up

Loved the walkin shower with sliding glass doors, overall design of bathroom is excellent. Also liked the little shelve at the door for keys/wallet etc... That was a nice touch, most hotels I've stayed at don't have that.
