Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen im BlueBay verbracht und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonderen Dank an das Animationsteam, Pamela und Alfredo haben uns tanzen beigebracht und Elvins gute Laune beim Frühstück ist einfach ansteckend. Das Hotel ist eine kleine, sehr saubere Anlage. Die Zimmer schön groß, sauber mit begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und planen bereits den nächsten Urlaub im BlueBay. Einziger Nachteil ist das wirklich teure Hotel WLAN welches leider nicht immer zuverlässig funktioniert (besser gleich eine SIM Karte kaufen) danke an Liliana von der Rezeption für die schnelle Hilfe, auf die Herren an der Rezeption war in dieser Hinsicht leider kein verlass. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Wir sind treue Gäste des Lifestyl-Tropical, als auch des Confresi- Hotels. Gerade dieses Jahr haben wir uns wieder für 3 Wochen (15.8.-5.9.) in #41106/41105 (2 Doppelzimmer) mit unserer Familie eingebuchtet. Trotz des von uns gebuchten VIP -Status sind wir fast ausschließlich ins reguläre Restaurant “Casablanca “ gegangen, um uns kulinarisch verköstigen zu lassen. Wir haben uns dort steht’s rundum wohl gefühlt. Zu verdanken haben wir dies dem professionellen Kellner Ernesto José Silverio Dominiquez, welcher uns steht’s herzlich, immer freundlich und besonders gut bediente. Er ist ein ganz wunderbarer Gastgeber, welcher immer den Wunsch seiner Gäste bereits von den Augen abliest. Hiermit möchten wir uns an dieser Stelle für seine weitaus überdurchschnittliche gute Arbeit verbunden mit dem besten Service der Welt, bedanken. Nachmittags am Strand von „Harmony“ haben wir uns mit den Kindern oft bei Snacks/Burger mit verwöhnen lassen, welche qualitativ sehr hochwertig sind. Vielen Dank hiermit an Raymond & Marino für den tollen Service !!! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!!! Nach einem traumhaft schönen und gelungenen Jahresurlaub können wir es kaum erwarten erneut für das kommende Jahr zu buchen, Verbunden mit den besten Grüßen aus Deutschland am Bodensee, J.Gutierrez

I don’t even know where to begin, from the cleanliness to the food , and pool areas , to the beach and snack bars . Honestly deserves a 10/10. However I love most the Italian restaurant and most importantly the customer service of Justino. I’ll let the picture speak for itself. We deserve more Justino around the world .
