O Hotel Esquilo superou nossas expectativas! Além de lindo, com uma arquitetura belíssima, as acomodações são muito limpas e o ambiente todo muito acolhedor, com destaque para a sala de estar com lareira. Café da manhã excelente! Serviço impecável dos funcionários, que são todos muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Voltaremos com certeza!

Só tenho elogios para esse hotel, os funcionários são super atenciosos e prestativos as acomodações são ótimas e muito limpa. O café da manhã é excelente e a área externa do hotel é linda e muito bem cuidada. Para quem gosta de caminhar não fica longe do centrinho . Adorei e com certeza voltarei.

Hotel excelente, com uma equipe de funcionários simpáticos, educados, prestativos e cordiais. Chalé limpo, arejado, super limpo e bem decorado, com banheiro novo, amplo...enfim, tudo impecável. Isabella e equipe: vcs ganharam um hóspede fiel.

Hotel lindo e acolhedor! TODOS os funcionários super atenciosos, acomodação impecável e a estrutura do hotel me encantou. Café da manha delicioso e o horário estendido do café é sensacional, realmente um diferencial. Área de lazer com piscina aquecida, hidro, sala de jogos, piano.. Hotel possui sistema de calefação . Otima localização e fácil acesso.

Excelente hotel. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Funcionários prestativos e muito educados. A estrutura é ótima con sala de jogos, piano bar, piscina aquecida etc.. Café da manhã impecável e delicioso. Hotel possui sistema de calefação .

Experiência péssima! Orçamos o valor com o funcionário Jefferson. Decidimos fechar e o atendimento foi com o Alisson, que informou que os valores informados formalmente pelo Jefferson e estavam errados. Pedi para fazer um valor especial, visando a resolução do problema. Sem empatia o Alisson, respondeu que não teria como fazer nada. Pedi para falar com a direção do Hotel e fui informado por ele que o diretor não atende ninguém ... me deixando claro que ele (Alisson) era o responsável pelo Hotel. Por fim, entre algumas gracinhas e atendimento desonesto, desistimos de reservar com esse Hotel. Toda a negociação foi registrada por mensagem de WZ, estando a mesma salva. É muito longa e desgastante. Por isso não recomendo o hotel esquilo a ninguém, pois além de atenderem com má fé, também são arrogantes.;

Hotel muito charmoso e bem arrumado, tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado, a vista é um show a parte, da varanda do quarto víamos as montanhas da serra!
