We stayed in this hotel for three nights in early May. We understand it to have 22 rooms. It is a low rise building just off the seafront about 10 minutes’ walk from the Port with luggage. It is less than 5 minutes from the taxi rank and the bus station. It has an unprepossessing look but ignore this! We arrived by ferry and there were taxis meeting the ferry but whether the drivers would accept a fare for the short distance we cannot say. Arriving at the airport seemed to us to present no alternative but to take a taxi which cost €15 into town. There is said to be a bus but we could not find it. The hotel does not have any parking. There is a dedicated reception area with a soft seating area to one side and a small, dedicated breakfast room to the other. The hotel is heavily nautically themed, both in its public and private areas. We were on the first floor. Our room was well sized with a comfortable, larger than usual bed with good linen. We had a small balcony overlooking a pool area and other properties. The room suffered from a lack of sizeable, flat surfaces – some of that available was taken up with tea/coffee making kit - but there was a comfortable chair and a small table. We did not experience a great deal of noise although some was evident mainly from the corridor. The bathroom consisted of one room with a walk-in shower and WC – seemingly recently constructed. The hand-basin was outside the bathroom on a shelf with room for personal toiletries and again appeared new-ish. Housekeeping was more than acceptable although timings were erratic. Wi-Fi was OK. The whole hotel was comfortable. Aircon/heating worked well, and all the staff were friendly and the majority had good English. We could not determine if any adaptations had been made for guests with mobility problems and although we are convinced the hotel would seek to help out the very nature of the island presents a challenge. The hotel only provides breakfast but is within 5 minutes (maximum!) of various alternatives and we were able to comfortably dine each evening. Breakfast was plentiful but unimaginative. It was a self-service buffet. We were in the hotel in what was probably low season and it was not full. All services were, however, available. We believe the hotel might have crowding problems when full. The hotel is welcoming, it is sensibly priced and it is incredibly well situated – particularly for short stays – and we would highly recommend it.

Es ist sehr schöner Blick von unserem Schlafzimmer. Der Ort ist sehr sauber. Es war eine über Erwartungsaufenthalt an Elea's Ort. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit für unseren Aufenthalt. Lassen Sie uns Umbrella, Führen Sie uns zum Hafen , liehen Sie uns Hammer, um die Steine, die wir von verschiedenen Stränden dort erhalten haben, zu brechen. 😂 und wir trafen einen schönen kanadischen Nachbar neben der Tür, jetzt sind wir alle wieder nach Athen.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu, modern und gemütlich. Sehr komfortabel. freundliches Personal, bereit, alles zu helfen. Das einzige Unannehmlichkeiten ist, dass alles gehört wird, wir versuchen, zu ruhen, aber der ganze Lärm der Korridoren (die Leute gehen und gehen und die Kellner reinigen) wurde gehört.

Wir verbrachten 5 Nächte in diesem Ort und die Erfahrung war im Allgemeinen sehr gut Wir sind ein Paar mit 2 Kindern (16 und 11 Jahre alt) und es ist immer eine Herausforderung, die richtige Zimmergröße für alle zu haben. In diesem Fall hatten wir einen sehr vernünftigen Raum für unsere Kinder, mit einem Doppelzimmer für uns und einem sehr schönen Badezimmer. Auch das Zimmer hatte eine fantastische Terrasse, wo wir während unseres Aufenthalts einige Getränke und Abendessen hatten Die Zimmerservices sind großartig, sie jeden Tag zu reinigen, die Handtücher jeden Tag zu ändern und Bettwäsche je 2-3d. Sie bieten uns auch Strandhandtücher und einige willkommene Geschenke wie Obst, Wasser und Wein (2 mal!). Die 2 Damen, die sich um die Zimmer kümmern, waren immer verfügbar und hilfsbereit. Sie halfen uns auch einen Waschservice zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis und sehr schnell Vaios wurde auch von WhatsApp, begrüßt uns im Flughafen und machen Transfer zum Hotel, aber auch teilen mehrere Inseltipps ( Orte, Restaurants.... ) Das Dorf, wo Sie sich befinden, Polen, ist ein nettes Dorf mit allem, was Sie brauchen und sehr nahe einigen der touristischen Topplätze. Auch tägliche Fähre nach Kimolos geht von hier. Diese Apps befinden sich in einem ruhigen Gebiet Polens, aber nicht mehr als 3-4m Spazierweiterung von Restaurants. Leider kann ich nur in dieser App 4 oder 5 bezahlen, aber ich würde ihnen 4.5 sehr gut verdient

This is the 14th time I have stayed at Ippocampos. The location just outside of the bustling center of Adamas is central to exploring the island without necessarily having to rent a car. The host family is simply wonderful and caters to your every need. The rooms and surroundings are kept immaculately clean, the view from my balcony is heavenly, and the local beach is close by. And not least the recent addition of a central breakfast buffet is amazing! My advice is to plan for more that just a couple of days here. Milos is a fascinating island, so give yourself time here instead of just saying ”hello” and ”goodby” and hopping away to another island. You will not regret it!
