Great hotel for business trips, convenient location, friendly service and spacious modern rooms. Food is good quality, just remember to order your sides separately as everything is an add-on. Experience has been good over many years. Only issue I've found recently is the gym - weights are reasonable, but the elliptical and running machines are either in a bad state of repair or not working. Otherwise highly recommended for business trips.

We checked in with disappointment and complaints about the room and the hotel in overall. The pictures on the Internet are very deceiving compared to what you actually see when you go there. This place badly need renovation and it needs to be closed down. Once, the place have the makeover then it should reopen. I got a room which was not convenient at all for my baby especially as we live in a very clean and beautiful house. It was extremely disappointing to pay for such mediocrity. I made sure that Eclesia knew how disappointed we were and I requested to pay for a seaview room and she tried to arranged for that. We saw the room but we were still not happy and I was thinking to cancel my stay. However, Eclesia felt my concern and shared it with The Manager Kris who then upgraded us to a better room at no cost. The view at the hotel is mesmerising both sunset and sunrise. The food at the restaurant is very limited in variety but it was very very tasty. Hats off to the Chef. The ladies at the restaurant was very nice to us and Kris cane to us several times during our stay we make sure we were okay.

This property exceeded our expectations because of the wonderful services and staff. The room #2 was directly beside a small pool that offered shaded swims after a warm day. The room itself had a fridge , microwave and a bolted room safe. It was a good size room with a workspace for us as we tidied up bus for the next few months. TV with a small variety to watch and an air. conditioner. The property offered a significant and varied breakfast including a fresh juicer for orange juice. The varied menu included items such as sweet rolls, fresh breads and occasionally crepes. The crepes my husband stated you couldn’t eat just one of with hazelnut and bananas . He enjoyed his samosa and hot sauce when they were offered. As well as breaded vegetables and crispy rolls to sit beside your choice of eggs. Those were my favourite a plain omelette unfolded to add cheese and ham or chicken slices with hot sauce, fries when they were available. With a yoghurt and fruit. Plenty of tea and coffee ti wash it down with and of course cereals for the kids. Services such as a juice upon arrival to fill out you paperwork, set the tone as our hostess discussed the tours available. We used shuttles to and from Flic en Flac beach or Cascavelle Mall were perfect for our adventure . We shopped both at Jumbo Express down on the corner at the beach area, as well as the Cascavelle Mall. We were further encouraged to jump on buses to go to Port Louis and La Morne look out or further beyond to Cao Baie. While we did not feel the need to rent a car and drive about there were many people who had taken advantage of the inexpensive rentals. This atmosphere was just what we were looking for. Chill friendly and full relaxed, We loved Flic en Flac beach that seemed to go on forever and although we came to this area to dive which was very disappointing for reef and fish. We loved everything else it offered.

Das Hotel befindet sich in Ebene, ähnlich wie der High-Tech-Park, es ist bequem zum Büro, das Hotelfrühstück ist in Ordnung, es gibt kein Fitnessstudio, aber die Einrichtungen sind praktischer. Das Parken ist sehr bequem mit vielen Parkplätzen. Das Servicepersonal ist begeistert und viele Bedürfnisse können zeitnah gelöst werden.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind allesamt sehr freundlich und jedem ist daran gelegen, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr schmackhaft, kreolische Küche. Sauberkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft steht an erster Stelle. Wir haben mehrere Ausflüge mit dem Bus unternommen, die Busstation ist nur wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt und auch hier gibt es überall hilfsbereite Mauritier, die uns sagten, wann wir wo aussteigen mussten. Es war ein ru dum perfekter Urlaub im Paradies!!!!

Wir waren Feb. 2024 das 2. Mal hier (Feb 2023 das erste Mal), Wir fühlen uns hier so wohl, das tolle, motivierte Personal erfüllt jeden Wunsch, man lebt direkt am Strand. Das tolle Frühstücks-Buffet lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Es gibt auch ein tolles Restaurant im Hotel. Der super schmackhafte Kaffee von der Strandbar ist ein Traum! Sehr herrausragend ist Hr. ”SAM”, der immer mit vollstem Einsatz für die Gäste da ist! So einen Mitarbeiter wünscht man sich! Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr! Positiv ist auch, dass man zu Fuß (8-10 min) tolle Restaurants und Einkaufszentren erreicht! Bis bald!
