Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden immer gewechselt. Ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit kleinem Budget. Es gibt viele Restaurants zur Auswahl (chinesische, japanisch-türkische, spanische Restaurants usw.).

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Buchte dieses Hotel zuvor und hatte einen GREAT Aufenthalt bequem für alle Ihre Bedürfnisse mit einfacher Zugang zum Transport. Der Gastgeber (Sir JC) war eine AMERISCH HOST schnelle Antwort und wird einen zusätzlichen Meilen zu helfen gehen. Wird sicherlich wieder buchen.

Das Zimmer selbst war sauber, aber es gab Kakerlaken in dieser Wohnung. Es ist tropisch, also ist das zu erwarten, aber ich musste vor diesem Aufenthalt noch nie mehr als 10 Kakerlaken bei einem Aufenthalt töten. Toller Preis, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber seien Sie sich bewusst, es ist nicht das Ritz! Ich gebe ihm trotzdem 5 Sterne, weil es ein außergewöhnliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist und die Reaktionszeit des Gastgebers ist erstaunlich!

Verglichen mit dem Service war hervorragend, wir forderten zusätzliches Flachs und heißes Wasser, sie sind schnell, und nach 10 Minuten haben wir von der Empfangsbestätigung eine Anrufe erhalten, wenn wir bereits das erhalten haben, was wir gefordert haben. Das Zimmer riecht gut, es ist auch sauber, das Fernsehsignal ist schön und der Klimaanlage ist cool. Es gibt keine Notwendigkeit, für eine Sicherheitsdeposito zu zahlen. Es gibt einen Interner, der uns immer grüßte.

Die Lage ist gut, weil es nahe einer Menge Einrichtungen ist. Das Hotel ist auch schön. Dachboden, Fitness und Arbeitsplatz. Aber das Problem ist der Pool. Es ist schmutzig und viele Algen. Ich habe das Personal bereits informiert, aber 1 Tag vor dem Schließen genommen. Das Problem ist auch, wenn sie geschlossen werden. Sie haben es nicht gereinigt. Sie schließen es einfach. Wie kann der Gast genießen, wenn das der Fall ist?

Checked in only to find numerous hairs throughout the bed (see attached photos). The bed was perfectly made - so the room had been 'serviced' as far as the hotel was concerned. I'd understand if it were a single hair as this could have fallen from the head of the person servicing the room, but 5 or so hairs, in numerous places? The Reddoorz website also states a refrigerator is present in every room as seen at the top of their page. My room did not contain one. The rooms are meant to be serviced daily - despite having the 'please make up my room' hanger on the exterior door handle as soon as I'd checked in, my room was never serviced. Probably for the best given they don't clean the rooms properly anyway. Photo attached for your reference. Emailed the General Manager for the property who hasn't bothered to respond - and - Reddoorz themselves are denying any responsibility and refusing to take ownership. Plenty of better, clean and affordable hotels nearby, and in Manila.

Ausstattung: Das Hotel ist sehr neu und sauber Hygiene: Es gibt täglich Reinigungspersonal Umgebung: Im Erdgeschoss des Hotels befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum von Seven Eleven. Das Einkaufszentrum ist sehr groß. Im ersten Stock des Einkaufszentrums gibt es Bars und Restaurants. und es gibt ein Einkaufszentrum. Service: Der Service ist sehr gut und enthusiastisch Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von MOA entfernt und der Preis ist sehr erschwinglich. Es ist eine gute Wahl.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und der Service ist schnell, wenn Sie etwas anfragen müssen. Einfache Ausstattung, gute Lage, fußläufig zum Einkaufszentrum Newport und direkt vor dem Flughafen. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine einfache Auswahl. Aber insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen.
