Stayed here for 3 nights . Was upgraded to a higher suite with dining room and living room . 15 minutes drive from airport to hotel . The great: - great decoration and art work around the entire hotel . 32 rooms so pretty exclusive . - great service as expected from Raffles hotel brand from check in , high tea , evening cocktail , turn down service . - try to meet all your request e.g very early departure for a hiking trip at 4am, hotel prepared a good breakfast to go at 0350am to be delivered to the room that can sustain us for a mountain hike . After the hike, we came back with muddy hiking shoes . As we didn’t want to stain the suite , we asked the hotel to see if they can clean the hiking shoes which they promptly did so by the next day. - excellent spa with steam room , mineral pool and very well equipped gym that made it very exclusive and well main- maintained . - very good service throughout the stay as there are 32 rooms though their is a Fairmont wing - ginormous room, our upgraded suite was easily 100sqm . Entry level suites are 60sqm . - good level of security and good sound-proofing Things that could be improved - breakfast and high tea was limited but probably due to low occupancy of the hotel so they wanted to reduce wastage . - breakfast and high tea is repetitive- if you stay there for 4 days, you get same food and high tea with little rotation - water pressure was pretty low and so was hot water . So bath tub does take a very long time to fill up . - TV could be updated to make it more connectable with personal devices . watches TV - connecting tunnel to shopping mall was out of bounds or closed off, due to some quarantine stuff which meant having to walk in traffic and rain above ground . Hopefully they would open up the underpass like how Philippines is slowly opening up . Would I stay here in Manila again , Yes I would .

Good points: - Location - 5 to 10 mins walk to Greenbelt and fair waiting time for Grab drivers to confirm pick-up. Love the GREENS too! The Legazpi active park was just a refreshing sight in the middle of skyscrapers. - Amenities - Complete amenities for the room, bath, and kitchen. Provided are toiletries, bath towels, kitchen utensils, iron, and an ironing board. - Reservations - Jamie Miranda, the reservations associate is the highlight of this stay. She was efficient, she replies within a reasonable timeframe and with complete details. - Health and Safety - Love that there was information all around on Covid protocols, the housekeeping guys were also very cautious and were wearing PPEs every time they come to the room to troubleshoot. For improvement: - Endor*****ts - information transfer from reservations to the front office, or front office to the front office. 1. For ex. in my booking, I asked for twin beds but was given a room with a double bed, they immediately transferred me to another room with twin beds (but since this room was not the original room, some amenities were missing - had to call for these but no worries because they were quick to respond). 2. When I asked for extra person amenities - reservations confirmed this but housekeeping only did the set up for the bed but not the additional amenities. 3. I asked for an airport transfer and arranged for a different time compared to the original time but the earlier Front Office person was not able to endorse this to the next person on duty so they had to ask me to adjust my schedule just so they can accommodate my arrangement. 4. In the website, there were information that was not consistent with what was on site - there were no welcome amenities as stated in the site, the dining area was not open (there was no prior information anywhere that meals are packed and in-room), laundry service was not available. - Bath had flooding concerns and the laundry line was stuck but this was not too much of an inconvenience. Overall, despite the information concerns, I had a pleasant stay. My parents also loved the property and said that they'd book the same for their next business trip.

Ich habe im Juni 2019 im Hotel für eine Urlaubsreise verblieben. Das ist mein erstes Mal, dass ich hier bleiben und in Zukunft zurückkehre. es ist bequem in Bezug auf Lage, Kosten und Dienstleistungen, die es bietet. Personal ist nett und freundlich, der Kaffeeshop dient Filipino Frühstück, das ich liebe. das Hotel ist sehr bequem zu Die Bahnhöfe und 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt (wenn weniger Verkehr). Ich würde sicher zurück zu diesem Ort kommen.

Schlimmstes Hotelerlebnis. Ich habe 6 Tage vor meinem Aufenthalt nur eine Reservierung gemacht, um den Slot zu verlieren. Da alles im Voraus bezahlt wurde, habe ich die Sicherheit nicht erhalten. Es hat mir große Zeit ungünstig gemacht. Die Rezeption bot ein Zimmer für meinen Aufenthalt an. Und da ich nach einem langen Tag zu müde war, habe ich es gehabt. Nur um wieder zu betrübt werden, wurde das Zimmer schlecht mit gebrochenem AC, defektem Telefon, NO TV, NO Curtains ... Schrecklich! Das ist nicht, was ich bezahlt habe. Gerufene Empfangsblock, aber sogar ihre Linien sind abgekoppelt. Gehen Sie direkt zur Lobby nur, um zu informieren, dass es keinen beauftragten Beamten gibt und dass Entscheidungen von jemandem, der Personal anwesend ist. Diesmal, von einem Zimmerbetreiber. Unglaublich. Als sie meine extreme Bedauern bemerkten, überwiesen sie mich in ein kleines Zimmer, um mir etwas Schlacke zu schneiden. Ich habe für ein größeres Zimmer gut für zwei auf der Straße bezahlt. Und oh Mann, sie haben unpologenisch geweigert, irgendeine Erstattung anzubieten. Die Lage ist gut. Es gibt einen Waltermart Supermarkt in der Nähe und Komfortgeschäfte rund um die Gegend. Es ist auch im Zentrum des NAIA Flughafen und Makati CBD, die es sehr zugänglich und bequem macht. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig. Es gibt auch Pool, Sauna und Fitness (mit zusätzlichem kleinem Gebühren) und dann einige grundlegende Geräte im Zimmer. Es gibt auch ein Fernseher mit Abonnement, aber keine Anweisungen darüber, wie man es nutzt (Vielleicht bin ich nicht vertraut, wie man Netflix auf einem Fernseher betreiben) Das Zimmer ist angemessen, aber nicht so sauber wie die Hotels, wie es einige kleine Hunde rund um die Roaming gab. Schließlich wurde ein wenig über den Ein- und Auscheckprozess verwirrt, da nach der Buchung keine Informationen vorgelegt wurden.
