Everthing is great, clean, comfort and space. One thing is the curtain which it does not cover the whole room. 😅

The location is accessible. We also loved the ambiance of the lobby, and the cleanliness of the room. The AC took time to cool the room but that is fine since they allowed us to have 2 room keys (one for the room power and one for our door access). The Front Desk were polite and accommodating. They even gave us 2 spins and we won a free coffee and mushroom! They also allowed us to leave my birthday cake at the 13th floor and claim it upon check out. I just hope they will provide other toiletries and add more options for the breakfast buffet. Will rebook again!

The staffs are friendly and helpful. They helped to assist with my request to have a lower bunk bed. The beds are thick and comfy, and while the air conditioning was very cold(20 degree), the blanket provided is very thick so no big problem. Big space for repackaging and clean floor. Only bath towel provided and no other amenities like toothbrush or comb are available for free. The relaxing space is 2nd floor is big and clean, very comfortable. The down points would be the bathroom/toilet need frequent cleaning as it is easily become dirty after each use. The breakfast selection also very limited, I saw many guests left after 10 mins. Might be better to get alacarte menu instead. The location at Makati Eve is hot spot, many restaurants and convenience stores open up till midnight. Easy to catch Grab too.

Love the view and foods. Enjoyed staying at the hotel a d will definetely book again here next time.

We enjoyed our stay here for 5nights , very comfortable and convenient to all ,many restaurants nearby and massage . Very affordable hotel price ,we want to stay next time thank you so much lub D for the good service and also we enjoyed playing play station we rented in affordable price.

I was stranded in Manila and decided to book this hotel. The room was beyond my expectations, the bed was huge and they were equipped with different amenities and facilities. The only thing that I hated during my stay was when I got trapped in the elevator. I kept on pressing the emergency call button but no one dared to rescue me. I almost experienced suffocation and when the door opened I took the fire exit stairs and I saw the staff just sitting on the couch and talking. I asked them if they could hear the emergency button and they said “Yes” but they didn’t even bother to help and they said that it already happened before. That was my biggest disappointment because it should have been rectified if it already happened before, I am only worried for kids or PWD’s that may experience getting trapped in that elevator too. Hope they will they it into account and fix it.

I booked private room. Cosy and nice. Convenient place for drink at night and also find many restaurants around there. Breakfast is good.

Amazing! What I really like about my stay is the ambience of the rooftop bar. I wish they close late til 3am.

The hotel is ver good location to have restaurant, coffee, cafe, and bar. The room is very nice decoration and soft mattress. Have a meeting room, game, working area, yummy & nice view roof top bar and very nice staff! : )

They're very accommodating. The amenities are nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay!
