Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Hiroden Haltestelle und ca 10 min zu Fuß zum Friedenspark sowie Hondori. Unser Zimmer für 4 Personen war richtig groß, mit einem kleinen Tisch, 3 Stühlen, Schreibtisch, Garderobe und Kommode. Die Betten waren bequem und es war alles sauber. Lediglich das Frühstück war nicht so unser Geschmack. Man kann zw 3 Typen Frühstück wählen und kann Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Wasser und Reis nachholen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann auch selbst wählen, ob das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll oder man frische Handtücher wünscht.

The room is not that big, but is adequate for 1 person and is kept very clean. Breakfast at the ground floor restaurant is not buffet style. There is a choice of Japanese, western or mixed sets. Tickets can be bought at the front desk. There is a Family Mart downstairs, which is really convenient. The Chuden-Mae Tram Stop is just outside the hotel, with trams heading to Hatchobori (the main shopping district), Hiroshima Station, Bus Center, Atomic Bomb Dome, and Port. Also short walking distance to Peace Park and Hondori Shopping Street.

There is also a Chidori restaurant and a Family Mart on the first floor. We booked this hotel through the internet for the family vacation but we get there with excitement, the smelly rooms ruined our vacation. Both of our rooms were smoking rooms. When we asked the staff to change the rooms cuz we have kids they didn’t help us at all. We were shocked that how could they provide us such rooms when we mentioned about our three kids while booking. We had to manage one night cuz it was a late evening and had no option to find another place. We had a bad experience and won’t book this hotel again. However, breakfast was good.

This was a great place. We got there early so they stored our bags while we viewed the city and we checked in a bit later. The washer/dryer worked well

Requested early taxi booking and advised we would be checking out very early..5am and need taxi to get us to the train station but advised service not offered, also to collect iron and board from reception if required as not able to deliver to room . Upon checkout no one at reception but the self checkout worked fine. Room was average at best as was service but location is great for the Peace Park etc.
