The Cozy Haven Sanur Bewertungen

Really enjoyed my time at this place. Nice clean rooms, cute surroundings, friendly staff, close to the main parts of Sanur and a nice pool.

Beautiful property with kind staff. The room is nice, just like on the photos, however I expected that the room is bigger. The pool is warm and clean. We didn't receive daily cleaning, but maybe you need to ask for it.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Haven. The room was lovely, well equipped, and the location was great. Just to note that the bathroom is relatively small and there is no shower curtain, but that is quite typical of Bali. The staff was lovely but there is one situation that happened the last day which we found a bit dishonest: I had asked if I could leave my pair of shoes to dry on the floor in the sun, and the receptionist had agreed. When we returned, another receptionist (perhaps the manager?) had sent it to the laundromat and charged us for it. Money isn't an issue - it was just the principle of not having asked us prior to sending it away... i'm sure the intention was right but that was not so appreciated. Perhaps some people have a strict budget and that would've been an issue. Not sure we'd return as we like change, but definitely great value for money.

多少の虫が入ってくるのと、シャワーとバスが同じスペースにあるので水浸しになる以外はコスパも良くて良かったです！ スタッフの方も親切でした！

Все прекрасно. Есть парковка для байка. Единственный минус полотенца, которые плохо впитывали воду.

スタッフの方も親切に対応してくださり、心地よい時間を過ごせました。大きな冷蔵庫もあり、長期滞在もしやすそうでした。
