Kind staff. Clean rooms well laid out - lovely bathroom. No sink for dishes - had to use bathroom tap to fill electric kettle and wash dishes? Dishwash liquid supplied but no tea towel? Comfortable beds and very clean. Dodgey area wouldn’t recommend going out at night.

I stayed in a family room with twin double bed. Fairly good for my family size. The after hours checked was easy. Instructions on the email were easily understood. The front staff Shehan were helpful and courteous. A simple and nice place for a short stay.

We booked a room here a year ago in early 2023 when we booked tickets to see Pink in concert in 4/24. Received an email 3 weeks before the event to say they were overbooked. Despite our money being taken. Obviously they have decided to scalp people for extra money - when I suggested that all of a sudden the 'managers' English became 'broken'. There is nowhere in our price range to rebook because all the local places are full. And to make matters worse - there is no way of speaking to or emailing *********** either. These people are clearly unscrupulous and not to be trusted.

Place looks really nice, but is across from some sort of club that blasts music all night. Also got placed beneath a very inconsiderate indian family, that yelled at the tops of their voice all night, had the tv on full blast and let their kid run and jump off every bloody thing it could. Not the place to go if you want to sleep at all.

Awesome base to stay at in South Auckland. Clean rooms, fresh towels available daily-you just need to let the office know between 10am-4pm. Close to heaps of good shopping spots. Absolute value for money, highly recommend!
