I have a booking from Jan 8 to 12 2024. I came around 3am. I couldnt check in because the system says im NO SHOW. I was asked by the Front Desk to wait till 2pm to have my room ready and i have to pay again. The customer service of REDDOORZ handled the issue very well. They checked in me in the system and i was anle to have a room in 15minutes. They reinstated my original booking. Only invalidating the day i didnt arrive. With regards to the room, there is an unusual smell inside. Smells like decaying flesh. Im not sure if it is in the AC or somewhere else like bed corners, sheets, comforter, or probably ceiling.

Es war ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sauberer als erwartet, aber nachts gab es viel Verkehrslärm. Das Hotelfrühstück war kostenlos, schien aber etwas mangelhaft zu sein, aber angesichts der Preisspanne des Hotels war es verständlich. Es ist ein günstiges Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Hotel ein wenig schwierig zu finden. Es gibt keinen Eingang auf der Straße. Die Rezeption ist im 2. Stock. Sie dürfen nicht in einen kleinen Korridor mit einem Geld wechseln. Das Personal ist nett wie fast überall in den Philippinen 🇵🇭. Es gibt Wi-Fi, Dusche, mit heißem Wasser 💦 🔥. Ein kleines 📺 Fernsehen und wir sind in der Hand. Wir können besser für den gleichen Preis finden, wenn wir ankommen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit überlappenden Betten, weil es einen Buchungsfehler gab. Aber alles ging in Ordnung, als wir am Abend zurückkamen, hatten wir ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett.

Preis: Ich habe eine Reservierung Ende Juni ca. 170rmb, im Vergleich zu BGC Innenhotels ist der Preis gut. Die Umgebung des Zimmers: Die ganze Schale ist sauber, aber das Einzelzimmer ist mit den Ober- und Unterschalen ausgestattet und der Unterschalen ist leicht zu schlagen. Insgesamt gibt es 8 Punkte, besser als das inländische Expresshotel, hauptsächlich sehr neue. Umgebung: Es ist nicht möglich, im zivilen Bereich mit BGC zu vergleichen, aber besser als im Inneren. Es gibt McDonald Lawrence Ki in der Nähe. Verkehr: Gehen Sie mehr als 20 Minuten nach BGC. Aber im Grunde fahren Sie mit dem Auto.

5 star!!! Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good, we enjoyed it! They also gave me free upgrade because we need 1 queen bed instead of having 2 single beds. A Crystal clear swimming pool, jacuzzi is so nice!! Front desk staff who assisted me for check-in and kuya guard sa pool area are so kind, I forgot his name pero we went to the pool around 8am. The unit itself is spacious, and the bed is good for 4 pax. We enjoyed our stay here. However, the room could use more cleaning. There's dust on the floor as well as on the wall. The bathroom doesn't have a bidet, which is ok. But, when we requested a pale and a dipper instead, the caretaker said he was unable to provide them for us since they were used on the other unit. Overall, the stay is good, but a lot of improvement is needed.

Stayed here for 3 nights . Was upgraded to a higher suite with dining room and living room . 15 minutes drive from airport to hotel . The great: - great decoration and art work around the entire hotel . 32 rooms so pretty exclusive . - great service as expected from Raffles hotel brand from check in , high tea , evening cocktail , turn down service . - try to meet all your request e.g very early departure for a hiking trip at 4am, hotel prepared a good breakfast to go at 0350am to be delivered to the room that can sustain us for a mountain hike . After the hike, we came back with muddy hiking shoes . As we didn’t want to stain the suite , we asked the hotel to see if they can clean the hiking shoes which they promptly did so by the next day. - excellent spa with steam room , mineral pool and very well equipped gym that made it very exclusive and well main- maintained . - very good service throughout the stay as there are 32 rooms though their is a Fairmont wing - ginormous room, our upgraded suite was easily 100sqm . Entry level suites are 60sqm . - good level of security and good sound-proofing Things that could be improved - breakfast and high tea was limited but probably due to low occupancy of the hotel so they wanted to reduce wastage . - breakfast and high tea is repetitive- if you stay there for 4 days, you get same food and high tea with little rotation - water pressure was pretty low and so was hot water . So bath tub does take a very long time to fill up . - TV could be updated to make it more connectable with personal devices . watches TV - connecting tunnel to shopping mall was out of bounds or closed off, due to some quarantine stuff which meant having to walk in traffic and rain above ground . Hopefully they would open up the underpass like how Philippines is slowly opening up . Would I stay here in Manila again , Yes I would .

Ich hatte eine frühzeitige Buchung für meine Reise nach Vietnam und zwischen den Flügen muss ich für 20 Stunden in Manila bleiben. Ich habe ein Hotel in Hop Inn gebucht und bereits erwähnt und die Möglichkeit für eine frühzeitige Ein- und Auscheckung enthalten. Die Hotels waren sehr gut, aber sie erlaubten mir nicht, einen frühen check in zu buchen, obwohl es als Option für meine Reservierung eingeschlossen wurde. Ich kam am Morgen um 7 Uhr an und musste bis 2.00 Uhr warten, um endlich Ruhe zu haben. Ich schluckte bis 2.00 Uhr aus im Lobby und endlich, als mein Zimmer bereit war, habe ich nur für 5 Stunden in der Innenstadt gelassen, weil ich früh auschecken musste. Was der Preis für meinen Aufenthalt wert? Ich denke nicht.

This hotel is in a good location, about 45 minutes from the international airport. 3 stayed for 3 nights. Right from arrival we were welcomed by helpful staff and had a speedy check-in. At the same time they gave us a room upgrade. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent. Again the staff were very hospital and nothing was trouble for them. We even liked the long bar with live band. We will be back to Manila soon and will not think of staying in any other hotel except The Fairmount. We were escorted to our room and everything was explained in details by the concierge who also helped us book the Manila city your for the next day with a reliable agent.

Aber das Toilette fehlt an einem Tauch. Sie müssen Ihre Zähne über das WC rasieren und reinigen. Ein weiterer kleiner Minus: 1500 peso deposit ist für die Abwicklung erforderlich. Ich habe es spät gelehrt. Und ich habe viel Zeit verloren, um einen ATM zu finden, der nächste normale ATM war 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

I had such a great time staying here. You can’t ask for a better location. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but you pay for location and you barely stay in your room exploring this beautiful city. Thank you so much to Harly and King at concierge. They were extremely helpful the last few days from helping me coordinate pickup for my laundry service to making sure I was always had a ride to wherever I needed to go. They go the extra mile here. We enjoyed breakfast a few days during our stay, and thank you to Ann and Joy. They hooked us up with mangos. You made our stay so much better. I will always choose this hotel due to the proximity and the service they provide.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Clean and comfortable room Rooftop bar and pool area with amazing views. Close to some incredibly food Good breakfast Cons Very slow lift system

Good points: - Location - 5 to 10 mins walk to Greenbelt and fair waiting time for Grab drivers to confirm pick-up. Love the GREENS too! The Legazpi active park was just a refreshing sight in the middle of skyscrapers. - Amenities - Complete amenities for the room, bath, and kitchen. Provided are toiletries, bath towels, kitchen utensils, iron, and an ironing board. - Reservations - Jamie Miranda, the reservations associate is the highlight of this stay. She was efficient, she replies within a reasonable timeframe and with complete details. - Health and Safety - Love that there was information all around on Covid protocols, the housekeeping guys were also very cautious and were wearing PPEs every time they come to the room to troubleshoot. For improvement: - Endor*****ts - information transfer from reservations to the front office, or front office to the front office. 1. For ex. in my booking, I asked for twin beds but was given a room with a double bed, they immediately transferred me to another room with twin beds (but since this room was not the original room, some amenities were missing - had to call for these but no worries because they were quick to respond). 2. When I asked for extra person amenities - reservations confirmed this but housekeeping only did the set up for the bed but not the additional amenities. 3. I asked for an airport transfer and arranged for a different time compared to the original time but the earlier Front Office person was not able to endorse this to the next person on duty so they had to ask me to adjust my schedule just so they can accommodate my arrangement. 4. In the website, there were information that was not consistent with what was on site - there were no welcome amenities as stated in the site, the dining area was not open (there was no prior information anywhere that meals are packed and in-room), laundry service was not available. - Bath had flooding concerns and the laundry line was stuck but this was not too much of an inconvenience. Overall, despite the information concerns, I had a pleasant stay. My parents also loved the property and said that they'd book the same for their next business trip.

Ein Tag, während ich TV beobachten ein Mitarbeiter gerade in die Wohnung, kein Knock auf die Tür gerade ging direkt in. Ich hatte so eine Angst! Ich fragte ihn, warum er hier war und er sagte einfach: Entschuldigung, entschuldigung. Ich konnte mir keine Antwort geben. Ich frage mich jetzt, was passiert wäre, wenn ich nicht hier wäre! Das ist ein Verstoß gegen meine Sicherheit und Privatsphäre. Der Gastgeber ist ziemlich unreagierend, aber das Personal am Ort sind. Ich würde nicht hier noch einmal bleiben. Insgesamt, eine massive Enttäuschung.

Sehr guter Raum ist sehr groß. Das Gerät ist etwas alt, aber ich persönlich fühle mich sehr warm. Mit Liebespartnern ist sehr gut. Ich empfehle nicht, zu leben. Da der Raum sehr groß ist. Ein Mensch wird sich verrückt fühlen.

Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich, aber sauber und komfortabel. Ein wenig schwer zu lokalisieren, aber mit Hilfe von Google Map verwaltet. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett und freundlich. Auch hielten mich bei der Druckung einiger Docks. Sie ermöglichen uns eine Stunde früher Einchecken.

The Havitat Boutique Hotel is located in some narrow side streets and is a new hotel. The staff are friendly and the security did an exceptional job as the security guard even came out to the cab with an umbrella as I pulled up when it was raining, so I didn't get wet getting out of the cab. Excellent service from the security. The rooms are fairly small and they have hey small fridge freezer, a desk and chair, a live pot plant in the corner, tea and coffee making facilities and they provide some bottled water and slippers but there is no safe in the room. Unfortunately the bed is a double bed and it is quite hard and uncomfortable and they only provide 2 pillows. There is a large smart LCD TV with NO channels, however it does have Netflix and is linked to the internet so you can watch YouTube and a number of other apps. The bathroom is very small and there is poor lighting over the bathroom sink and there is no soap provided for the bathroom sink! The workmanship at the hotel is poor quality and the wash basin faucet is loose and flops all over the place. The shower has very poor water pressure so you don't even feel like you had a shower when you get out and the water leaks out onto the bathroom floor. The lighting in the room was rather odd the way it was set up. There are no switches to turn off the lights over the bed and over the TV near the bed, theyr're up near the front door which is inconvenient and a poor deisgn error. There were no spare power points by the bed or desk so you had to unplug the light so you could plug in a charger for your phone. The housekeeping is terrible, substandard and unacceptable and they did not make up my room once throughout my entire stay  Overall the rooms are fairly poorly designed with a lack of thought in their design process. It's ok for a couple of nights stay but I would not recommend the hotel as there are better hotels at a cheaper price and that have much facilities and far better bathroom and showers. The elevator was not working throughout my entire stay which meant you have to drag your bags up 6 flights of stairs. This might be a new hotel but the beds are uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi is slow and poor quality, and the housekeeping is woeful, it just fails in so many areas. There is no double glazing on the windows and you get woken up by the constant racket of roosters crowing and carrying on from 4:30 in the morning onwards. Then from early morning till evening there's the continuous racket of thousands of schoolchildren yelling cheering and carrying on from the school across the road so there is no peace & quiet in your room and it's hard to get more than a few hours sleep. The hotel is overpriced for what you get and I would not recommend this hotel. It's location is uninviting, its terrible wifi and poor housekeeping make this a very poor option. There are far better hotels for the same price or cheaper.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce boutique hôtel et en avons apprécié les nombreux points forts : L'hôtel est récent et situé dans une petite rue très calme, dans un quartier résidentiel. Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses, grand lit, clim silencieuse. Chambres en étage accessibles via ascenseur. Pour les petits déjeuners, ils ne sont pas compris dans le prix de la chambre, il n'y a pas de buffet mais différents plats disponibles (pancakes,..), c'est peut-être le seul point perfectible. On n'est pas loin à pied d'un centre commercial. L'hôtel peut organiser le pick-up ou la dépose à l'aéroport. De plus les gérants de l'hôtel sont vraiment attentionnés et d'une grande gentillesse. Bref, un excellent rapport qualité prix pour un stop à Manille.

Ich liebe Picasso Botique Serviced Residences es ist ein toller Ort zu bleiben. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, künstlerisch und entspannt. Das Buchungsteam (Frau Jen und Frau Cassie) sind sehr angenehmen und machen die Buchung hart. Es gibt auch große Restaurants in der Nähe, die sehr empfehlenswert ist. Insgesamt ist es ein perfekter Ort.

My girlfried has had to stay in Manila, due to requirements for work. She had to be a specific location, and I happen to stumble across this place on google maps, and thought why not try it. Firstly, ht eonly flaw I have about this hotel is the wifi. If you need wifi, DO NOT STAY HERE.. Thats it. Outside of the wifi issuee, I cannot flaw tihs hotel, nor say anything negative about it. My girlfriend had to stay here for a total of 16 nights, and the hotel was super amazing to stay at. The services are great, the facilities are amazing, however, this is the most important thing. I have been working in the travel industry for almost 19 years, and th customer service that my girlfriend has recieved, will rival any 5 star hotel. Knwoing that my girlfriend is travelling solo, the staff ensured they went aboe and beyond, to ensure that she is comfortable, safe and happy. Staff every morning had her ”vip” table ready for her and would monitor her, to ensure that she was being harassed by guests during breakfast. They made sure to always have a conversation with her, and although I was not with her, knew everythinhg about me, like I was an inhouse guest. One of the female security staff even cooked a home cooked meal for my girlfriend, and took it to her on day, so she can have a home cooked meal. There was even an issue at the hotel, involving my girlfriend during her stay, and the hotel was onto it immediately, and removed her from the situation, and she would also have staf shadowing her at times ,ensuring her safety. I have made somany friends at this hotel, without having ever set foot there and I cannot thank the hotel enough for everything that they doid for my girlfriend. I wish I had al the staff members names, to individually thank them all, as they deserve a special mention individually too, but I dont, so apolgise for that, but I will thank Mel, as he was amazing from day one, and he ensured my girlfriends comfort, safety and happiness from the moment she firstly checked in. Thank you so much Herald Suites Solana. Keep up the amazing work you do, and I cannot thnk you enough for everything that you have done for my girlfriend, and you should be extremely proud of your staff.
