My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out.

Hotel super aconchegante, atendimento muito bom, recepção top com atenção diferenciada, destacando-se o recepcionista Júnior que está de parabéns pela atenção e empenho para elevar ainda mais o padrão do hotel. Vale mais que 5 estrelas. Márcio Souza.

Boa receptividade, acomodações bem estruturadas , chuveiro delicioso, serviços de quarto impecável. Buffet de qualidade , funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos . Área externa lindíssima, piscina bem localizada , ar condicionado funcionando muito bem . Ótimas acomodações

Toda a estrutura do Hotel é excelente. O chuveiro, buffet, o atendimento dos garçons , o serviço em geral são ótimos. A parte externa com uma visão da praia excelente e um atendimento simpático e atenciaso , acomodações confortáveis e ambiente agradável

Gostaria de enfatizar o profissional do garçom William que realiza seu trabalho com excelência e é sempre bem simpático. Ele merece um elogio pois pessoas como ele merecem. O Sr. José também é um excelente profissional. Minha experiência negativa aconteceu hoje dia 07/06 às 22:15 quando o Jaime foi até a sala de jogos em um tom rude disse que apagaria as luzes pois a sala de jogos encera as 22:00. Ele desligou as luzes com 4 pessoas terminando uma partida de ping pong. Tivemos que pegar nossos pertences praticamente no escuro (podem ver nas câmeras). Acredito que a forma com que o profissional fala tem que ser diferente e não de forma rude. Tudo bem que o horário é até 22:00 mas não é nada educada a forma com que ele abordou todos no local.

Todo o staff está de parabéns! Ótimo hotel! Especialmente o Isaac do restaurante é fenomenal!!! Sempre me atende muito educadamente, com eficiência e rapidez. Muito bom trabalho!! Uma viagem a negócios acabou se tornando uma viagem bem praseirosa!

Hotel bem localizado, com ótimo atendimento, piscina com vista para o mar, café da manhã bem sortido, variedades nas refeições, ambiente confortáveis, acomodações confortáveis e bem conservadas. Para acessar a praia basta atravessar a rua.

Praticamente, todo mês eu me hospedo no hotel a trabalho e Isaac é sempre muito solícito, atencioso e cuidadoso com os hóspedes. Uma postura muito exemplar; ele é muito proativo e acho que merece uma oportunidade de crescimento na empresa.
