Second séjour et toujours satisfaite ! L'hôtel est très bien suite et bénéficie d'un parking en sous-sol sécurisé. Les.chambres sont simples avec un confort simple et complet. Une adresse à garder au Puy-en-Velay !

Lit très désagréable.

Very helpfull staff. Quiet and nice rooms, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location just 10 min,. walk to the city center. A very nice indoor garage with electric charging points was very good for us.

- Clean rooms - Quick responses - High Integrity - Good breakfast options I thought I had lost my diamond earrings in the hotel and called back. Leon took very meticulous care of the problem and assured me that if it is in the hotel, I will get it back. He gave me a time to call back from the US and reported that it was not to be found but more importantly, he had checked in many places and with all the staff. It was reassuring that he had complete confidence that it was not there and this helped my anxiety. Lo and Behold! Once he assured me, I could look with a clearer mind and actually found it on my own scarf!! I called back to thank him and he was so kind to tell me once again that the hotel prides in its staff and service that he was sure I would have either lost it elsewhere or have it with me. This was also my experience while I stayed there. Such a trustworthy place. Thank you Leon and the staff.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait, l'accueil très agréable, la chambre parfaitement propre et spacieuse, le petit déjeuner varié, du sucré comme du salé et sans emballages individuels sur ce qui pour moi est un plus, un parking privé sécurisé, en face de la gare et à 10 mn du centre ville à pied. Si je reviens au Puy c'est ici que je séjournerai !

Hotel très bien placé à deux pas du centre à pied et en face de la gare. Parking en sous sol très appréciable. Acceuil au top, personnel très gentil qui donne de bons conseils et renseignements. Chambre très propre, fonctionnelle et calme. Petit déjeuner très correct.

Hoy hemos dormido en este ibis budget que tiene todo lo necesario para una cómoda estancia. Incluso cargadores a 11kW de Potencia para mi coche a 0.50eur el kWh. La atención en la entrada fue genial y la habitacion limpia y silenciosa. Está ubicado muy céntrico y todas las etancias van con código. El parking es amplio y dispone de 5 cargadores para coche electrico con AC trifasica.
