My 2nd stay at this clean and well located hotel. A bit of luxury tucked in Kangaroo Point. Great place to stay and walk to all the local attractions and complimentary parking & laundry makes it a super easy mini break location.

the location is quiet, it's good for the driver has a free parking, just a pity for missing to go to the roof top to see the night time of the city view.

We have a lot of bugs ( looks like moths) flying around in room. Very annoying. I would never stay there. Far away from central Brisbane. Rooftop bar was closed.

Was amazing even though it was raining my kids had such a great time and the bath in the room is massive I loved every minute of it and the staff were very polite.

This hotel saved my soul late at night on a recent trip to Brisbane that went sideways when the accommodation I originally arrived at turned out to be more like a pay by the hour sort of business. Staff answered the phone at 11pm, the lovely young woman at reception was very welcoming, staff were very accommodating to follow up on and refund my accidental double booking, housekeeping staff are prompt & exceptionally clean, the food was great, and the bed and pillows were so comfy!! The location is close enough to everything (walk into the city may be a little far for some) with plenty of undercover, secure parking access. This will be my new go-to for all future trips to Brisbane!

Nice hotel with location a little inaccessible for the city - when we asked hotel Shuttle to ferry wasn’t running. Balcony Suite Room was a little tired but big (maybe in process of upgrading rooms) nice view of CBD & Story Bridge. Pool is nice but can get a bit crowded.

The service was good. The room service was nice and quick! Most of the food was decent, way over priced though. Room was okay. Get what you pay for I guess. I like the balcony, it’s concrete and at a good length if you have toddlers as they can’t reach over. I like that their standard check out is 12pm. Parking is shocking in that area though.
