Es ist sehr bequem in Mercury Hotel zu leben, um eine Tour in Nottingham zu planen. Was die hervorragende Lage betrifft, kann ich nur 1-minute zu Fuß zum Bahnhof namens Lace Market nehmen, es nimmt Sie nach Beeston oder entfernte Einzelhandelsgeschäfte innerhalb von wenigen Minuten. Ich nehme auch in wenigen Minuten zum Stadtzentrum zu Einkaufen in M&S, Primark, Victor Centre usw. Darüber hinaus können Sie niemals die Unterstützung/Beratung der enthusiastischen und wissensbasierten Hotelteams vergessen.

My first impression on entering the reception was that the lady checking me in was miserable and snappy, it is only when she noticed my response to this did her demeanour change. I did note this has been mentioned on previous r I was booked into a DELUXE room! There was nothing deluxe about this, on entering the first thing I noticed was the bed had no valance and straight away I noticed stains on the bed base. The full room was unclean and thick dust along the skirtings, especially under the TV turn table, there were drink spillages down the wall and the carpet was un-hoovered and badly stained. The bathroom was unclean and I did find odd the toilet roll holder being on the opposite wall which cant be reached when sat on the toilet! The shower was so unclean I did not want to get in it. The balcony is badly fitted and had a hole in the left corner and rubble. I convinced myself it had simply not been cleaned between guests and requested another room which I got (209) unfortunately this was no better and even had stains on the base sheet and the bottom of the shower base had holes and was in need of repair. No expresso machine as advertised for deluxe rooms. For £120+ I would expect to see a much better standard given I can pay that for a Premiere Inn and get Breakfast & evening meal for that. The only thing I did like was that it had double doors opening onto the balcony where I sat watching the planes coming in. Due to how unclean both the rooms were sadly I did not trust to order the food as my thoughts were if the bedrooms were so unclean what state was the kitchen, so I ordered takeaway. The dining room reminded me of a working mans club The lady getting me the second room was suitably apologetic. The lady getting my drink who checked me in made me feel uncomfortable when I asked to see what wines they had which meant she had to remove the cupboard door. If there was a wine list this would have been avoidable however given I was buying a bottle I would not have expected to be made to feel I was asking too much of her. 1 Needless to say I will not be returning nor recommending to anyone

Brillante Hotel ist immer so nett zu bleiben. Easy to get to and as I work in transport it's ideal for me to stay near my workplaces. The staff are great and always welcome. The hotel is always clean. Ich habe nie ein Problem gehabt, wenn ich hier geblieben bin. 

Nur von 2 Nacht-Unterkunft im Delta Marriott belfry zurückgekehrt. Insgesamt eine schlechte Erfahrung und würde nicht empfehlen. Startend mit einigen positiven: Gute Lage für den Zugang Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet Frühstück ist gut mit breite Auswahl Negative sind viele: Hotelpool kann nur von Kindern von 10am bis 6pm mit Nullflexibilität verwendet werden, wenn sie nach 6 kommen und Kinder wollen ein schnelles Schwimmen. Mixte Nachrichten von Personal über Schwimmzeiten ohne Rücksicht auf den Kundenservice. Hotel Restaurant Food ist wirklich schlechte Qualität und extrem teuer. Wir warten 1h 15 Minuten auf unser Essen, das bei der Ankunft kalt war und das Bier überkocht und wie Leder war!

Ein sehr modernes, sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend mit einer großen heißen und kalten Buffet-Auswahl - die geschroteten Eier sind empfohlen! verschiedene frisch gebackene Brötchen und Gemüse sind auch verfügbar. Wir haben in einem oberen Zimmer geblieben und es gab eine 10 £ pro Nacht zusätzliche Gebühr für ein Kinder-Campingbett, das bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt wird. Das Zimmer war sauber mit 4 Nespresso-Kaffee, die jeden Tag wieder gefüllt wurden, obwohl sie mit Decaf gefüllt blieben! Zwei Flaschen Wasser bei Ankunft sind nicht ausgefüllt und kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Überraschend ist die Bar und das Restaurant nicht das Beste für Familien. Sie fehlten an Kindermenü, so dass die Nahrungsmitteloptionen für jüngere Kinder sehr begrenzt sind, wir wählen für einen Haufen und Käse Sandwich, die die Küche speziell gemacht. Insgesamt ist es ein großer Aufenthalt und wir werden trotz dieser kleinen Fragen, die leicht verbessert werden könnten, wieder bleiben.

What a fabulous B&B we stayed in room 3 room was very spacious very large ensuite with a jacuzzi bath rooms were extremely clean and well-equipped with television tea and coffee making facility even electric fan, nice size bed lovely linen and really soft pillows the room was even refreshed the following day with clean towels topped up complementary toiletries and even went as far as remaking the bed.breakfast very very nice arrived quickly after being ordered and was lovely and hot with a very professional service from Derek, breakfast was prepared by Les as I have already said absolutely wonderful, both Les and Derek go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable nothing was too much trouble for them they even let us use their kitchen to eat our fish and chips that we bought round the corner recommended by Les and yes the fish is the size of a whale aha. I would highly recommend this B&B it has that little touch of luxury we will certainly be visiting next year so once again thank you Les and Derek for a lovely and enjoyable stay.

Ein erstaunlicher Aufenthalt im Doppelbaum!! Wir lieben dieses Hotel, der beste Ort, um in Nottingham zu bleiben. Wir verbrachten mehrere Abende im Hotelbar, Robin und LJ waren immer bereit, uns zu beobachten, Empfehlungen zu geben und die zusätzlichen Meile zu gehen, um sicherzustellen, dass wir eine tolle Erfahrung hatten. Wir werden sicher wieder sein!!

Wir leben im Nordwesten und im Süden, so dass es sich um die Mitte zwischen uns handelt. Es war eine ideale Lage für das, was wir wollten (eine kalte Nacht mit guter Nahrung und Getränke). Die Lage war in einem Servicestation mit vielen Einrichtungen (Kaffeeshop, der einen schönen Kaffee serviert, ein pub der Scherzbaum, der für Getränke groß war und ein kfc ) sehr perfekt. Das Zimmer war sauber und grundlegende. Es gab keine Kaffee-/Tee-Herstellungseinrichtungen im Zimmer, aber 24/7 Trinkherstellungseinrichtungen in der Rezeption sind verfügbar. Ok der Grund, warum ich 3/5 das Beste war so unkomfortabel ich kämpfen, um zu schlafen. Mein Mann wollte ausbleiben, um das Ende der Boxung zu sehen, aber ich ging zurück zum Hotel, ich musste wach bleiben, um ihn einzulassen, weil wir nur mit einer Schlüsselkarte (Standard offenbar ) ausgestellt wurden. Mein Mann versuchte, ein Bier zurückzuholen, von der Hotelbar, aber er wurde ihm gesagt, dass er es nicht in der Bar-Zone trinken konnte, weil die Nachtbediensteten schon gereinigt hatten. Die Mitarbeiter auf der Tür waren für meinen Mann unhöflich, als er versuchte, zurück zu kommen, weil er ein wenig dumm war und nicht herausfinden konnte, wie man wieder reinkommen (nachdem er ins Auto kam und ging zurück zum Auto und sagte hallo an die Mitarbeiter ). Es erforderte die Scanung der Tür mit Ihrer Hotelschlüsselkarte, aber auch die Rezeption Mitarbeiter können die Patronen von der Innenstadt einlassen (Ich denke, es war etwas ungünstig). Diese Fragen ruinierten unseren Aufenthalt nicht - wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, aber warum war die 3/5 in meiner Meinung
