Such a terrible experience with this hotel. Front desk staff ( Usha and Vikas) behaved rudely with the guest. They both were laughing on guest. No respect for guest. At dinner time, most of the items are out. We were waiting for 30 minutes for food, still didn’t have it properly. Nice breakfast. FDK called around 10:45 pm in the room for ID, which I already sent it to the manager Abhinav. Without conforming with him, keep bothering us. Also the sofa was dirty. Please the photo. Requested extra bath towels, got it but it was already dirty. Also added that photo.

One of the best hotel in town, we have conference there including our stay, all goes so well, well take care, rooms are good, people are hospitable, food is delicious, smooth check in and checkout , the manager Suhail is so good and courteous.

Excellent teamwork every person of the hotel is very polite and humble. Especially front office team very helpful Ms Usha and Ms Monika is very fast in resolving problems of the guests. Thanks to all team of the hotel for making my stay very comfortable.
