Pro + Eigener Strand + Viele Bars + Gutes Animationsprogramm und Animateure + Zimmer sind in Ordnung + View bar , Lobby sehr gute Cocktails + A la carte , türkisch zu empfehlen + Bazar schnell zu erreichen , zu fuß 5 min + Sehr freundliches Personal Contra : - Ananassaft schmeckt nur nach Wasser - kein Billard , Kicker im außenbereich /terasse - fernseher auf den Zimmer veraltet / kein smart TV oder TV mit Screen Sharing fürs Handy - WLAN sehr schlecht Richtung Pool/ strandnähe Im großen und ganzen zufrieden, klar gibt es wie oben angemerkt noch verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, auch sollte man sich als deutscher Gast darauf einstellen das viele russische bürger im Hotel sind

Ich werde diese Bewertung nur schreiben, weil durch trip.com, schlechte Bewertungen. Ich möchte dem Unternehmen für einen großen Urlaub danken, unsere geregelte chic, angeboten Champagner, statt der Wirtschaftraum gab einen Luxus mit Blick auf das Meer und Schwimmbad, Ich weiß nicht, warum schlechte Bewertungen, aber, ich werde sagen, das Gegenteil, In meiner Erfahrung die Reise durchgekommen hervorragend 🙏 Ich werde sicherlich Hotels buchen und wiederholt durch diese Website. Über das HotelHotel ist klassisch, Lebensmittel sind gut, Gebiet ist groß, Alkohol ist irgendwelche, ich empfehle 🙏I bin eine öffentliche Person, durch mich und meine Werbung kamen in diesem Hotel viele Abonnenten von mir zu ruhen und sie alle gefallen 🙏 Ich empfehle definitiv 😍😍😍

As with a lot of the poor reviews I have read about this place I agree with almost everything everyone as said, the hotel itself is very clean and well looked after and for me that's the only good thing I can say about this place. The rooms are very basic, the air con in our room was broken & could not be fixed, the shower only worked from the overhead part which was fine and the bed was not comfy. The pool area was nice but the floor around when wet was extremely dangerously slippy and witnessed lots of people slipping over, the staff placed down wet floor signs but only after someone complained. The main restaurant was awful, the service was very poor and the food was bad, everything was cold as the staff kept opening the hot tray lids and when I complained about this it was just ignored, the choice of food was very poor and breakfast was the worst, after putting in a complaint on several occasions I was refused a talk with the manager and given an excuse from the customer relations person that it was still early in the season and they were short staffed so the food choice was limited and if you have kids the children's menu was chips, onion rings and chicken nuggets, that was it. For us I would not go back to this resort and definitely would not recommend to anyone and as for a 5 star resort?? 3 stars would be pushing it I'm afraid.

So, Where to start? We were here for 2 times, first time was amazing but this second.. it was also last. No english speaking staff, so it was hard to comunicate, they ignored us many times just because of we dont speak russian, how profesional. We stayed here for 8days, paid for all inclusive but we had sunbed only one day - sorry, half day cause of one russian lady who occupied our sunbed and threw away our personal stuff and refused to leave, hotel staff tried to help us but they can’t do nothing because she was a women, so.. i can go on and on about russian privilages all over the hotel, they can do everything and if you are not one of them, u can do shhhiiiiit, no one talking to you, on reception they are bothered that u speak english or german. It’s hotel just for russian and it’s shame cause the hotel itself is beautiful. If u are Europian, British, American,.. just read all the non russian feedback, they are all real, they are truthfull.

This hotel is beautiful and we were staying in a nice suite 405, it had a gorgeous big Jacuzzi tub and Sauna (We didn't need a sauna in July, just had to sit outside) There are 3 pools, one indoor, the main outdoor pool, and a smaller pool with slides. It's located high on a hill which means that the views are amazing. The reception staff were truly lovely, especially a brown-haired lady that couldn't do enough. We also had a very nice Waiter called Pedra who did his best to speak English to us and really looked after us on our stay. There are some cats that stray in looking for food which made my son's holiday. The hotel also provides a shuttle to and from the beach daily and there's dedicated seating for hotel guests on the beach. Some improvement points on this hotel, the pools are not ideal for smaller children, while there is a small paddling pool for the real smallies my 5 year old was struggling to play comfortably in the pools as the main pool only has a very short shallow end and he couldn't stand at all in the pool with slides which meant that he had to be held at all times in the water and couldn't play. Also I was expecting a kids club, games room and ice skating, all of which were closed for the full duration of our 2 week stay, this meant that there was very little for him aside from the pool. There is no place to buy snacks such as fruit, crisps, chocolate or anything for pool activities like floats snorkles etc. There is a market at the bottom of the hill where you can buy all of these things however, the hill is EXTREMELY steep and torture to walk up in the heat. I did find out on our last night that if you go to a diff gate you can ring for someone to collect you from the driveway. There's no bar area to sit and relax in in the evenings but again you can go into town quite easily. I didn't to experience the spa as I was traveling alone with my 5yr old but it did look amazing. Overall I'd recommend it to couples and older children but not so much for young children.
