Das Hotel hält alles was es verspricht! Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Flasche Sekt zur Begrüßung. Auch waren die und die Zimmer immer Tip Top aufgeräumt. Rezeption war immer zur Stelle bei etwaigen Fragen und die Spa Behandlungen ein Traum! Das Frühstücks und Abendbuffet sehr reichhaltig und Geschmacklich TOP. Das Service im Restaurant und Bar sehr aufmerksam, schnell und freundlich. Hatten einen sehr schön gedeckten Geburtstagstisch und zu Abschluss wurde meiner Tochter eine Torte serviert und dazu gesungen. DANKE Wir haben es sehr genossen und werden sicher wieder kommen. Auch ein großes Kompliment an das Management Team. sie können stolz auf Ihre Mitarbeiter sein. Vieln Dank , Darina, Manuela, Lukas und Klaus

Die kürzlich erlittene Wärmewelle (August 2023) war schwer zu tragen, so haben wir ein voll luftkonditioniertes Hotel mit einem Pool gebucht, um die Wärme für ein paar Tage zu entkommen. Wir sind sehr gut reisen und keine Fremden zu Hotels, aber dieses Hotel ist absolut wunderbar. Es würde Alter dauern, um alle kleinen Details zu erwähnen, die sie absolut richtig bekommen, und zu erklären, dass die Führung ihre Geschäftstätigkeit klar kennt. Es ist selten, einen solchen Service zu finden und wir werden zurückkehren. Die Einstellung und die Architektur sind nur erstaunlich. Die Bäume, die Blumen, die Marmor-Endpunkte und die tollen Spa-Einrichtungen. Alles ist unspottbar sauber und alles funktioniert lückenlos. Großes Personal in allen Abteilungen und dann gibt es das Essen . . . . Es wird Alter dauern, um die zusätzlichen Kilo nach so viel Top-Qualität Lamm, Gift, Rauchlachs, Rindfleisch, Schweine, Hühner – Alles mit Perfektion vorgestellt. Was ein super hoher Standard. Das Buffet ist gerade aus dieser Welt. Der Portier brachte unser Gepäck vom Auto und kehrte es zurück zum Auto, als wir verließen . . . jetzt ist es lange her, seit das passiert ist. Sie sagen, dass “Qualität wird lange nach dem Preis vergessen” so nur buchen und die Rechnung mit einem Lächeln bezahlen, wie es jeden Euro wert ist und nicht wirklich teuer überhaupt. Sie werden es nie bedauern.

Das ist ein tolles Hotel. Mein Zimmer war wirklich komfortabel, schönes komfortables Bett. Ich schätze den leeren Kühlschrank für mein Wasser, eine Vielzahl von Glasen geliefert. Kettle und Kaffeemaschine geliefert. Ich war sehr beeindruckt mit dem Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen, beide in meinem Halbtisch enthalten. Absolut lecker, massive Variante, jedes Essen lecker. Außenpools sehr sauber und gut betreut. Thermalpool in und außerhalb. Ich würde definitiv zurück zu diesem Hotel gehen. Sie können leicht zum thermischen See von dem Hotel laufen. Das Hotel freundlich liebt uns Wollen kostenlos. Ich liebe den See und würde gerne dort zurückkehren. Wir bezahlten für eine dreistündige Sitzung, eine sehr erinnerebare Erfahrung. Ich hatte zwei Massage im Hotel, sie waren großartig. Ich würde wirklich gern zurück zu dieser Lage und wenn ich es getan hätte, würde ich definitiv wieder in dieses Hotel.

We spent here only one night and booked with breakfast, dinner, and garage. There were big pros and cons during our stay, starting with the parking system. Finding the garage is a challenge and parking could even more so, as the have tiny dark spots between walls and pillars (this, for a surcharge of EUR 12 per night). We booked a higher room category located on the top floor. The room was spacious and the bathroom was alright, but walls and floors looked shabby with lot of stains and dirt that were there for who knows how long. It was not a matter of cleanliness, as the rooms were perfectly clean, but rather maintenance issues. Talking of which, the fan of the heating system kept turning on and off in about every few second, which was extremely annoying (especially in the night), therefore, we had to turn it completely off, resulting in a cool room and being exposed to all kind of noise from the corridor, as isolation is almost non-existing and we could hear every single word from outside, including the lobby music. The bed was comfy and the view was nice though. The highlight, however, was the food. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious with plenty of selection (also for vegetarians). Overall, the value fine, but compared to the price we paid, at best average. It is definitely not a 4-star niveau, but it is mainly due to the maintenance. Location is also great (few minutes walk away from the thermal lake).

Wir haben hier unser Hochzeitstag verbrachte. Das Essen war lecker, das Personal war alle freundlich von den Wächtern bis zum HK. Das Hotel ist wirklich sauber, es hat eine schöne Atmosphäre und ist nahe dem Stadtzentrum. Wir könnten sogar unseren Hund mitbringen. Das Bett ist wirklich komfortabel. Wir empfehlen das Paar Massage auch. Alles war perfekt! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich geliebt, Danke!

We got exactly what we asked for and that is a disappontment: in Ensana hotels we always got a room upgrade or some other surprise. Not now. The place is too big, not a bit personal, waiters and other staff just worked as robots, nobody ever spoke to us. They were unmotivated. The staff in the restaurant just took away the plates&cutlery without talking, without giving us another one. The room had a lot of insects, harmless, though. The biggest problem is that there is no place to put&dry your wet clothes, so they are moist next day. Breakfasts and dinners werefine, the lunch was average. Good point: the two electronic playing tables. There is one small playroom for kids, but ours didn't like it much as it was too small and uninteresting. The playroom we saw on photos looks much nicer - where is it? The small kids' pool is good, our kiddo liked it. There are a lot of baby-friendly toilets, too. It is a pity that now they do not give you a lunch on the day of arrival&checkout. And the opportunity to bathe is also cancelled on checkout day. So we had a nice time, but we still felt disappointed. Mixed feelings.
