Sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Deskmann 24 Stunden am Tag, gute Sicherheit. Personal ist freundlich und schauen voll. Viele geschätzt als eine allein reisende Frau Personal nie gefaßt, mich zu erkennen, Zimmer renoviert, Bett komfortabel, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Eisenbahn , AC/Heater funktioniert gut, Viel heißes Wasser mit guter Wasserdruck. Parkplatz immer verfügbar Nicht durch gedrückte Rückstandslage gedämpft. Es ist sehr ziemlich. Verwandte blieben in anderen lokalen Hotels zahlen mehr für viel weniger. Ebony am Frontdesk ist wunderbar. Reinigungspersonal macht einen großen Job und Wartungsaufsicht ist ein schöner Mann, der sehr auf kleine Fragen im Zimmer reagiert.

Best one in town. Top tier and affordable 😌. Service was wonderful. Breakfast was way better than I suspected. Even had turkey sausage available cause I am opposed to eating pork. All in all a great stay…

I drove 3 hours tonight and arrived at the hotel at 11pm. The front desk girl was outside smoking and came inside to check me in. She gives me my room and instantly I notice it’s cold when I walk in the room. The window is not shut and is broken and won’t lock. I go up front to tell her and the first thing she says is “I don’t have any other rooms.” I said come look at this. She makes a failed attempt to act like she cared and said she would see what she could do. I used the restroom and then came back with a solution of “let’s get something to put behind the window so it locks.” She sat on the phone with someone talking for another 5 min and then brought out a broken stick. We go back to the room… the stick doesn’t fit, and it’s cracked already so I say “if we break it where it’s already broken it will fit.” She replies “no I can’t break it I don’t know what it’s used for.” I told her cancel the room I will go somewhere else. She THEN informs me I will have to take it up with management about A CANCELLATION FEE!!! I chose not to argue today because obviously she lacks the critical thinking skill needed to do probably the majority of things in her life. I chose this hotel because the reviews raved of hospitality and cleanliness…. guess I got the wrong front desk person cause she didn’t give a FAK.
