Wir sind vor der Eincheckung angekommen und unser Zimmer war bereit. Die Lage ist gut für einen Besuch der Hollywood ****** und Racetrack, ein Shuttle wird Sie dort nehmen, wenn Sie nicht fahren wollen. Harpers Ferry ist nah und wert eine Nachmittagsreise. Die Betten und Kissen waren komfortabel und obwohl das Hotel gebucht wurde, erlebten wir eine sehr ruhige Nacht und einen guten Schlaf. Frühstück war gut. Ich würde hier wieder bleiben.

Meine Frau und ich begannen am Freitag, 15. April 2022, unsere Geschäftsreise/Besuch mit der Familie für Oster, indem wir in unser Zimmer (230) einschalten, um einen stinkenden Fehler auf die Wand zu finden. Wir haben niemanden bemerkt und es ausgeschüttet, weil wir wissen, dass sie überall sein können. In der Mitte der Nacht aufwachen und schreien, weil eine in unserem Bett auf ihrem Bein war nicht lustig und eher betreffend. Sie war bereit, zu verpacken und zu verlassen. Heute Morgen, als wir bereit waren, zu prüfen, fanden wir eine andere auf unserem Komforter. (Bild beigefügt) Beinahe mehr betraf die Antwort, die wir von der Front-Desk-Beschäftigten erhalten hatten, deren Antwort, als wir unsere Besorgnis äußerten, war:„Ja, das ist das, was hier passiert, sie sind indigen und kommen in den Winden.“ Keine Entschuldigung, keine sympathische Reaktion. Leider in einem Geschäft, wo der Kundenservice so wichtig ist, bin ich sehr enttäuscht über diesen Aufenthalt und die Reaktion der Mitarbeiter. Diese Veranstaltung ist etwas, das ich in Zukunft sicher berücksichtigen werde. Wenn es keine Sorgen der Hampton Inn und Hilton Group über “indigene Fehler” gibt, schlage ich vor, einen Entzug hinzuzufügen, dass Sie Ihr Zimmer mit Stink Fehler direkt auf Ihrer Website teilen können.

Wir waren in der Stadt für eine Familienveranstaltung. Die Lage war perfekt für unsere Pläne und das Hotelpersonal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als wir ein Problem mit unserem TV hatten, Mollie arbeitete die Frontdesk, kam sogar in unser Zimmer, um das Problem zu lösen. Wir werden hier sicher wieder bleiben.
