Es gab keine Bar-Raum vor dem Abendessen zu treffen, so dass wir am Tisch sitzen und ständig um unsere Bestellung gebeten wurden, obwohl wir nicht für die nächste halbe Stunde oder so wollen. Es gab keinen Aufzug und mehrere Treppenflüge, die einige beeinflussen könnten Wir genossen den Pool/ Spa, aber es gab kein Personal dort und wir mussten zurück zur Rezeption für Handtücher Sehr begrenzte Wahlen für kontinentales Frühstück und warten auf ein warmes Buffet zu erhöhen auf. Es ist ein schönes Hotel mit schönen Grundstücken, sauberen Zimmern und öffentlichen Bereichen und freundliches Personal.

Lovely stay but needs improving. We booked a night at the hotel to celebrate my birthday. When we arrived, we had afternoon in the library (without any books or any reference to it being a library). The afternoon tea was lovely but not anything to write home about! We have had countless afternoon teas and this was the first time we had tea from a tea bag, normally it is loose tea leafs. The sandwiches were not replenished and there was one 1 small sharing ramekin of cream and jam between 2! We ordered gin and tonics in the bar and they had run out of plain gin due to a wedding at the weekend. Well ok I get it but there are other guests in the hotel and alcohol should be restocked! We were so looking forward to our evening meal in an award winning restaurant. This was so disappointing and further research into the award winning restaurant goes back to 2019/2020 when the chef did win an award, but he has subsequently left and the food is not award winning.y husband order a prawn cocktail to start and it was well ......a deconstructed prawn cocktail with very little sauce. My duck starter was lovely but our mains were less than appetising. I ordered lamb and well for £38.00 I could have bought a leg of lamb. I had 2 micro pieces of lamb which were as tough as old boots. My husband ordered steak medium rare and it was somewhat well done. I would say that the food was expensive pub grub not an award winning experience. The hotel is lovely but if you want to experience the food I would advise that you book a restaurant elsewhere

Das Zentrum von Guildford ist in jeder Hinsicht gut. Bequem Verkehr, Ess- und Getränkeindustrie, 10 Minuten zu Fuß auf der High Street, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr bequem.

Wir haben den Mandalay ausgewählt, da es sehr bequem war. Wir buchten früh und unser Gepäck wurde in unser Zimmer genommen, das wir mit Blick auf den Hintergrund hätten inspizieren müssen, als wir an dem Abend zurückkehrten, als wir gesagt wurden, das Restaurant war geschlossen. Nicht viel. Aber als wir unser Zimmer gefunden haben, war ich an der Größe und Position verletzt. Es war ein Düngeon (mit keinem Aircon!). Kein Fenster zu öffnen, keine Aussicht überhaupt, das Badezimmer war so klein, dass die Duschetür nicht vollständig öffnen würde, nur ein Betttisch, da das Zimmer so klein war .Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend. Unser Zimmer muss das schlimmste Zimmer im Hotel gewesen sein, trotz unserer Vor- und Vorausbuchung. Am nächsten Morgen sagte ich bei der Check-out der Rezeption, dass ich unzufrieden war, er nahm die Notizen und versprach, dass jemand mich kontaktieren würde. 2 Wochen später hat niemand! Ich habe das Hotel e-Mail geschickt und ihre obtus Antwort war am meisten hilflos Zu dem gezahlten Preis ist es völlig unannehmbar

The Asperion is best described as a simple, pared down hotel or B&B. We had a warm greeting from Annie and our room (a King bedroom) was large enough , clean, with a comfortable bed and a good shower in the bathroom. The decor is quite minimalist and the grey colours not to our liking, but you don't see them when you are asleep. We were a bit worried about traffic noise from the busy road but our room in the side extension was quiet. Breakfast was good with a decent choice. There is an honesty bar and small seating area in the main reception/dining room. We noted that a small range of dinner options is available but didn't try them. You can walk easily downhill into the town but coming back the hill is quite steep! We took a taxi to get to our restaurant, which was at the top of the opposite hill by the castle but walked back.

Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber. Das Personal ist wunderbar, vor allem Emily und Nitanjal- sie sind beide so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles Personal hat großartig gewesen. Wir mögen auch das neue Menü, der Kabeljau ist ein Favorit. Wir sind immer gemacht, um sich willkommen zu fühlen. Danke!

2 Nächte am De Vere und konnte es nicht fehlen. Im Zimmer 105 im Towers war ein schönes Gebäude gerade von der Haupthaus. Das Zimmer hatte ein wunderbar komfortables Super King Bett und das Zimmer war geräumig und gut gepflegt. Das Badezimmer ist fast so geräumig mit schönen Waschprodukten/Gels, und eine sehr gute Handbahn installiert für den Schritt über das Bad mit doppelten Dusche Anhänger. Echt schöne Frühstücksauswahl und wunderbar wird Frühstück kochen. Das Personal war wunderschön und großartig. Beachten Sie, dass es nett und ruhig gerade von der Hauptstraße und ideale Lage für mehrere nationale Trust-Eigenschaften (Polesdon Lacey lieblich) und RHS Wisley, die diese Zeit des Jahres schön ist. Alle innerhalb von 20 Minuten Fahrt. Danke an allen an der De Vere!
