I only stayed at the property for one night on February 5, 2024. My stay was less than satisfactory. We did not have adequate towels or any soap at the sink in the bathroom. This was remedied by a telephone call. We also noticed that we did not have hot water in the bathroom sink but we did not think this was a problem at the time. It was not until the morning when we went to take a shower and we did not have any hot water. We did make a complaint with the supervisor by the name of Marcia (not sure about the spelling). Mind you this was on February 6 that we spoke with her. She validated our concerns and agreed to compensate us with 10,000 points. After several weeks of calling back-and-forth, we still have gotten nowhere. We are at the point now where we are just being avoided terrible customer service.
