Friendly Staff Very Clean Excellent Very Fast Wifi Comfortable King/Queen size double bed. 1 mini fridge in the room Staff are conversant in 3 languages - Sinhala, Tamil and English. Towels looked like they have been used many times. No Bidet. No Slippers. No Toiletries are provided though advertised as such. Only 1 small piece of soap. No toothpaste, shampoo, body lotion, Shower Cap, etc. No Hair dryer No Sun Deck No Clothes Rack. So clothes were dried on the 2 available chairs. No Desk in the room Cable/Satelite TV kept disconnecting every 2days though it was informed I would be occupying the room for 6days, 5nights. No Snack Bar. NO Retaurant though it is advertised there is. Had to have lunch and dinner from Indian Hut restaurant located next to the hotel. No Room Service was encouraged. The included Breakfast was only 1 bullseye egg, 2 small sausages and 3pieces of toasted bread with butter. Every day this same English breakfast. If you ask for anything else like kiribath or stringhoppers, there is an extra cost of Rs980/-. No Daily House Keeping? The glass of the peek hole in the door (to see who is knocking on the door outside the room) was broken and stuffed with tissue to prevent air conditioning and sound leaks. The building does not have the bright yellow paint color as seen in the picture - maybe washed away during the rainy seasons.
