Seda Leo ist ein 5 Sterne Hotel, allerdings mit einigen Schwachstellen. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt das Hotel auf hohem Standard, allerdings zeigt sich bei genaueren Hinsehen ein Abnutzung an diversen Stellen (abgestossene Kanten an Badezimmerrahmen, abgebrochene Tischecken, verschmutzte Möbel. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und der Strand ist grandios. Unschön sind hingegen Sandfliegen am Strand auf welche konsequent hingewiesen wird. Das Personal ist mehrheitlich freundlich, allerdings teils nicht besonders lösungsorientiert. Wer bspw. in einer Pool-Kabana etwas gesünderes Essen möchte als auf der Poolkarte angeboten, muss selbst in das daneben liegende Hotelrestaurant gehen und dort Essen, da das Personal der Poolbar streng die Poolkarte ohne Kompromisse umsetzt. Die Auswahl der angebotenen Speisen im Restaurant (Frühstück, Abendessen) ist relativ beständig und könnte mehr Varianten vertragen, Abwechslung für Gäste mit längeren Aufenthalten anzubieten. Ebenfalls ist das Personal des Front Office mehrheitlich freundlich, meist aber nicht entscheidungsbefugt. So muss ein Checkout mehrmals angefragt werden, Entscheiden darf aber nur der Supervisor bzw. Duty Manager. Trotz niedriger Belegung, gewährte diese („Devine“) nur eine Stunde, was für ein fünf Sterne Hotel und eine Familie mit Baby sehr enttäuschend ist. Die Servicequalität ist also eher tief mit Ausnahme des sehr freundlichen Restaurantpersonals (Maya, Ruel, Leanne, Jayson).

The hotel is behind a mountain, which means the only way in and out is with their transfers in 4x4, that are absurdly expensive. There is a 3 min path through the forest to a point where a tricycle can pick you up, but you need to call them ahead. The description in booking is not accurate, there is no 6 min walking to el nido, it is more 15 min tricycle + 3 min walking. I would have loved to know this in advance, we travel with kids and would have gone for an easier option. The premium villas are up the mountain, you need to go by funicular, which sometimes is not working due to maintenance issues, then you have to get a car up to your villa, both things you should plan ahead, the funicular operator is not always there, neither the cars. Also the funicular is not working early in the morning. The breakfast is supposed to start at 6 am, which is a reasonable hour if you are planning to go to a tour, but the 3 days that we went at that time, not everything was ready. They picked us up from the airport with a pick up, the luggage was behind in the open and arrived completely covered in dust, the butler tried to clean it but it wasn’t easy. There are several things in the villa that weren’t working properly, like hair dryer, really bad smell in the toilet, dirt in the curtains… but those were small issues, the main issue we had is that in our last night our rooms were full of bugs, they were everywhere and it was impossible to sleep like that with bugs crawling over us, so we moved to a much smaller villa down the mountain and they gave us a discount due to the downgrade. The discount was nice and the staff did their best with the situation, but we lost more than 1 hour trying to kill the bugs to sleep there and also in the morning we had to review all the clothes in the luggage and remove the dead bugs after the fumigation. The pool toilets are out of order and you need to go to a first floor. In summary I don’t think the above is acceptable in a 5 starts hotel with the price they have. The tours were absurdly expensive, but I can’t tell if they were nice because we outsourced.

Großer Preis für Geld. Wir hatten eine letzte Minutebuchung und Aaron hat unverzüglich unsere Anfrage gebucht. Das Zimmer gegenüber dem Molave Restaurant Balkon ist atemberaubend. Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Die schöne Gartenlandschaft, tropische Zimmermöbel und überall ästhetische alles fügen zu einer sehr entspannenden Erfahrung hinzu. Bestes aller Mitarbeiter ist warm und freundlich einschließlich Kuya Fahrer, der uns aus Lio Hafen genommen. Es ist zu schlecht, dass die komplimentären Dienstleistungen wie Sonnenuntergang Kreuzfahrt usw. während unseres Aufenthalts nicht verfügbar waren.

My siblings and I celebrated our birthdays in El Nido and we chose to stay in Isla Amara. So happy with our decision! Quiet and relaxing vibe in the resort, nature-vibe with a lot of plants and trees in sight, perfect for those who just want to stayput the whole day or those like us who spent fun but tiring days on local tours and needed to rest afterwards. Afternoon and evening swim are our favorite. The pool is not that big but we never felt too crowded even with other guests around. We spent a lot of time in the pool and in the poolside area. the The pool lounge beds are so comfortable. Bonus: free ice cream in the afternoon! Isla Amara is only a very short walk to Lio beach. You can actually view the beach from their bar area. We love Lio beach, not too quiet but not too loud, no big crowd, it’s perfect! There are a few restaurant choices in the area and our favorite is The Red Crab, which is beside Isla Amara. The resort is 10-15 mins ride via Car and 15-20 mins ride via Tricycle going to the town center. For tours, we were picked up and dropped off at the resort. Isla Amara booked us with Go Paradise tours and we highly recommend them! On days we wanted to try other restaurants in town, we needed to ride the tricycle. It’s easy to get one, just ask the front desk. It’s ₱300 pesos one way. It’s definitely a fair price for the distance alone. Personally, we preferred to just eat in the restaurants nearby, so we can just walk back to our room or stay in the beach area chairs to relax before calling it a night. Hopefully more restaurants open in the area for more choices. Our booked room is not that big but spacious enough for 3 adults. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The room is clean and smells really good. That’s actually the first thing we noticed when we entered the room. The wifi in our room is bad so we used our 5G most of the time. Not much of a big deal but could be improved. Wifi in the reception area is strong. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend to family and friends! We would like to give special thanks to all the staff of Isla Amara. More than everything else, they made our stay worthwhile. Thank you for the El Nido hospitality. 💚 P.S. Thank you for the birthday surprises. We didn’t expect it but they’re highly appreciated! We felt like VIPs. Thank you for the effort. Definitely made us happier!

Waited an hour until a security guard at the airport helped us order a tricycle. Some misunderstanding between booking office and the reception was the answer, but they paid for our tricycle. It was a nice and modern hotel. Not a resort for pool relaxing because they only have few sun beds and always occupied. Even towels were few. Always in laundry was the answer. The rooms were tiny and dark. Always humid and moist. All our clothes and even bed linens felt wet. The food was tasty and good. But as in many places the service isn’t very fast. Long waiting times, from order to waiting even if they weren’t crowded. They were really keen on the allergies and made some offer to try to fix things. Even if they had spring rolls med of rice paper on the menu, of course the rice paper were out of stock they didn’t got new for our whole stay. As much others. No Cola Zero. Out of French fries and so on. They’re not quick to clean used glasses around pool area. Our tv didn’t work. They had not a great interest in trying to make it work. Our door lock same thing.. Good thing is the free shuttle to ElNido, LioBeach and the airport. Upon checkout I got the question how the stay was, my hesitation in answer and that it didn’t fulfill my expectations I didn’t got any reaction or questions how they could have done better. Don’t ask the question if you don’t want the answer.

Der Aufenthalt bei AngelNido Resort war etwas phänomenal. Ich habe die Lage sehr geschätzt, weil sie gerade aus dem Land ist und daher sehr ruhig und ruhig ist. El nido ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sie genießen außergewöhnliche Sonnenuntergang. Frühstück am Meer sind sehr gut. Reine und geräumige Zimmer mit allem, was Sie brauchen. Auch sehr geräumige und moderne Dusche. Kein Problem mit heißem Wasser. Ich hatte die Gelegenheit, den Manager kennenzulernen, sehr nett und immer bereit, sich zu vergewissern, dass alles gut geht. Ich hatte ein Problem mit dem Telefonkarte und sie halfen mir, mir zu empfehlen, ein lokales SIM zu kaufen, das gerade außerhalb der Anlage kaufbar ist. Wenn ich zurückkehren würde, würde ich sicher dort zurückkehren. Es war eine gute Wahl. Die Ausflüge dann von El Nido sind die Top und Sie können sie am Tag vor dem Tag mit Null-Problemen reservieren, einfach warnen Sie die Jungs der Struktur, die am Tag nach dem Tag führen Sie zum Ausgangsort der Ausflüge mit dem typischen ”Tricycle” El Nido.

We had amazing experience staying at CADLAO RESORT, when we arrived they sent tuktuk for pick up and upon arrival they guided really well throughout.. they arranged nice anniversary setup in room for us . They offered free cocktails from. 3-5 pm and you can watch best view while enjoying the cocktails at restaurant. This resort has 3 pools for each room location… staff is very courteous.. rooms are comfortable.. overall we had great stay.. i will definitely recommend this for families and couples. Thank you CADLAO resort for making our anniversary stay super super special

Ich blieb vor 5 Tagen in der letzten Woche am wunderbaren Ort, NO Lebensmittelprobleme, Essen dort jeden Tag, wurde von der Mitarbeiter behandelt wie ein König, der nicht mehr tun konnte, wenn ich frage. Ja ein wenig aus der Stadt, aber das ist, was ich wollte (Vielleicht sollten die Leute etwas mehr suchen). Und wenn der billige Fahrt nach der Stadt Ihre Bank brechen wird, übergehen Sie sie. Keine Spider in meinem schönen Zimmer am Pool und ja die Geckos und Chokos machen ein Lärm, aber viel besser als die betrunkenen Touristen in El Nido. Ich habe jeden Moment im Resort genossen und besucht diesen wunderbaren Ort. Ich würde und werde ohne Zwietracht zurück sein.
