New hotel which is why we booked. The breakfast was mediocre. Could do with a healthy option like plain greek yoghurt. 24/7 coffee wasn't really a thing: after about 10pm the lights in the breakfast area of the lobby were turned off and the coffee cold or often removed completely.

Meine Frau und ich sind in den letzten 4 Jahren zum Best Western Eden Resort gekommen. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit die Zimmer waren groß. Allerdings war dieser jüngste Besuch am 12. Oktober etwas geändert. Nachdem wir zurückgekommen, bilden wir einen Nitz aus, entschieden wir, Kaffee viel zu meiner Enttäuschung zu machen, war der Kaffeebecher ziemlich schmutzig . Da es sehr spät war, beschloss meine Frau nicht zu rufen, sondern nur zu reinigen mit Hilfe von Clorox Wimpern und ein Handtuch, sie konnte es reinigen (sie geht nie in ein Hotel ohne diese auch vor dem Covid ) Das Licht in der Dusche war nicht funktioniert und die Kleidung in der Dusche war fehlt . Dies sind nicht wichtige Dinge aber die Tatsache, dass der Kaffeeboot schmutzig war eine Enttäuschung, da es sich um ein 4-Sterne-Hotel handelt.Wenn es nicht recht spät mit Auszögerung wäre das Front Desk gemeldet worden.Wir haben das Front Desk später nur so angemeldet Sie sind echt und zu informieren Haushalten .Dies wird uns nicht davon abhalten, zurückzukommen. Auch hier kann es nicht wichtig sein, aber es muss gerichtet werden ....
