Wir waren für 4 Tage hier und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Fazit findet sich am Textende. Über Check24 hatten wir Halbpension gebucht, welche mit reichhaltigem Frühstücks- sowie Abendbuffet vollkommen ausreichend war. Das Zimmer war ordentlich ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage und Balkon. Lediglich das Bett war ziemlich hart für uns. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man am Strand. Das einzige Manko waren die fehlenden Corona-Maßnahmen und die offensichtlich nicht geschulten Barkeeper an der Poolbar. Leider gab es dort keine Cocktails und das Mischungsverhältnis der meisten alkoholischen Getränke war unpassend. Fazlt: Wir kommen wieder, aber eher der schönen Gegend wieder. Wer einen aktiven Urlaub verbringen möchte und das Hotel nur aufsucht, um zu schlafen, der ist hier genau richtig.

We booked a7 night all inclusive. On arrival (we had not read description properly ) realised no lift. This posed a problem with our reduced mobility. However a fantastic lady on reception called Mila came to our rescue and arranged a stunning room for us on the ground floor. The removal was made a lot easier by Joe. He handled our luggage with ease. Always has a smile on his face 😊 Joe is also one of the barmen and continues to give us great service. We really are having a lovely holiday in beautiful, lush surroundings! All of the staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much for any of them. The food really is impressive, lots of variety and something to please everyone. Would really recommend to anyone. In our opinion, one of the best hotels we have stayed in. A real bonus is the Aladdin cave called Danny’s across the road that stocks everything one could possibly need on holiday, with an atm next to it.

I wasn't expecting much so was pleasantly surprised 1. Rooms spacious, clean, updated comfortable 2. Food on AI was OK some meals better than others but always something to eat 3. Drinks, well what can I say, lots to drink 4. Pool area, nice n chill vibe. Adults only 5. Entertainment, good live music & greek dancers, such fun THE SHINING STAR FOR THIS HOTEL IS THE TEAM OF STAFF. ALL OF THEM WERE BRILLIANT, SO FRIENDLY, WELCOMING, ACCOMODATING. WORKING TOGETHER TO ENSURE YOU HAVE THE BEST TIME XXX

After reading a few of the reviews we were a bit unsure but honestly I'm so glad we booked this hotel. We arrived late due to our flight being delayed, and as we arrived the staff welcomed us and had made us some food as we had missed out, which was such a lovely touch. Honestly couldn't fault anything, the food was amazing, the room was good, all of the staff were so friendly especially Christiana, Giannis, Amin. It was such a relaxed environment, Will definitely be returning!

This place is a hidden gem .. fabulous staff I will say that again the Staff are amazing 👏.. we had such a nice time .. we will definitely!! be going back soon .. don't take any notice of the bad reviews as these people must be expecting a five star hotel.. this place is cheap but you get more than you pay for . Highly recommended great atmosphere around the pool and bar .. and situated in a great place away from the main strips and nightly noise but near enough 5 min walk to barrisa beach .. fantastic little place.. thankyou amalia staff for making are holiday great...

Came for a 5 day trip with my friend, something that’s not pretentious or too expensive as we would be exploring the island. And it was most certainly that. The food was lovely and rooms are nice and spacious. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and love to chat. Shout out to Valentino and Amen who kept us entertained with the language lessons and leant us some playing cards. The manager couldn’t do enough for us, we will be back!!

What a little gem this hotel is. I agree with other reviews that the hotel is a little dated, but it more than makes up for it in other ways. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels and sheets are changed at least every other day. The beds are comfortable and while the bathrooms are on the small side everything works and the showers are warm and constant. The food is great for a three star hotel with only 50 rooms there is plenty of it with lots of variation daily. Special thanks to the chef for cooking rabbit for me as I love it. The pool and pool bar are really good with plenty of sun beds for everyone. This is a small family run hotel with several members of the family working in the hotel. They made us feel really welcome and the laid back atmosphere was just what we needed. The only thing I would warn people about before they book is that there are no lifts and you have to go up and down stairs no matter where your room is so it might not be suitable for people with limited mobility

I have travelled all over the world and this is one of the best places I have experienced. Full of passion.... Great food, hospitality, fab hotel ower and staff that go above and beyond. Want something totally authentic come here. Want a 5 star hotel pay a fortune and it will lack all that is here. Love to you all at Amalia ＜3

Very friendly approachable staff. Valentino was brilliant with us, gave great reccomendations for local food and day trips! Great hotel was very clean, pool was lovely! Ample sunbeds (so no sunbed fighting!) and food was lush! Definitely reccomend!
