Very good Mary is a very welcoming person. She gives you lovely homemade scones on arrival. Her breakfast is fantastic with plenty of choice. Roomwas lovely and comfortable. She is very helpful Nothing too much trouble very quiet a great sleep. Will definitely return here again. Anne Dublin

We stayed here for two nights whilst touring the Cork area. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for Mary, our host. This isn't the most modern place but we loved it. Excellent breakfast.

Faced with a 5 hour drive from Rosslare ferry port to the Dingle Peninsular, I looked for a staging post to make the journey less challenging. I found the perfect place in Sundown House, near Castlemartyr which is about a 2 hour drive from Rosslare. It is a modern bungalow with ample parking and the host, Mary, could not be more welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble to her - she even phoned a local dining pub to keep an eye out for me when I arrived for a meal and they did just that! You will not be lacking in energy for your travels the following day because breakfast is not only delicious but is generous in portions. Next time I make that rip I will be staying here.

if you want to experience real Irish hospitality then you won't do better than here. Great hosts and the best homemade scones and full Irish breakfast in had. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and I will be back soon. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone
