Shocking! No other words really. The room was grubby, tacky and smelt bad. We booked a promotion and upon arriving in the room I was so disappointed. A girl's get-away turned into us having to cancel it as there was no way we were staying there! After making the booking and paying we were informed that we weren't allowed alcohol on the premises. I asked to cancel as that didn't suit us, being a girl's get-away - denied! (This was immediately after paying and receiving the confirmation!) We thought we'd make the most of it and since we were then permitted to have wine in the room we were happy with that, but the room was just gross!!! I don't live in that at home so why on earth would I want to pay to stay in such a gross place?! We had dinner plans shortly after arriving and since we hadn't all arrived at the accommodation we left to meet friends. At dinner I just couldn't bear the thought of going back there so I left half-way through dinner to collect bags and advised the owner we just couldn't sleep there. I requested a refund, since we hadn't stayed, used anything or even sat on a chair/bed - denied! I've given her ample opportunity to resolve this matter, but to no avail. I'm now left only with warning others of what they're in for. Go at your own peril!

Please take this advice and do yourself a favour in advance. I made a booking for my mom's team year-end get together in September last year, to be held in December. I had paid everything in full nearly R20 000 for the team by end of October. Come December, Debbie informs me the week of, there's some pipe burst and the booking will have to be rescheduled or they will refund. My mom's team opted to Reschedule for January understanding their situation. Come January, again the week of Debbie asks me when my mom's team will be rebooking dates as she's aware of the "tentative" booking for this coming weekend but it was never confirmed and she has a 21st that is booked for the weekend instead. We were all livid at this point as I gave her the dates and asked if there's availability. She said yes & she would booked out the entire hotel for my mom's team for that weekend. I spoke to Debbie and her response was I didn't request a new booking confirmation as confirmation of the booking made. Yet there was absolutely no follow up thereafter fron her side if this was the case. I was under the impression the weekend was booked for my mom's team and its sorted. Now I'm being told to reschedule again and no refund will be given. My mom's team is completely put off by the interactions with the hotel. Its a team of minimum wage workers where the company doesn't pay for year end celebrations. The team had to save for this weekend over MONTHS! I've requested a refund and yet they refuse to pay the ladies back. I can't get hold of them and they're ignoring my calls. The team do not trust this hotel enough to reschedule they just want their money back that's all but this is being refused. Please everyone, save yourself the expense and stress. I'm not one to write bad reviews like this, but this is to protect others from becoming victims to their schemes.

This is the perfect base to explore Cape Town. The panoramic views are magnificent! Expect good quality sleep on the lovely mattresses in the spacious hotel rooms. Friendly service and safe parking. Thank you Debbie for all your efforts. Ideal for friends and family..

We really enjoyed our stay at Atlantic Spa Boutique Hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient and the massage at the SPA amazing. The bed and linen were good quality and the room very spacious. We will definitely be back and refer friends and family.

Wow!!! is all I can say for the Amazing 2 day stay at Atlantic Spa Boutique Hotel. We were greeted with friendly, helpful staff and Debbie is just the best, Accommodating and helpful from the booking arrangements and throughout our stay. The Spa Experience is out of this world. The ladies have magic hands, and the Spa is beautiful and clean. The rooms are clean, cozy, beds are comfortable, and the blankets are so soft, the room is equipped with a mini bar fridge, microwave, coffee station and snacks can also be purchased if needed. The breakfast that was served was well presented and the staff are very helpful and attentive. My Sister and I had the best staycation, and we were mesmerized by the quietness and tranquility during our stay. It is perfect if you need a break away from a busy lifestyle. Thank you, Debbie and Staff of Atlantic Spa Boutique Hotel for making our stay so pleasant and we will definitely be back again soon.

Here comes another 5 star review for Debbie and her team at Atlantic Beach. My husband and i had a brilliant stay in the most glorious suite. Almost on the beach and perfectly located for what we needed. So happy with the spa and our couples massages. Book this place. :) Jayson & Marcel will be back

Thank you Debbie, and your friendly team for another wonderful experience. Everything was amazing - the beautifully decorated room, delicious breakfast options, a refreshing dip in the pool to escape the heat, and the cosy & comfortable reading area. The highlight was the much needed full body massage in the relaxing spa. I'll be sure to add a manicure and pedicure to list for when we come back again for another stay.

We had a wonderful time the service we received was excellent, Debbie was an excellent host and the management Calvin and his staff were top notch. The breakfast was of a very high standard . Too good

Beautiful views, friendly staff and everything it promises and more. So worth it, didn't want to leave. Really relaxing environment , I enjoyed every minute from the time I arrived, I felt so at home. Breakfast offered so many options, it was a highlight and then the Cherry on top is the Spa Treatments, with professional and friendly staff.
