Camping Erreka

The mobile home was clean and situated close to bus stop, beach , bakery and supermarkets which suited us very well. We loved the outdoor heated pool and sun loungers. The food at the campsite restaurant was excellent. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend for a quiet relaxing holiday for couples and young families.

Hello We booked a mobile home for two weeks (8th until 22th of july 2023) at camping area in Bidart. Two adults and three children. We paid 2500 euros for two weeks and we were really looking forward to two awesome weeks in Bidart. Unfortunately we got More than disappointed. As we arrived on Saturday, 8th of July, we moved into a dirty and broken mobile home. As you can see in the pictures, this mobile home was definetly not clean. It seems like there was no clean up since weeks. So first we had to clean the house to feel a bit comfy. This is by far not the end of the story. For eight days we smelled excrement inside and outside the house. In the first week we went to the camping office twice to declare that something’s wrong with the mobile home. But nothing really happened. After eight days with a lot of really bad smells and excrement inside and outside the house we went to the office again with the request to solve the problem, to fix the toilette and the kitchen. Finally someone came the day after and helped us. All in all we had to stay with three children in a mobile home smelling like excrement and even seeing the excrement inside and outside. Altough we asked three times for help and repair. That was absolutely not okay and isn’t a standart at all!

Spoke to reception upon arrival regarding the condition of the toilet and shower blocks. Nice team but no improvement since our arrival on Wednesday. Waiting for a call or reply to my email regarding the state of the sanitation blocks! 4 star??????? Currently on site. 🤢

Not satisfied, the house was tiny and absolutely not suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids, it wasn’t cleaned when we arrived and impossible to contact any staff, they didn’t answered emails and I didn’t want to waste my vacation chasing them! The tiny little yard was useless, no space at all and no view at all because they hadn’t cut the trees and bushes, witch also led to a lot of bugs and mosquitoes. I will not stay here again and it is not worth the money!

The stay was ok but we had to clean a bit extra upon arrival. The 3 bedroom caravan was spacious for a family of 4. No air conditioning and it gets a bit moist inside. Luckily it was cooler weather during our stay. The vegetation around the caravans make it feel a bit congested. Overall ok as a budget alternative (compared to local hotels). Location is excellent between Biarritz and Spanish border.

Never book a campsite of Seagreen. They are plane thieves. If you book via their site and you do a downpayment they add extra limitations in the Confirmation which are not mentioned on the booking form. We call them the day that you cancel your booking by sending an email but they never respond to your email. I even paid extra for a cancelation insurance, after calling them when they did not respond to my emails they simply say that my reason for canceling does not fall under the insurance and that I won't get my money back. So again these people are thieves, so don't go to any of their 7 campsites.

Après notre mariage qui avait lieu sur Bidart, nos amis et nos familles avions décidé de poser nos valises dans cet endroit qui nous a réservé bien des surprises... Accueil : Bienveillance, sourire et professionnalisme. A notre arrivée on se sentait déjà en "vacances" et à la maison. Personnel d'entretien : toujours un mot gentil et le sourire. Equipe du restaurant : Une responsable de salle exceptionnelle. Bienveillante, professionnelle, souriante elle a su mettre tout le monde à l'aise pour profiter de cette terrasse juste incroyable... Attention c'est un piège, on peu y passer 12 heures sans bouger ! Quant au Chef, sa cuisine est top, faite lui confiance sur les suggestions et il n'a pas peur des defis (il peut passer de 15 couverts annoncés à 40 à tables.... toutes nos excuses mais t'a assuré GRAVE). La Direction : Bienveillante et disponible. MERCI à vous tous... Grâce à vous on a conclue notre mariage en beauté, on ne pouvait rêver mieux. Une belle famille.... A TRES TRES VITE !

Camping agréable arboré. Service restauration très accueillant. Juste en face du camping boulangerie et traiteur très appréciable.

Nous avons passé un super séjour au camping Erreka. Idéalement situé à Bidart, c'est parfait pour accéder aux magnifiques sites touristiques. Un camping proche de la mer avec des bungalows spacieux et modernes et une sensibilité aux économies d'énergie. Le plus : la piscine chauffée avec ses jets d'eaux massant après une bonne journée de balades.
