I haven't been to Genting in 15 years, and this trip to Genting left me with a rare experience.
To be honest, although it is troublesome to wait for the room, it cannot be used if you encounter a 1st world member card. It cannot be automatically checked in, there must be a long line. Fortunately, the waiters there were very friendly.
The room is older, but it's still clean.
Decorated leisure area, personal feel very stewed, not as comfortable as before cool. You'll get lost in there. Fortunately, there are more restaurants there, and the price will certainly be a little more expensive than normal.
It is also suitable for people who like to shop.

Wir hatten ein Studio-Apartment gebucht, bekamen aber ein Upgrade auf ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, groß und erschwinglich. Einige Geschäfte und Cafés sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Genting Resort/Casino ist etwa 25 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Insgesamt war es für uns in Ordnung, da wir die Grundbedürfnisse erfüllten.
Ein Problem war, dass wir nicht vorher darüber informiert wurden, dass die Schlüssel an einem anderen Ort abzuholen sind. Daher war das Ein- und Auschecken etwas umständlich, da wir zu einem anderen Ort/einer anderen Rezeption fahren mussten, die ein paar Kilometer vom Apartment entfernt ist.

GGastnutzerThe hotel hardware is all correct but staff is a bit lacking. We had a super late check in. The first night we stay on first floor only hear the furniture dragging around from mid night till early morning. Hotel manager cannot explain but they found me another room. I suspect noise is from casino platinum club. Don't get me wrong. The staff are helpful trying their very best but hotel is just short of manpower in peak season in terms of housekeeping. We stayed in Junior Suite. We had breakfast but food doesn't match up to a five stars hotel. I supposed it is hard to get staff to work in Genting highland. Until we checked out. I dunno how the Crockford exterior looks like and it remains as a mystery. Renovation is on going so one has to be careful to pick the right room. We pay a lot for two nights of stay. Late check in and early check out that actually make us lose out quite a fair bit. Shuttle bus is provided to Genting Grand but we figured a lot of outsider are using that service without approval because driver won't check and the bell boy also care less. That is what I mean by hardware is right but staff are not quite right. Hotel staff also can hop in for a free ride without queuing. I doubt if anyone really care.

But it was so impressing about this hotel especially for the hotel room which were very clean, bright & comfort. The location is quite near from the Genting Awana Resort (Skyway Cable Car). The staffs will help us to list the car's plate number for free parking. The breakfast menu were also good & delicious. The Facilities is also great, especially the top swimming pool & observation deck with a highly beautiful view. The only thing matters is the lift. Very slow especially if you have the high floor hotel room. For my suggestion, just request the receptionist for the low or middle floor.

During check-in, one of the reception staff seemed distracted, chatting with colleagues while attending to guests. It made it difficult for us to get his attention, and we had to strain to hear him over the loud music from the private event at the swimming pool.
To improve, I would suggest that the staff focus on their tasks during check-in and checkout, ensuring guests receive the attention they deserve. Additionally, perhaps the music levels during pool events could be adjusted to allow staff to better communicate with guests.
Despite these issues, the hotel's facilities and amenities were great. With a bit of attention to these details, Awana Resort World Hotel could provide an even more exceptional experience for its guests.

Es gibt Restaurants, Speedmart, Petron Station , Familie Mart , Selbstbedienung Wäscherei usw. In der Nähe von GHPO (Man muss dort fahren) wo Sie entweder dort kaufen oder parken Ihr Auto und auf dem Kabelwagen zum First World Theme Park.

AAnonymer BenutzerGood stay. Near to Muslim restaurant, convenient store, etc. 20-30mins to get to top of Genting. Have to checkin at Maple then head to designated parking lot at the back. Room is easily accessible directly from parking, no need to change lift. Clean and complete facilities. It is like a 2 bedroom house with kitchen, microwave, fridge. Pool is big but its freezing cold. There is playground for kids. We book room with 3 breakfast and it was handwritten on our breakfast voucher. Unfortunately the cafe’s manager said it is designed for 2 pax breakfast only but he half heartedly allow us for 3 pax breakfast since it was written for 3 on the voucher. Menu not variety, only have nasi lemak, fried maggi, sausage, nugget and vege popia. But it is okay for quick breakfast. Nasi lemak and sambal is delicious.
Overall a good stay.

Außerdem wurde mir ein Zimmer im Valley Wing, das das Flügel über dem Lobbygebäude ist, so dass die Layout des Hotels etwas kompliziert ist, vor allem vom Lobby bis zum Zimmer. Von der Lobby (Ebene 1) muss ich daher auf Ebene 3 hochsteigen und dann eine ”offset-Verbindung” überqueren, um Valley Wing (Ebene 7) zu erreichen. In jedem Fall ist das Personal unglaublich willkommen und wünschenswert, Besucher zu unterstützen, insbesondere bei der Eincheckung. Dieses Hotel ist das Geld wert, weil es ziemlich komfortabel ist. Ohne Zweifel werde ich zurückkommen.
