Luxurious Hotel on the top of the mountain. Absolutely glorious. The most attentive friendly staff ever experienced. Cleanest well appointed rooms. After a day of enjoying the theme park, shopping centre and ******, we stayed in our room the next day to enjoy the splendor of the amenities and the wonderful view over the valley below.

All ok bilik ok , but bilik i book only 1 katil sahaja tapi yang dapat ada 2 katil ? Servies memang tak ok macam nak taknak layan je so disappointed ☹️ , kata ada WiFi ? Tapi bila sampai line takde ? Mintak WiFi pun tak balas chat ? So sad lah servies tak ok .. view ok lain ok cuma servies je tak ok , kalau servies ok mesti semua akan ok .

Das Zimmer war super groß und erstaunlich. Ich meine Familie liebte das Zimmer und die Aussicht. Sicherlich, der Ort wert das Geld und hoffentlich haben wir die Gelegenheit, hier wieder zu besuchen. Wir haben jedoch einige Dinge, die wir gerne ansprechen möchten und hoffentlich auch in Zukunft bessere Dienstleistungen erreichen werden. 1. Keine klaren Anweisungen für die Eincheckung - wir mussten gehen, um alle unsere Sachen über ein anderes Gebäude, Ende der Hotellobby sagte uns, die Nummer bei unserer Buchung zu rufen, um die Schlüssel zu erhalten. Plus we have to pay the parking fee which is too expensive for entry less than 30mins. I've come with families so it was very difficult to walk the distance due to misunderstanding. 2. Einlagen - Rm200 wurde für Zimmereinlagen belastet, die meiner Meinung nach ziemlich lächerlich war. Wenn es nur RM100 wäre es großartig. Darüber hinaus müssen wir auf dem Prüfstand bei der Einzahlung von Schlüsseln zahlen, aber die Erstattung wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden verarbeitet werden, was sehr absurd war. Wir hoffen, dass sie innerhalb von maximal 2 Stunden verarbeitet wird, so dass sie für Kundenerfahrung großartig wäre.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed here for a night with our family. Overall was okay, the front office staffs were very nice and friendly, the checked in process is basically flawless. The F&B staff were really friendly especially those staffs at the pool area. We enjoyed our stay but the room I stayed in has no items at the mini bar, I called the room service a few times to asked for the items but they just simply sent me a few items despite I was only asking for tea bags. Also the cups was not washed at all, coffee stained was still on the cups, i have to wash it with boiling waster and i can see the water turned brown after I poured it into the cups. Another thing is We asked for an extra bed, but no extra amenities (toothbrush and others) was provided, again I need to call the to provide it. Overall the stay was okay. I think the housekeeping department really need to pay more attention to details and not to mentioned the person who picked up my call when i asked for extra amenities and tea bags was rather unfriendly.

Beautiful and clean hotel, with friendly staffs! Booked the deluxe room with balcony and I have nothing bad to say. The view and design is nice, room is equipped with Smart TV. There’s laundry machine and coway water refill outside at the public area too. Location is close to all the restaurants/coffeeshops (walking distance). Do note that parking is not free. All in all, an excellent experience!

Pros Hotel is great for families. We booked the sixer room as the quad room has been reviewed by other guests that it is far away from lobby. Our sixer room was just above the lobby at level 2. Space was enough for our family of 5 with toddler and we had a connecting room. Our room had a bunk bed. So in total there were 3 queen beds. 2 beds on the bottom and 1 on the bunk bed. Location wise is very convenient as the theme parks, restaurants and supermarket is just right in front of the hotel. There is also a small playground for kids at the lobby reception. Cons The bathroom has a separate cubicle for toilet and shower. But the bathroom has no door! You would have to change your clothes in the shower cubicle. I have never stayed in a hotel where the bathroom has no door, so if you are staying with a big group just be prepared😊 Room has no fan but it is cold outside so not a problem for us during our stay. Breakfast buffet location is not in the hotel. It is in the indoor themepark premise so you need to walk 10-15 minutes for breakfast. Otherwise great stay for families and reasonable price too if you are sharing.

Zimmer 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Habe ein Upgrade auf eine Suite mit 1 Schlafzimmer und Kingsize-Bett erhalten. Besichtigung von Colmare nach Wunsch. Auch nachts ist es wunderschön. Die Zimmerausstattung ist perfekt, alles in allem. Eine Anfrage bei der Haushälterin ist nicht erforderlich. Das Bettlaken ist leicht schmutzig und weist Flecken auf. Essen👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Kein Frühstücksbuffet, es gibt ein festes Frühstück, das wir auswählen müssen. Aber trotzdem ist die Portion perfekt und lecker! Sie desinfizieren sich gut, nachdem sie vom Kunden verwendet wurden. Einrichtungen👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Schwimmbad ist super. Das Wasser ist sauber und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht und eine kalte Brise. Es sind nicht viele Leute hier, wir können ohne zeitliche Begrenzung schwimmen. Fühlt sich an wie ein privater Pool. Der Parkplatz im Keller ist etwas dunkel.

Das Hotel war eine alte Wohnung, die das Zimmer so breit mit Wohnung Standard macht. Hat einen Sänke etc, das Zimmer selbst war sauber schön, schönes Bett, schöne Küken, schönes Badezimmer, aber sie gab keine Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta. Sie haben viele Restaurants, und Glück war ich in Tower 2 so einfach zu erreichen Restaurant und Shuttle-Stop. Die Lage ist wunderbar, auf dem oberen Berg. Aber es war traurig, als ich wohnte, gab es große Regen die ganze Nacht und Morgen, so dass alle Flöhe und ich kann die Nuss wenige dort sehen, sonst seine wunderbare Aussicht, wenn es keine Regen gab. Insgesamt ist das sehr schöne Hotel
