We stayed at the Hotel for 6 nights in a 'Essential' king room. Pros: - Checking in was friendly and swift. A glass of water was offered. - A hand written card, balloons, wine & chocolate cake were left as we were celebrating our anniversary. A nice touch. - Our room was comfortable, clean, modern & the shower was nice. Everything you needed was there. Air con worked great and was quiet. - Our room was cleaned daily. No issues there. - All staff were friendly. - Breakfast was nice enough, not a huge selection. Seating was always available. - Rooftop terrace was comfortable and clean. A nice area to chill out. We always managed to get a seat despite it being fairly small. The pool was ok to cool off and there's 6 sun beds. - Location was great for us. Close enough to all the shops, bars and transport links. We used the Aerobus which stops 5 minutes away to get from the airport. Cons: - Expensive drinks. 4.50 for a small bottle of coke & 8 euros for a smoothie. Probably similar to other hotels but it's hard to justify. Long drinks are crazy prices. - Service on the terrace was hit and miss, a little haphazard. Staff were polite though. Similar at breakfast but again staff were friendly. - We were often late to bed so we weren't getting up until 9am, however there was drilling and banging almost every day that started at 8am. Pretty annoying. - Probably the most expensive bed & breakfast hotel we've booked at an average of £250/night. Obviously this varies by location/time but it wasn't worth it in my opinions, perhaps about £150. Other hotels were similar at the time of booking though. Overall, a nice hotel but too expensive for us to justify another visit sadly.

Excellent service and staff. We enjoyed one night here and were treated with warmth throughout the stay. Staff were responsive, helpful and kind. Would return again in a heartbeat! The rooftop was wonderful and though a bit chilly for dinner while we were there, it was perfect in the daytime. Unfortunately the pool was closed for winter, but would have been nice to enjoy the views from there! The room was clean and comfortable, thanks for a great stay!

Die perfekte Lage im Zentrum von Barcelona macht dieses Hotel ideal für einen Städtetrip. Aber nicht nur die Lage überzeugt, sondern auch Zimmer und Service. Innen ist das Hotel stylish, hochwertig und komfortable, die Betten sind superbequem und trotz dass unser Zimmer strassenseitig lag, war vom Verkehr kaum etwas zu hören. Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren alle aussergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Highlight ist definitiv die Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Stadt; wir haben immer einen Platz bekommen und haben die Aussicht und Cocktails sehr genossen. Das Einzige, was noch verbessert werden könnte, ist das Frühstück, das einem sonst 5 Sterne-Hotel nicht ganz angemessen ist (Kaffeemaschine war kaputt, Eivariationen nur widerwillig und auf Nachfrage serviert). Diese minimalen Mängel macht dieses Hotel mit allem anderen aber absolut wett.

Nach einem steinigen Start (das zugewiesene Zimmer war nicht die gleiche Kategorie wie das, für das ich gebucht und bezahlt hatte und was die Fotos zeigten), die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfreich, um unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen und es richtig zu machen. Wir wurden am nächsten Tag zur Änderung der Zimmer angeboten, aber da wir nur 3 Nächte geblieben waren, dachten wir es ungünstig. Sie gab uns stattdessen ein Kredit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett komfortabel. Die TV-Rezeption war am besten spitzig! Das Bad war nicht zu komfortabel, das Toilette hinter der Tür war aber die Dusche war gut. ( Der Grund, warum ich das höhere Kategoriezimmer reservierte, war, weil es die Waschmaschine draußen hatte, so dass ich es verwenden konnte, während mein Mann in der Dusche oder Toilette ist). Der Herr im Vorderbüro hielt mit Reservierungen und Taxis bei. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn einige Anweisungen im Zimmer hinsichtlich der Verwendung des Telefons (Rezeption war9 und nicht 0, musste nach unten gehen, um herauszufinden!) Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, sehr gut vorgestellt und in einem sehr schönen Zimmer mit Blick auf die Ramblas. Unser Zimmer, das die Ramblas überblickte war überhaupt nicht laut, die AC funktionierte genauso wie die Aufzüge. Das Zimmer wurde schnell gemacht und zwei Wasserflaschen wurden täglich gegeben, sowie Kaffee- und Teebefestigungen. Wir empfehlen Royal Ramblas, die Lage ist schwer zu schlagen!!!

Wenn Sie ein Hotel mit einem Schwimmbad auswählen, stiegen die Preise für unseren Aufenthalt um £300-400, so ein starker Anstieg, aber sie hatten nicht einen. Es war 1 Fuß tief, das ist kein Pool, wenn man nicht schwimmen kann, dann ist es ein glorifiziertes Puddle. Frühstück war köstlich, nur ein esser Teil war die Croissants, die scheint preiswert für £9 pro Tag. Das Bett war relativ nett, aber auf Rädern und machte so viel Lärm jede Zeit, dass wir in der geringsten bewegten. Es gab einen schlafenden Klang, der alle 5 Sekunden vom Fan ausging, nicht zu schlecht am Tag, aber wenn Sie versuchen zu schlafen, dann war es ein Albtraum. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich an der Rezeption, der helle Spark, der uns von anderen Orten gehalten hat, als wir wirklich versucht waren. Ich würde nicht mehr buchen.

Diese Erfahrung war eine der besten, die wir in Barcelona hatten. Das Hotelzimmer fühlte sich geräumig an und alle Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Besonders beeindruckt sind wir von den Rezeptionsmitarbeitern Luis und Gema. Sie waren sehr unterstützend. Sie haben uns beim Transport sehr geholfen und uns lokale Tipps gegeben (wie gute Restaurants, wie man öffentliche Verkehrsmittel benutzt usw.). Gema hat uns sogar persönlich geholfen, unsere Gepäcklieferung in ein anderes Hotel rechtzeitig und effizient zu arrangieren. Das Gepäck wurde während des gesamten Prozesses genau überwacht, bis es in unserer Hand ankam. Ich kann dieses echte 5-Sterne-Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen.

We enjoyed most of our experience at this boutique hotel. The Pros The front desk was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was absolutely outstanding where everything is made to order as well as giving you a giant tray of breads, sweets, juices, and coffee. The location is perfect right in the middle of the Gothic area and right next-door to the cathedral. They gave us a free history tour on Sunday morning, which was outstanding. Another wonderful thing is they give you a free glass of wine at 5 o’clock with a few pieces of cheese and olives in the restaurant. THE CONS The hotel had quite a few negatives though, but the biggest one was the air conditioning. I could not sleep because it was too hot. We opened the window, but it was too noisy to sleep in the morning with the trucks going by. Doing my hair in the morning was impossible without sweat pouring down my head, so I cannot imagine what this room is like in the summertime. The lighting is poor in the bathroom and there is only one English-speaking channel on the TV, BBC. The shower had a broken towel bar, and they were no face cloths. The pillows on the bed are so flat. We had to order three more. We were in room 216.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Das Hotel ist mega zentral im gotischen Viertel gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Abgesehen vom Schließen der Türen haben wir null Geräusche aus anderen Zimmern oder dem Flur gehört. Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig, die Terrasse sonnig und wirklich ein Traum. Frühstück fanden wir super, mindestens tauglich für vier Sterne (wir frühstücken klassisch, auf glutenfrei, vegan etc. haben wir nicht geachtet). Das Bad war ebenfalls super - der Knaller der beheizte Spiegel, der nicht beschlug. Große Regendusche mit richtig Power. Im Restaurant haben wir nicht gegessen. Alle Leute, mit denen wir zu tun hatten, waren super nett und hilfreich. Mir fällt nichts ein, was zu kritisieren wäre 😊

Leider musste ich am nächsten Tag einen frühen Morgen raus. Ich kann nicht einmal zum Dach gehen, also möchte ich etwas langsamer. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und sehr luxuriös.

My husband & I stayed at the H10 Raco Del Pi Boutique Hotel for one night after a cruise. The location is perfect & it was very quiet. The room was a nice size, very clean & well appointed. There were big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash & lotion. There were small dental kits with a toothbrush & toothpaste, a shaving kit, a comb, a shoeshine kit, & a shower cap. There were glass bottles of water & a small box of delicious chocolates. But the thing that really stood out about this hotel were the amazing staff. We were greeted very warmly by 3 different desk attendants. They stored our luggage until check in & offered us a glass of champagne. The attendant ordered a cab to pick us up at the hotel at 5:30 the next morning & offered to have a ‘picnic’ waiting for us since we would miss breakfast due to our early flight. Our ‘picnic’ consisted of a very tasty ham & cheese sandwich, an apple & a bottle of water. Our cab arrived at 5:25 AM & we were at the airport in 25 minutes. If we return to Barcelona, we will definitely stay at the H-10 Hotel again!

Die Cocktail-Bar auf dem Dach kann man ohne weiteres empfehlen, auch wenn das Personal hier manchmal ein wenig länger gebraucht hat. Dafür waren aber alle immer super-freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wie schon gesagt ist das Hotel zentral gelegen und wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten auch gut zu Fuß erreichen, ebenso wie den Hafen und Stadt-Strand. Alles in allem für einen Städte-Trip eine klare Empfehlung.
