Die Lage und Einrichtung des Hotels sind fantastisch. Es liegt nur 2-3 Gehminuten von der Altstadt und dem See entfernt und bietet alles, saubere und moderne Zimmer, eine super tolle Pool / Terrasse und sehr gutes Essen. Der Service des gesamten Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, äusserst zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Tracy hat uns sogar unterstützt ein Packet mit der Post nach Hause in die Schweiz zu schicken. 🥰 . Preis-/Leistung ist top, ich würde dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen jnd jederzeit wieder kommen. Sie haben mehr als die maximum 10 in der Bewertung verdient 🫶🏻. Danke für Alles, es war super!

I’ve been to Hanoi a few times and hotel service here is generally good, but Solaria truly stood out for us from the moment we stepped in, all the way to when we left and were warmly sent off by the porter. The level of service was impeccable. The hotel itself was excellent, cleanliness, welcome drinks, snacks, and overall comfort were all on point. Everything felt thoughtful and well taken care of. A special shoutout to two wonderful staff members who made our stay even more memorable: 1. Daria: During breakfast, we asked about the special chili salt powder served with fruits (it was amazingly tasty!). Daria not only explained where we could get it from a local mart, but also thoughtfully packed some in a container for us to bring home. Funny enough, we loved it so much that we bought fresh mango that same night and finished everything immediately! 2. Lily (Reception): We would like to give our heartfelt compliments to her, who assisted us from our first day to the last. She brought us on a room tour, polite, friendly, and answered all our typical tourist questions with ease. As we had requested a high floor, we were assigned one of the highest floors in the hotel. Lily thoughtfully informed us that the restaurant is located right above and operates until 10pm, so there might be slight noise until then. She checked if we were light sleepers and offered us the option to change to a lower floor for the remaining nights if it became an issue. The next morning at breakfast, she personally checked in with us again regarding the room, and it turned out to be perfectly fine for us, we didn’t notice much noise as we were still awake around that time. Since this was our anniversary trip (which I had indicated in the hotel remarks), our room was beautifully decorated with towel-shaped swans and rose petals, a really lovely touch. The next morning at breakfast, after our meal, Lily came by and presented us with a specially made coconut pandan pudding dessert. She shared that it was prepared for us today as we seemed a little tired from traveling the day before. During breakfast as well, Lily brought up about our request with housekeeping team for a firm pillow from the night before. Although we were initially told only one type was available, she took the initiative to explain and said she would try to source one for us. That very night, I received a firm pillow, truly thoughtful service. Lily also helped us plan our travel time to the airport, offered to assist with booking the hotel spa via her personal contact, and gave fantastic local food recommendations like cháo sườn with quẩy and rượu (sadly the shop was closed when we arrived, but it’s definitely on my list for my next trip to Hanoi). What really stood out is how Lily picks up on small cues and chooses the right moment to communicate, making everything feel very natural and personalized rather than forced. There was even more she helped us with along the way, always attentive and proactive, which really made a difference to our stay. To top it all off, during checkout, we were gifted local souvenirs, Trung Nguyen coffee drip filter and coffee powder, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Overall, an outstanding stay. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return on our next trip to Hanoi 🩷

We stayed at hotel chateau de hanoi for 2 nights and overall, it was an under-average experience. For its price (pre-discount and considering we were in Vietnam) it might not be that worth it. We booked the hotel because of its high-rated reviews and its branding as a 5 star boutique hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome drinks and the staff was friendly. We arrived hanoi quite early, so we asked if we could do an early check-in. We were informed by the staff that an early check-in was not impossible, but there was an extra charge. It was however totally understandable that the hotel has their arrangements so we went along with the regular check-in time, but the staff quite passive aggressively told us that they informed us on WhatsApp— we were on a flight and later on a Grab to the hotel so we were unable to read the message entirely. I would expect a 5-star service to be more understanding. To be very honest, I would doubt if the hotel qualifies to be categorized into a 5-star hotel. Of course, the hotel provides customers with all the necessary amenities like toothbrush and shaving kits, but the hotel room didn’t have a window and lighting was insufficient. There was a bathtub, but there was no proper standing shower and it was just a shower head next to the toilet without curtains or doors. The twin bed was extremely small and too easy to be moved around (in a sense that if I wanted to sit at the edge of bed, the mattress would slide to that side). Hygiene was fine but some areas such as the wall and the bathing area could be improved. We ran out of tissue paper in the room as well but after housekeeping the box was still empty and not replaced with a new box of tissue. Soundproofing at the hotel was not solid since we could constantly hear noises from next door during midnight. In our booking package free breakfast was included, so we checked it out in the morning. A small buffet was provided, but the plates and utensils had oil on them. There was a set menu, but the scrambled eggs were not up to par and the pho was okay. Considering the hotel brands itself as a 5-star hotel, I would expect better hygiene and quality check. Location-wise, the hotel is located at the heart of Old Quarter. It is convenient but this also means traffic can get very hectic nearby. Moreover we realized the staff was getting less and less friendly as we reached the end of our stay. It would be nice if their attitude and service could be more consistent, again, given it is a 5-star hotel.

I stayed at Desyloia Hotel for three nights during my trip. The hotel is located about a 25-minute walk from the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, which makes it quieter and more relaxing. It’s very convenient to get around by Grab. The room was spacious and comfortable, with large glass windows overlooking the street — I loved how the sunlight came in during the day. Joyce and Nam were both very attentive throughout my stay. At check-in, they introduced nearby attractions, and Nam even helped me call the restaurant I had booked. Every time I went in or out, they greeted me with a smile, and when I checked out, they surprised me with a small gift of tea bags. Their service was excellent and genuinely warm. Breakfast was semi à la carte — you can order from the menu, and the food was quite good. There are also nice local eateries and coffee shops nearby. Overall, I was very satisfied and had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Wir waren für 4 Nächte dort. Beim Einchecken bekamen wir in der Lobby Willkommenstee und Ananas. Zur Begrüßung stehen Ihnen im Zimmer außerdem Mandarinen zur Verfügung, was den Servicegeist des Personals unterstreicht. Die Lage war großartig, mit gutem Zugang zum Thang Long Wasserpuppentheater, dem See, dem Nachtmarkt, Restaurants, Souvenirläden und Straßenimbissen in Hülle und Fülle. Das Personal (Herr Dong, Frau May, Frau Kate, Page) war freundlich und höflich und begrüßte uns immer mit einem Lächeln. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und komfortabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war köstlich mit Pho und Südfrüchten. Ich würde es gerne wieder verwenden, wenn ich Hanoi besuche.

Ich habe kürzlich im Hanoi Solis Hotel 3 übernachtet und war insgesamt zufrieden. Die Lage war sehr günstig, in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten und gut erreichbarer Restaurants und Geschäfte, was die Erkundung der Stadt deutlich erleichterte. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und die Mitarbeiter waren im Allgemeinen höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen im Vergleich zu moderneren Hotels, in denen ich schon übernachtet habe. Die Ausstattung war einfach, aber für meinen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Ich fand, dass einige Bereiche des Hotels verbessert werden könnten, insbesondere die Schalldämmung und die Möbel und die Dekoration. Das Frühstück bot eine ordentliche Auswahl, war aber an manchen Tagen etwas eintönig, und einige Speisen könnten frischer sein. Insgesamt war es okay, aber nicht herausragend. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass das Hanoi Solis Hotel 3 eine gute Wahl ist, wenn Sie eine zentral gelegene, preisgünstige Unterkunft in Hanoi suchen. Es erfüllt seinen Zweck, aber erwarten Sie keinen Luxus oder etwas Außergewöhnliches.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist meiner Meinung nach kein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer mit einem oder zwei Betten und einem Fenster gebucht. Ich hatte in den Kommentaren ein Zweibettzimmer angefragt, aber bei unserer Ankunft hieß es, es seien keine Zweibettzimmer verfügbar und unser Zimmer sei zu klein. Gegen einen Aufpreis könnten wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Wir sagten, wir rechneten nicht mit einem Aufpreis und würden in diesem Zimmer bleiben, solange es keine andere Möglichkeit gäbe. Das 20 Quadratmeter große Zimmer ist tatsächlich klein und hat kein Fenster. Obwohl das Hotel neu ist, gibt es schon einige Flecken und Löcher. Das Bett ist bequem, die Badezimmerausstattung ist gut, und zunächst gab es keine Toilettenartikel. Nach einigen Nachfragen wurden uns jedoch Zahnbürsten, eine Duschhaube und Wattestäbchen gebracht. Beachten Sie bitte, dass es weder Haarspülung noch Bodylotion gibt. Das Frühstück ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in Ordnung, aber definitiv kein 5-Sterne-Hotel.

Waren ab dem 12. für 4 Nächte hier. Der Infinity-Pool ist der beste in Hanoi! Die Lage ist nicht schlecht, da man sich mit dem Roller fortbewegen kann. Das Personal in der Frühstücksecke war freundlich. Vielen Dank an die Frau, die das Omelett gemacht hat, und vielen Dank an den Mann, der mich schweigend bedient hat. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, sauber, wunderschön und das Beste.

Das Hotel entspricht zwar nicht den chinesischen Vier-Sterne-Standards, der Service war jedoch tadellos. Es ähnelt einem Boutique-Hotel in China – klein, aber fein. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und mit Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank ausgestattet, was sehr praktisch war. In unmittelbarer Nähe, direkt am Westsee, gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars. Das Frühstück wird im 8. Stock serviert und bietet einen Panoramablick auf den Westsee. Unsere Butlerdame Hanna kontaktierte uns vor dem Check-in und war unglaublich herzlich, liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Meine Kollegin und ich waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Absolut empfehlenswert; wir würden dieses Hotel bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Hanoi jederzeit wieder buchen.
