Es befindet sich im 3. Stock des Inlandsterminals 1 und ist sehr gut erreichbar. Wenn Sie zum internationalen Terminal 2 wollen, nehmen Sie den kostenlosen Bus, sobald Sie die 1. Etage verlassen (es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus). Bei Inlandsflügen befindet sich die Abflughalle direkt nach dem Verlassen des Aufzugs im zweiten Stock. Die Toiletten befinden sich vom Hotel aus gesehen direkt auf der linken Seite und die Restaurants sind bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet, sodass ich um 4 Uhr morgens dort frühstücken ging. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption im Hotel war sehr nett und als sie herausfanden, dass ich nur Japanisch sprechen konnte, versuchten sie ihr Bestes, mir mit dem Übersetzungstool zu helfen. Haben Sie Fragen zur nächsten Flugzeit oder Ähnlichem? Mir tut der Kopf weh, wenn du mich das fragst. Als ich ihm das erzählte, führte er mich in den Krankenraum im ersten Stock. Sehr nett. Sie stellten mir kostenlos eine einfache medizinische Behandlung zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Ich war im Flugzeug von jungen Vietnamesen umgeben und sie waren alle sehr nett. Ich bin beeindruckt, wie freundlich und sympathisch viele Menschen sind. Das Personal an der Rezeption des Hotels war immer 24 Stunden am Tag auf einem Stuhl sitzend im Einsatz, sodass ich mich auch als alleinstehende Frau sicher fühlte. Ich möchte es immer noch verwenden.

One of the worst customer services we have had in more than 6 months in Asia. Upon arrival, the receptionist assigned us two upper beds, despite us arriving at 6:00 AM and having booked weeks in advance. Politely, using both English and a translator, we asked to change to bottom beds, as we noticed upon entering the room that out of the 6 beds, only the two of us had checked in, and we asked if we could be near each other since we are a couple. Her response? ”Impossible! We are fully booked! The system does not allow changes.” Repeatedly. We innocently thought it was a system problem. Since we had a second consecutive reservation, we managed to get her to agree to change us for the second booking. When the day arrived, she moved us to another room, much worse, with bottom beds but separated. We complained to stay in the same room, negotiating for just one bottom bed since it seemed ”impossible” to have both, even though it was 9:00 AM and almost all the beds had been vacated by guests! At first, once again ”impossible,” but after insisting, she agreed to only one bottom bed. When asking to change the top bed because it was right next to the door—which rattled and practically didn't let me sleep for two nights—again: NO, IMPOSSIBLE. After having to ask her several times, she reluctantly agreed and did both changes in ONE minute. Was it THAT difficult? And also, clearly it was NOT a system issue in the end, which was very dissapointing. The beds are comfortable, but if you have a bed in room 3A next to the door, the door mechanism does not cushion the impact and the door makes the entire wall next to your head in the cubicle rattle VERY loudly. They should have a way to muffle the door noise. A LOT of street noise comes in through the balcony door. If you are a light sleeper, better look for another option. The cleaning staff makes a great effort to keep everything clean, as it is a hostel where they don't give you ”slippers”; therefore, all the dirt from the street comes in with your shoes, and when stepping on the wet bathroom floor from the shower, it gets spread everywhere. They give you clean towels every day, which is an interesting plus. In the end, it was a mixed experience, with a very dissapointing aftertaste because of the receptionist treatment. If you are looking for cheap facilities for a short stay, it is good. If you have problem with noise, be careful of room 3A. Location and neighborhood is nice.

ドミトリー形式の宿泊施設として、本施設は概ね95点相当の品質を有していると評価できる。その理由として、利用者の利便性を意識した運営体制が整っている点、英語による円滑なコミュニケーションが可能である点、ならびに手荷物預かり等の基本的サービスが十分に提供されている点が挙げられる。 一方で、いくつか留意すべき点も存在するため、以下に共有したい。 まず、二段ベッドの老朽化である。感じ方には個人差があるものの、上段を利用する場合には一定の注意が必要である。該当ベッドはパイプ式構造であるため、はしごの踏み込み時に足への負担が大きく、着座時には前後左右に揺れが生じるなど、構造上の不安定さが認められた。ただし、この点については利用者側の工夫により一定程度は回避可能であり、致命的な欠点とは言い難い。 しかしながら、より実用面で問題となったのは、ベッド内に設置された電源コンセントの安定性である。AタイプおよびCタイプのプラグが使用可能ではあるものの、接触が極めて不安定であり、特にAタイプのみを使用した場合には自然脱落が頻発した。その結果、深夜帯における充電が円滑に行えず、一定のストレス要因となった点は否定できない。 以上のように、ベッド周辺設備に関して不満点が皆無ではないものの、宿泊料金および立地条件を総合的に勘案すると、十分に検討に値する施設であると判断し、本評価とした。 【追記】 大型バゲージについては、指定されたバゲージエリアに置く必要があるが、同エリアには施錠設備が設けられていない。そのため、南京錠等の簡易的な施錠具を各自で持参することを強く推奨する。

Alle waren freundlich und gut gelaunt. 🥰😇 Beim Einchecken bekam ich Hausschuhe, ein Handtuch und einen Schlüssel für den Koffersafe. 🙏 Vielen Dank fürs Bügeln meines Kleides! 🙏❤️ Die Gemeinschaftsräume waren sauber! Sie können den Kühlschrank benutzen. Es gibt gutes WLAN. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Alles ist in der Nähe. Ich konnte viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.

Im Wohnheim befindet sich ein normales Wohnheim. Der Durchgang, durch den man geht, ist etwas eng, aber das Bett und die Aufbewahrungsbox mit Schlüssel haben normale Größe. Sie können die japanische Steckdose verwenden, wenn diese Bolt unterstützt. Das Personal kann je nach Tag unterschiedlich sein, aber Sie können sicher sein, dass es ein wenig Japanisch spricht. Es gibt mehrere Toiletten und Duschen für Männer und Frauen, allerdings produzieren die Duschen selten heißes Wasser. Bitte seien Sie besonders vorsichtig, da bei der Herrendusche nur an der Vorderseite Wasser austritt. Angesichts des Preises und der Temperatur in Hanoi verfügt es jedoch über ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten und eine gute Lage. Ich habe keine besonderen Fotos gemacht, nur die Außenansicht von der Toilette und dem WLAN.

What a perfect little place to stay if you have a late arriving flight or a very early morning one. I found the staff here extremely friendly and they used Google translate to communicate. The room was immaculate and offered fantastic value. They offer breakfast at an additional charge , very reasonable and their iced coffee is superb, highly recommend. An ideal place to stay for a night.
