An overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement. Pros: - Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight. - Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar. - The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner. - Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info). - Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants. - Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments. - New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable. - A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning. Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.

Right from check-in, the staff made me feel welcome with their signature warm chocolate chip cookie 🍪 — such a simple touch, but it set the tone for a great stay. 🛏️ The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy after a long day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful. 🍽️ I had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international choices. Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right. 📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman. Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff stood out. My stay at the Sheraton Amman was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with stunning city views. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring Amman. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers—I can't wait to return!

Als ich ankam, konnte ich meinen Aufenthalt nicht genießen, da es eine Art Problem gab, so wurde ich zu einem Schwesterhotel geschickt, das Arabesque Hotel genannt. Ich war dankbar, dass das Hotel für den Taxi bezahlt. Der Manager in Arabesque, Jack, war großartig! Er gab meinem Freund und mir gute Tipps, wohin zu gehen. Mein Freund und ich gingen auch kostenlos 2 Stunden Spaziergang, die im Aufzug im Arabischen Raum angekündigt wurde. Der Führer war super bekannt über die Stadt und sehr schön. So, während mein Aufenthalt in Zaman nicht so war, wie ich erwartet hatte, hatte ich für meine ersten 2 Tage in Amman eine positive Erfahrung.

Toller Aufenthalt mit exzellentem Service. Ich habe kürzlich im Mövenpick Hotel Amman übernachtet und war vom Service und dem Gesamterlebnis rundum beeindruckt. Von Anfang an waren die Mitarbeiter freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Das Rezeptionsteam war sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out effizient und sorgte für einen reibungslosen und stressfreien Ablauf. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, sauber und komfortabel und bot eine gelungene Mischung aus modernen Annehmlichkeiten und einem entspannten Ambiente. Besonders gefiel mir die Qualität der Bettwäsche, die für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgte. Das Housekeeping-Team kümmerte sich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts hervorragend um die Zimmerpflege. Auch das Essen im Hotel war ein angenehmes Erlebnis. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl an internationalen und lokalen Gerichten, alle frisch zubereitet und ansprechend präsentiert. Das Restaurantpersonal war zuvorkommend und aufmerksam, was das Essen noch angenehmer machte. Die Lage des Hotels ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt – praktisch für Geschäfts- und Urlaubsreisende. Darüber hinaus waren die Einrichtungen, darunter das Fitnesscenter und der Swimmingpool, gut gepflegt und trugen zu dem insgesamt positiven Erlebnis bei. Insgesamt ist das Mövenpick Hotel Amman eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für jeden Besucher der Stadt. Mit seinem hervorragenden Service, den komfortablen Unterkünften und der günstigen Lage wird es dem Mövenpick-Standard voll und ganz gerecht. Ich würde gerne wieder hier übernachten und es weiterempfehlen.

Dieses Hotel war eine sehr gute Option für einen Budget-Stadt, Muhannad Alshaer war eine große Person und half mir, sich anzusehen und alles, was er konnte, die Lage des Hotels ist in einem anständigen Bereich mit der Mall 15 Minuten entfernt und Sie können für 1.5£ zum Busbahnhof, der Sie nach Petra und Tote Meer führt , das Hotel war sauber und groß für Solo oder Paare , würde wieder bleiben ,

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kamen sehr spät abends an, und die Rezeptionistin bestellte Essen für uns fünf. Betätigen Sie einfach die blaue elektronische Klingel, um danach zu fragen. Die Lage ist ideal, um schnell vom Flughafen nach Madaba zu gelangen. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine Küche. Die Reinigung könnte verbessert werden, die Teppiche sind in einem schrecklichen Zustand.
