Well located in middle of good historic sites and Jordan museum. Hotel is budget and rooms are very old and very basic. However talking to the new owner they are doing up the rooms so I’d expect they will get better. Roof top restaurant which, has been renovated, has amazing views and food was good. Recommend the nachos. Was called pizza Roma, now called Pasha Roof top. Staff very helpful and arranged a doctors appointment for one of our kids who had an ear infection. ( Jordan hospital was very good). Breakfast was good, however you had to buy water.

A cheap and cheerful, hostelesque place close to the sites with its own charm and a great roof terrace. Easy access to the hustle and bustle of downtown but it’s a longer and very uphill walk to some of the pubs and restaurants you may want to visit. The room was spacious and well equipped though slightly shabby, the shower was hot, the bed was comfortable and the linen clean. The airport transfer service for JOD25 each way was helpful and efficient.

I was there only for 1 night before flight from Amman, hotel is in the city center, location is perfect. The staff were amazing, very friendly, after check out they let us stay in the lobby and store our luggage until 7pm when they arranged a taxi for us,the driver was right on the time so we couldnt be more happier. Briliant last day in this wonderful country.

The hotel wasn’t so bad on the contrary , however the receptionist named Louis I think , was extremely rude and he sold me a tour that was so expensive , he signed me to a contract and when I found a price that was 50% less I tried to get back to him and take back the money I paid , but he won’t let me and he forced me to either take the tour or I won’t get my money back !!! I ended up not taking the deposit I paid back and I don’t really know how the tourism officials in Jordan are letting him sell these tours I don’t recommend anyone take tours by this hotel, specially this rude receptionist.

We stayed for 5 nights at the hotel. Very friendly welcome at the hotel reception. Al through our stay, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially Louie, the manager. They were willing to arrange any trips we wanted to go on. A great location, situated in Downtown Amman. The room was a little basic. The AC was struggling, but did work and the wi-fi was intermittent. Very comfortable bed. The view from my room was quite spectacular, overlooking the Roman Theatre. Each floor has a different wi-fi signal, and my 3rd floor one was weak. I think floors 2 and 4 were maybe better. The rooftop bar was nice, with great views. No alcohol though, soft drinks only! Breakfast was also served there. A very nice and tasty buffet-style breakfast. It would be good to return to Amman again, and if I do, I would happily stay here again.

It was a great transportation experience in side and out side amman I used their service to move from amman to Dead Sea and get back to amman after a couple of days early morning. Professional drivers , elegant cars and sharp timing with a great commitment and discipline for their work.

Nice place (check out the rooftop!) in the center of Amman, 1 min walking from the Roman theatre. The guy at the reception was super kind and helped us with transportation from the airport to the hotel, he also gave us a lot of suggestions for our trip. Highly recommended!

Convenient place for seeing the citadel and amphitheater ruins. Relatively easy to get to - taxi drivers will recognize the location and get you there without hassle. Staff speak decent English.
