Good location, not so far to the rainbow street. Small supermarket is nearby located. Silent place, good breakfast, laundry. The early check in is available The view from the first floor was not the same as announced. Water bottom in toilet need be repaired. There is no toothbrush and paste in the room

An overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement. Pros: - Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight. - Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar. - The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner. - Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info). - Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants. - Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments. - New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable. - A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning. Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gut. Die Bettwäsche ist sehr bequem und sehr sauber. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer ist relativ groß. Dies ist das zufriedenstellendste Hotel für diese 24-tägige Reise in den Nahen Osten. Das Frühstück ist auch gut. Das Personal bietet guten Service und ist herzlich und lächelnd. Von den Sicherheitsleuten an der Tür bis zum Restaurant an der Rezeption ist jeder Mitarbeiter sehr gut. Unten gibt es ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe und es gibt auch ein gutes chinesisches Restaurant. Kurz gesagt, ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.

Our stay at this hotel was beyond fantastic! The staff were warm and welcoming throughout, with special thanks to **Oulaia** for her exceptional service. She not only arranged an early check-in for us but also generously upgraded our room type and ensured our three rooms were on the same floor, making it incredibly convenient for our group. The hotel boasts a prime location—within walking distance to numerous restaurants and supermarkets, perfect for dining and daily needs. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, featuring smart lighting and automated curtains for a touch of luxury. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering great value for money. This hotel is an ideal choice for both short business trips and leisure stays. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung. Die Gastfreundschaft war hervorragend, und wir genossen gründlich das Spa, Restaurants und verschiedene Einrichtungen, die das Hotel bietet. Ich würde es nicht nur als eine fünf-Sterne-Erfahrung, sondern näher an sieben Sternen bewerten. Ich möchte Ward und Dina, die während unseres Aufenthalts unglaublich hilfreich waren, einen besonderen Dank aussprechen. Sie haben uns bei unseren Ermittlungen unterstützt und eine wichtige Rolle bei der Organisation unserer Besuche zu wichtigen Attraktionen in Jordanien, darunter Petra, Wadi Rum, Madaba und die Stadt Amman gespielt. The service and location were truly exceptional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Our room was clean and comfortable, with the minor exception of a broken desk chair. The heating in the floor was not operational, so we were provided with an electrical heater, which was a little noisy. Overall, our experience was positive, though I had anticipated a slightly more refined accommodation experience from a five-star hotel. I understand that it is not peak season, and despite this, I would still recommend it.

Das Hotel ist in eine gute Lage, modern, sauber und sehr groß. Der Personal ist nicht gut ausgebildet für einen 5 Sterne Hotel! Fehler auch beim Zahlungen im Pool wenn jemand etwas bestellt, da in der Menü sind andere Preise und wenn die Rechnung kommt andere Preise ! Es gibt auch Auto Valet aber keinen Möglichkeit das der Gast selber seiner Auto parken kann.

Das Hotel war phänomenal, die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sauber, das Bett war von ganzem Herzen komfortabel. Der Poolservice konnte nicht besser sein, und das Essen des Hotels war sehr gut, die Terrassebar war phänomenal, 100% empfohlen. Ich würde mit geschlossenen Augen zurückkehren. Die Habs feiern im Pool jeden Tag, sowohl für Kinder als auch für Erwachsene, mit Dj einschließlich. Und mit viel Sicherheit, so fühlen Sie sich wie zu Hause.

The bed was especially cozy after a long day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful. 🍽️ I had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international choices. Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right. 📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman. Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff stood out. My stay at the Sheraton Amman was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with stunning city views. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring Amman. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers—I can't wait to return!
