An overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement. Pros: - Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight. - Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar. - The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner. - Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info). - Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants. - Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments. - New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable. - A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning. Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.

After a long trip back by bus from Petra, we were looking for a comfortable hotel close to the Al Abdali Jett bus terminal. The Marriott is 1.3km from the terminal (take an Uber rather than walk for 1-2JD). It is quiet, very comfortable and we were positively surprised when we found out that our rate included breakfast (which was outstanding). Al Terrazzo restaurant was also excellent, sitting outside by the pool and serving until 11pm. The swimming pool (15m X 10m) opens at 9am but the gym is open 24h. Highly recommended.

그동안 여행에서는 주로 힐튼 계열 호텔을 이용해 왔고, 이번 암만 일정에서도 처음부터 인터컨티넨탈 호텔을 염두에 두고 있던 것은 아니었습니다. 아시안 마트에서 장을 본 뒤 아카바로 이동해야 하는 동선상 위치가 가장 편리하다는 이유로 암만 인터컨티넨탈 호텔을 선택했고, 솔직히 말해 특별한 기대 없이 방문한 숙소였습니다. 그러나 호텔에 도착한 순간부터 그 선택은 완전히 다른 의미로 다가왔습니다. 27시간이 넘는 장거리 비행과 시차로 지친 상태였음에도 불구하고, IHG 멤버가 아님에도 오전 11시 조기 체크인을 세심하게 배려해 주었고, 덕분에 긴 여정의 피로를 객실에서 편안히 풀 수 있었습니다. 객실 업그레이드 또한 깊은 인상을 남겼습니다. 이러한 업그레이드는 언제나 제공되는 서비스가 아닌, 객실 상황과 호텔의 재량에 따라 이루어지는 배려임을 알고 있기에 그 감동은 더욱 컸습니다. 멤버십 여부와 관계없이 슈페리어 룸으로 안내받았고, 매일 정성스럽게 준비된 웰컴 과일과 다과는 이 호텔이 투숙객 한 사람 한 사람을 얼마나 세심하게 바라보고 있는지를 보여주었습니다. 조식 역시 기억에 남습니다. 조식당에서는 직접 파티쉐가 제과를 담당하고 있는 듯, 갓 구운 빵의 풍미와 완성도가 인상적이었고 아침 식사의 즐거움을 한층 더해주었습니다. 일부 신선 채소류는 현지의 식문화나 유통 환경의 특성 때문인지 자연스러운 상태로 제공되는 모습이 보였는데, 이는 불편함보다는 요르단이라는 지역적 특성을 이해하게 되는 소소한 관찰로 남았습니다. 이틀간의 조식 이용 시에도 할인 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 친절히 안내해 주었고, 이러한 일련의 경험은 오랜 기간 힐튼 아너스 멤버로만 머물러 있던 제가 IHG 멤버로 가입하게 만든 결정적인 계기가 되었습니다. 머무는 동안 Aga, Mahguacl, Wavcl 매니저를 비롯한 여러 직원분들께서 보여주신 진심 어린 응대 덕분에, 이 호텔에서의 기억은 암만이라는 도시 그 자체보다도 더 깊고 선명하게 남았습니다. 숙박을 넘어 ‘환대의 본질’을 경험한 시간이었습니다. 진심으로 투숙객을 맞이하는 암만 인터컨티넨탈 호텔의 모든 직원분들께 감사의 마음을 전합니다. 조용하고 안락한 휴식, 그리고 기대를 뛰어넘는 배려를 원한다면 이 호텔은 충분히 그 답이 되어줄 것입니다.

The service and location were truly exceptional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Our room was clean and comfortable, with the minor exception of a broken desk chair. The heating in the floor was not operational, so we were provided with an electrical heater, which was a little noisy. Overall, our experience was positive, though I had anticipated a slightly more refined accommodation experience from a five-star hotel. I understand that it is not peak season, and despite this, I would still recommend it.

Das Hotel war phänomenal, die Zimmer waren sehr groß und sauber, das Bett war von ganzem Herzen komfortabel. Der Poolservice konnte nicht besser sein, und das Essen des Hotels war sehr gut, die Terrassebar war phänomenal, 100% empfohlen. Ich würde mit geschlossenen Augen zurückkehren. Die Habs feiern im Pool jeden Tag, sowohl für Kinder als auch für Erwachsene, mit Dj einschließlich. Und mit viel Sicherheit, so fühlen Sie sich wie zu Hause.

Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch ein strenges und standardisiertes Management aus und bietet einen freundlichen, geduldigen und aufmerksamen Service. Insbesondere die Reiseberatung ist individuell auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste abgestimmt und gewährleistet optimale Reisevorbereitungen. Die Reiseleistungen sind von ausgezeichneter Qualität und preisgünstig, wodurch die Gäste Geld sparen. Das Frühstück ist hygienisch und spiegelt den lokalen Geschmack wider, vorwiegend vegetarisch.

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft , Sheraton Standards wie erwartet, Frühstück ist erstaunlich mit schöner Variante.

Das Hotel selbst ist veraltet und braucht Renovierungen. Es ist nicht so schlecht für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Das einzige, was mich wirklich störte, ist die Musik, die bis morgens vom nächsten Gebäudeclub (disco) gepumpt halten. Es war so schlimm, dass ich die Rezeption um 3:30AM anrufen musste. Der Rezeptionsmanager war sehr entschuldigt und versuchte, so viel wie er konnte zu helfen, aber es ist nicht in seiner Hand. Er bot mir ein anderes Zimmer an, aber es war schon fast 4AM und es war nicht angebracht, all meine Sachen in ein anderes Zimmer zu verschieben, das auch die gleiche oder etwas besser sein wird. Andere als der Lärm war es nicht schlecht, aber definitiv nicht den Preis wert. In meiner langen Erfahrung mit Rating-Hotels und Wohnungen würde ich diesen Platz ein 5/10 geben. Ich mache nichts, was ich dort noch einmal buchen werde, es sei denn, die Lärmproblematik ist behoben.

Ausstattung: Dieses alte Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Obwohl es ein sehr luxuriöses altes Hotel in der Gegend ist, ist die Ausstattung offensichtlich veraltet. Service: Das Personal an der Rezeption beim Einchecken war nicht sehr enthusiastisch und wirkte während des gesamten Vorgangs kühl (vielleicht habe ich nicht die richtige Person getroffen?). Der englische Akzent war auch sehr stark, aber die Rezeptionisten waren äußerst verantwortungsbewusst und engagiert. Während unserer zweitägigen Reise mussten wir täglich nur mit dem Auto bis zur Lobby fahren. Nachdem wir nach der Zimmernummer gefragt hatten, nahm die Rezeptionistin den Schlüssel entgegen, um uns beim Parken zu helfen und ihn aufzubewahren (wir haben ihn nicht zurückgegeben). Wenn wir ausgehen, geben wir die Zimmernummer am Pagen-Schalter an, und der Mitarbeiter fährt uns sofort bis zur Lobby. Dieser Service ist hervorragend! Umgebung: In der Nähe gibt es viele kleine Schokoladengeschäfte und Restaurants, darunter Hardee’s, eine lokale jordanische Kette von Hähnchen-Hamburgern. Die Portionen sind groß und superlecker! Wenn Sie dort sind, sollten Sie es unbedingt ausprobieren, wenn Sie Zeit haben!

Уютный отель,чистый хороший номер .европейский вид завтрака , так же есть что то из местной кухни,повар сделает вам омлет по вашим предпочтениям .доброжелательный персонал . Всё понравилось . Расположение не сильно имело значение ,так как всего два дня были в отеле ,перед полётом домой.
