ALCUNI ASPETTI DA MIGLIORARE… MA OTTIMO RAPPORTO POSIZIONE / PREZZO!!! È successo che l’anno scorso per motivi di salute non avevamo potuto pensare alle vacanze per tempo, e in più avevo voluto provare a organizzare qualche giorno in Liguria (la nostra Regione) spendendo il meno possibile, utilizzando due cofanetti Smartbox acquistati mesi prima… Incredibilmente, pur avendo prenotato tardi (a fine Giugno, per fine Luglio!), ero riuscita a trovare una camera per due notti presso questa struttura di Sarzana, che compariva tra le possibilità offerte da uno dei cofanetti relativi ai Borghi più belli d’Italia (che consiglio). Ne leggerete di tutti i colori in altre recensioni su questo piccolo residence, ma io personalmente lo consiglio, perché con mio marito mi ci sono trovata tutto sommato bene (anche se siamo stati poco) e noi pensiamo che abbia come punti di forza la posizione (con parcheggio gratuito disponibile nella piazzetta pubblica, cosa che in Liguria in città è rara…), comodissima per andare a cena a piedi in centro, oltre che il prezzo (particolarmente conveniente con lo Smartbox preso con un codice sconto, ma anche con prenotazione diretta o su Booking sicuramente ne vale la pena). Per quanto mi riguarda ho trovato il titolare reperibile via mail nell’organizzare il viaggio, perché mi aveva risposto presto per comunicare al tour operator dei Borghi la disponibilità della stanza proprio per i giorni che cercavamo, mentre inizialmente mi aveva fatto dire che non c’era posto; quindi aveva risolto! Certo, appena arrivati però c’era un pó d’aria d’abbandono… Il titolare aveva fatto solo una toccata e fuga il secondo giorno… Le cameriere sconsolate si sono date da fare, chiamando ripetutamente il Sig. Filippo (un giovane che pare abbia ereditato la struttura da altri e sembra non averne molta cura…) chiedendogli di mandare qualcuno per fare alcune riparazioni urgenti, e dai e dai finalmente qualcosa si era mosso! Nella nostra camera matrimoniale al piano seminterrato (sono d’accordo con altri clienti che ne hanno scritto su TA, con un pó d’odore di chiuso e qualche rumore proveniente dagli impianti di un bagno del piano superiore, ma niente di grave), molto grande (una tripla in due!) silenziosa (ottime finestre!), con letto comodissimo e dove abbiamo dormito bene, lo split dell’aria condizionata (non indispensabile comunque, stanza esposta a Ovest e non caldissima pure d’estate) il giorno dopo funzionava bene impostato a 24 gradi (quando eravamo arrivati avevamo dovuto metterlo a 19), e una delle lampadine bruciate sopra l’armadio era stata sostituita. Quanto al portarotolo penzolante e all’anta della doccia mancante (perché rotta da tempo…) era il meno, le cameriere ci avevano dato un tappetino in più ma stavamo attenti a puntare verso il muro il getto dell’acqua. Prese elettriche più che sufficienti, ma volendo essere pignola suggerisco lampadine più luminose (c’è più chiaro nel disimpegno all’ingresso nella camera e in bagno che dal lett

Stock), die Zimmerfläche ist wirklich klein, es sind mehr als ein Dutzend Wohnungen, ein Koffer wird sein, zwei Koffer können nicht geöffnet werden Nainai-Tide Das Executive-Zimmer verfügt jedoch über einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem geraucht werden kann, um die Landschaft zu sehen (der Balkon wird vom Zimmer bedeckt, was die Aussicht nicht beeinträchtigt), und wenn es sich um den 4. Stock (408, 409) handelt, Der Balkon hat kein Zimmer. Aber im Grunde kann es nicht stehen, kein Bereich, und die Sicht wird durch andere Räume blockiert, wir sind einfach auf andere Räume umgestiegen. Es fühlt sich an, als ob das Zimmer mit 2 Etagen die beste Zimmerkategorie ist. Im Vergleich zu den italienischen Sehenswürdigkeiten achtet das Hotel auf die Aussicht, nicht auf den Innenraum (Bereich, Ausstattung etc.). 4, Kleinstadt: Kommentare kann man nicht beschreiben, muss man erleben, ich habe zwei Nächte gelebt, einen Tag mit dem Boot in die Cinque Terre zu fahren, ich fühle keinen Sinn und Bedarf, einfach in der Hafenstadt zu bleiben und sehr zu gehen gut (besonders leicht Reise- und Seekrankheit zu bekommen, das Boot ist sehr holprig und leicht seekrank, sehr wälzen, die Cinque Terre haben es tagsüber nicht angeschaut) Die Gesamtzufriedenheit ist sehr erinnerungswürdig

Die Buchung war gut, Ankunft und Eincheckung war großartig. Parkplatz war ein bisschen schwierig (Parkplatz in einem öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Nähe kostet EUR 15 übernachtet) Auf der Oberfläche das Hotel sieht schön, Lobby, außerhalb des Hotels, Bar etc.. Seien Sie vorsichtig, Ihr Auto außerhalb des Hotels entpacken, da es eine ziemlich besetzte Straße ist. Aufzüge sind der alte Stil sehr klein und wir mussten zwei Runden machen. Zimmer war ein bisschen datiert, aber wir hatten eine komfortable Nacht schlafen. Das Badezimmer war riesig mit schönen Handtüchern und einem großen Duschedruck. Wir hätten einen 4 von 5 Punkte gegeben, aber es gab kein Internet in der Nacht, die wir geblieben. Barservice, wo ich endlich Internetservice bekam, war ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück war nicht erlebt, da wir am nächsten Tag eine lange Fahrt hatten.

Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt hier. Das Personal war bis 8PM verfügbar. Sie hatten eine tolle Lage direkt neben dem Zug und in der Nähe von einem großen Nachtleben und Restaurants. La Spezia ist eine schöne Stadt. Es ist nur eine 7-minütige Zugfahrt zu den Dörfern von Cinque Terra. Die Dusche braucht eine Tür, aber war geräumig und hatte warmes Wasser. Ich hatte einige Probleme mit Vaping/Elektronik-Zigaretten rauchen auf der Website. Leider scheinen einige davon aus der Reinigungsbesatzung zu kommen. Hotels müssen wirklich verstehen, wie schlimm dieses Problem ist und wie negativ es die Gäste, insbesondere Menschen mit Asthma.
