Ein Designhotel im Zentrum von Harlem mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants in der Nähe, die das Leben sehr angenehm machen. Nachts ist es nicht laut (selten in New York). Es gibt jedoch weder eine Mikrowelle noch einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, was für diejenigen, die mehr Wert auf Essen legen, eine gewisse Herausforderung darstellt. Das Management ist durchschnittlich. Das Servicepersonal reagierte sehr langsam. Ich musste zweimal schreien, um etwas zu bekommen. Als ich das Hotel verließ, ließ ich den Adapterstecker im Hotel liegen und erinnerte mich erst in der Nacht daran. Zum Glück war ich nicht weit weg, also rief ich die Rezeption an. Sie riefen mich schnell zurück und sagten, sie hätten es gefunden und legten es an der Rezeption ab, damit ich es abholen konnte. Letzteres war eine Überraschung.

After a long layover followed by a 15 hour flight causing us to come in late, it was a breath of fresh air to have such an amazing front desk staff check us in and give us all to information we needed to successfully make our trip easy. Breakfast was a nice not addition when traveling with family. Beds are so soft and comfortable. I slept like a baby. Very clean and nice facilities right across from LGA.

Als ich in New York ankam, buchte ich ein Hotel in der Nähe des Hauses meiner Verwandten. Die Umgebung war durchschnittlich, das Zimmer war hellhörig und ich konnte die ganze Nacht Polizei- und Krankenwagengeräusche hören. Hinter dem Hotel befanden sich die U-Bahnlinie D und ein Friedhof. Glücklicherweise organisierte mir das Personal ein Zimmer in Richtung des Hoteleingangs. Es sah aus wie ein Wohnzimmer, und in der Nähe wohnten hauptsächlich Chinesen. Es war etwa fünf Minuten von der U-Bahnlinie D entfernt. Es gibt nur ein neues Hotelgebäude in der Umgebung. Das Innere des Hotels ist sauber, komfortabel und geruchsneutral. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein und Einweg-Hausschuhe und Zahnbürsten werden nicht bereitgestellt. Das Frühstück wird an der Rezeption im ersten Stock serviert. Es werden einfache Mahlzeiten angeboten, wobei einige Produkte täglich variieren. Ich habe im Hotel eine Kaution von 50 USD per Kreditkarte hinterlegt. Seit meiner Abreise sind 20 Tage vergangen, und die Kaution wurde noch nicht freigegeben. Ich empfehle Ihnen, die Kaution beim Check-in in bar zu hinterlegen.

Das ist ein klassisches Hotel im Stil, sehr gut! Persönlich habe ich sogar das Luxusgefühl des Grand Carlton Hotels gefühlt. Diese Lage ist nur wenige Schritte von der Grand Central Street entfernt, Sie können die U-Bahn oder Taxi nach Times Square fahren. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr ruhig, ähnlich wie die japanische Bridge und die Peking Bridge, es gibt keinen Geschäft wie DELI oder $1Pizza. Ich denke, es ist die Position von Erwachsenen. Die Einrichtungen im Zimmer, wie Kaffeemaschine und Windschutzscheibe, sind perfekt, aber es gibt keine Kühlschranke und Gewässer. Was die Position betrifft, so glaube ich, dass sich Bequemlichkeit und Unannehmlichkeiten je nach Wohnzweck ändern, so kann ich nichts sagen, aber die Gesamtbewertung ist sehr hoch, es ist ein gutes Hotel!

Disappointed by Poor Coordination Despite Great Location The location is fantastic, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I faced major frustration during my stay. I extended one night under a separate booking and informed the front desk in advance. Despite assurances, I was locked out of my room twice and had to go up and down multiple times—only to be told they hadn’t taken my credit card. On top of that, the shower gel wasn’t refilled. For a hotel of this standard, such lapses are unacceptable. The manager did offer free breakfast for two as service recovery, which I appreciated. Still, coordination needs serious improvement.

Die Lage ist gut und in der Nähe des Naturhistorischen Museums und des Central Parks. Schön ist, dass es im ersten Stock ein Restaurant und eine Bar gibt, in der man sofort essen kann. Auch das Personal war freundlich!!! Ich war verwirrt, weil in der Hotelbeschreibung stand, dass WLAN kostenpflichtig sei, aber es hieß, es sei kostenlos, also habe ich es gut genutzt. Wenn Sie planen, es zu nutzen, wäre es eine gute Idee, im Voraus zu fragen!!!

Wir genossen das Hotel Beacon wirklich. Es ist in einer tollen Lage für uns auf der Upper West Side und es ist in der Nähe von vielen Dingen wie Restaurants, Geschäfte und Central Park. Das Personal ist großartig und sie sind sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist sauber und verfügt über Einrichtungen wie ein Wäscherei und ein Fitnessraum. Wir werden sicherlich hier wieder bleiben.

Ein Designhotel im Zentrum von Harlem mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants in der Nähe, die das Leben sehr angenehm machen. Nachts ist es nicht laut (selten in New York). Es gibt jedoch weder eine Mikrowelle noch einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, was für diejenigen, die mehr Wert auf Essen legen, eine gewisse Herausforderung darstellt. Das Management ist durchschnittlich. Das Servicepersonal reagierte sehr langsam. Ich musste zweimal schreien, um etwas zu bekommen. Als ich das Hotel verließ, ließ ich den Adapterstecker im Hotel liegen und erinnerte mich erst in der Nacht daran. Zum Glück war ich nicht weit weg, also rief ich die Rezeption an. Sie riefen mich schnell zurück und sagten, sie hätten es gefunden und legten es an der Rezeption ab, damit ich es abholen konnte. Letzteres war eine Überraschung.

Positive overall with advisory; I was traveling with my son and thought to sleep close to JFk for next early morning flight. Big two factors were 1st free parking, 2nd free breakfast. Well, breakfast is NOT early enough, starts 7:30 am, second there is NOT enough parking for all guests. So we had to street park and check out before the 7:00 am threshold by the city of NY. Overall worked well, the hotel is clean, staff is professional, and we were offered free upgrade too. I would consider staying there again and do recommend, with the parking and breakfast limitations in mind.

Habe das W gebucht, weil ich die Marke kenne und es ein guter Preis für den Platz war! Meine Schwester und mein Bruder haben schließlich bei mir und meinem Mann übernachtet – und alle hatten mehr als genug Platz. Es war eine perfekte Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Times Square entfernt und inmitten aller Sehenswürdigkeiten von NYC ☺️ Die Aussicht vom 47. Stock war der Wahnsinn – meine einzige Empfehlung für das Hotel wäre, die Fenster zu putzen, da sie super verschmiert waren. Ich konnte dieses beigefügte Bild nur machen, als ich das Fenster einen Spalt öffnete. Wenn wir wieder in NYC sind, werden wir ohne Zweifel das W buchen!

Only cons is that room is super small. Came from another state in US therefore me and friend had 4 huge luggages. We could only open up one and even that, we had to utilize our bed as there’s no extra space to put it, the walking space alone is very little. Location is good though, easy to go around - loved the fact that the subway is less than 5 mins walk. Service and cleanliness can be improved.

Waren für drei Nächte hier, das allgemeine Gefühl ist durchschnittlich. Lage: Die Lage ist sehr gut und sehr praktisch. Es liegt gegenüber der Central Station, von der aus Sie mit der U-Bahn zu fast jedem Ort in New York fahren können. Es scheint auch Busse zu und von den Flughäfen LaGuardia und JFK zu geben, aber ich habe sie nicht ausprobiert. Es gibt viele Restaurants, und es ist kein Problem, den Magen zu füllen, aber ein besonders gutes Restaurant scheint es nicht zu geben. Ausstattung: Das Hotel selbst ist sehr alt, daher sind die Zimmer schon älter. Obwohl es ein Zimmer zur Straße ist, sind die Fenster zu klein und das Licht ist immer schwach. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war zu laut und musste beim Schlafen ausgeschaltet werden. Zum Glück brauche ich keine Klimaanlage, wenn ich gehe. Wenn es Sommer ist, ist es wahrscheinlich ein großes Problem. Vielleicht ist es eine alte Beziehung, der Geruch des Zimmers ist nicht sehr gut, aber zum Glück können die Fenster zum Lüften ein wenig geöffnet werden. Service: Ich habe mich nur mit der Rezeption beschäftigt und war beim Einchecken sehr freundlich. Insgesamt finde ich es recht zufriedenstellend, es gibt nichts, worüber man wählerisch sein muss, und es gibt nichts Herausragendes. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, nicht im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen, braucht à la carte, nicht viel Auswahl, durchschnittlicher Geschmack. Verglichen mit dem Preis bin ich ziemlich enttäuscht. Dies ist jedoch das Herz von New York, verstehen Sie. Werde nicht wieder übernachten.

Es war ein Nachtaufenthalt vor meinem Flug und die Vordertafel Leute sagen ziemlich schön!  Mein Zimmer scheint größere, aber durch eine weiße Tür geteilt zu werden, um mehr Raum zu machen, kann ich die Menschen neben der Tür sehr klar hören und die Trenntür kann tatsächlich geöffnet werden.....  Das Duschewasser war fertig und ich konnte nicht herausfinden, wie es zu verwenden, aber das Front Desk sagte, Sie müssen sowohl das Dusche- als auch das Dusche-Fall öffnen, um warmes Wasser zu bekommen!  Es war ein schönes Zimmer im Allgemeinen, mit Blick auf den Flughafen!
