San Juan war sehr zuvorkommend. Aufgrund der außer Kontrolle geratenen Spring Breaks ist Miami Beach jeden Abend um 20 Uhr vollständig geschlossen. Wir fanden aufgrund dieser äußeren Umstände keinen Sinn, in Miami zu bleiben. Wir erklärten dies dem Hotel und sie erlaubten einen frühen Check-out mit Rückerstattung für die verbleibenden Tage. Dies war ein ausgezeichneter Kundenservice. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt im San Juan Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.

The hostel was nice but I had some issues. Before booking I called to see if it was possible to check in an 2am (it was). When I arrived at the hostel I was told I couldn’t get a blanket because housekeeping wasn’t in at the time. After asking what I was supposed to sleep in I was given a towel. The next day after asking again I again didn’t get a blanket but a sheet. The other issue I had was the rules for the AC one of the occupants in my room had tubed the AC on super cold. After talking to others in the room who also told me it was to cold we decided to turn the AC up to make it a bit warmer. After being shouted at for making it to warm and countless talked we went to the reception to ask for help. The staff that came our room though didn’t do much other than saying everyone needs to be ok with the temperature.

Das Essen im Restaurant ist auch köstlich und der Preis ist recht erschwinglich. Der Pool Die Gegend ist sehr reich, es gibt Bars und es gibt viele Freizeiteinrichtungen. Der Raum im Fitnessbereich ist sehr ordentlich und exquisit. Der Stil ist besonders retro. Süße Mädchen werden es sehr mögen. Die Einrichtungen sind auch sehr vollständig und die Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Ich werde das nächste Mal wiederkommen

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Meeres und nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Geschäftsstraße und der Spanischen Straße entfernt. Mit dem Taxi benötigen Sie 20 Minuten, um Little Havana, Little Haiti und die Designer Street zu besichtigen. Wir kamen früh an und die Dame an der Rezeption half uns zuerst, unser Gepäck aufzubewahren, und wir gingen raus zum Spielen. Als ich in den letzten Tagen im Hotel ankam, wurde ich von der extremen Kälte eingeholt, die es seit einem Jahrhundert noch nie gegeben hat, also habe ich den schönen Swimmingpool im obersten Stockwerk nicht genutzt! Denken Sie daran, am Samstagmorgen an der Rezeption nach kostenlosen Sonnenschirmen und Strand-Yoga zu fragen! Das Fitnessstudio muss ein anderes Schwesterhotel nutzen, jeweils 20 Messer. Auch im Hotel gibt es Probleme. Nach dem Einchecken stellten wir fest, dass der Fernseher kaputt war und überhaupt nicht repariert werden konnte. Wenn man darüber nachdenkt, schauen wir nicht viel fern, also haben wir das Zimmer nicht gewechselt (Es gibt keinen Platz zum Umziehen, der Laden ist voll!). Die Serviceeinstellung des Personals ist sehr gut und professionell.

Eine zweite Nacht im Hotelzimmer am selben Tag über trip.com reserviert, weil es günstiger war als bei der Unterkunft zu bezahlen! Aber ich werde wieder bleiben, es ist komfortable und gemütliche Zimmer mit einem großen Bett und schönem Personal. Leider gibt es kein Frühstück aufgrund von Covid, aber es gibt eine Station für Kaffee, Tee und Wasser.

Overall pretty decent hotel in a great location. For the price, you get what you pay for, the room was in decent condition. The entrance definitely should be more visible as it was hard to find the place… Parking was not ideal as they suggest you park in a paid parking lot $40 a day that’s a 6 min walk from the actual hotel. The rooms were very pretty though and clean, and the service was friendly! Only complaint really is the lack of counter/storage in the ADA king bed room… there is a single sink that you would find in a powder room, with no counter or cabinets. Wasn’t too expensive especially given the close location, so would come back to this hotel. Also, I would say that I wouldn’t visit if you’re looking for a quieter stay as the walls are pretty thin and there were definitely some rowdy late night guests. Thats many places in SoBe though, so was expecting as much.

Gute Lage .....vorderen Büropersonal abhängig von, wer Ihnen serviert .. manche waren wirklich freundlich & andere nicht so viel. Essen war gut & das Restaurant war schön & hatte freundliches Personal aber das Frühstück eine Miss geben ... Es war schrecklich. Das Dachpool war schön, aber keine Schatten & niemand legte die Schatten auf & die Bar war geschlossen ... nicht ein Mitarbeiter in Sicht! Scham verursacht es ist ein schönes Gebiet. Unsere Zimmer waren im alten Gebäude und verzweifelt benötigt ein Reno & Gesichtslift .... Insgesamt war es nur ok.

We stayed for 3 nights in a multi-bedroom suite with 2 full bathrooms. Cleanliness is most important to us and for that they get an A+. The decor was nice, but the suites can use an update. We had a great balcony overlooking Indian Creek and the location was perfect.

Отличный отель, который находится на второй линии от воды, никаких проблем в этом нет, идти все равно всего 2-3 минуты. Город очень большой и пляж протяженный, так что советую сразу арендовать себе авто если выбираете данный отель, иначе отдых будет только на пляже, расстояния от данного отеля до всего остального очень большие. Персонал очень приветливый, сам отель небольшой, внутри отеля есть ресторан, судя по отзывам очень хороший. Если у вас окна выходят на дорогу - по ночам будет шумно от машин, которые ездят с громким выхлопом или музыкой, советую учесть это заранее.

Budget-Immobilie mitten in Middle Beach. Von hier aus können Sie mit dem Auto bequem jeden Punkt der Stadt erreichen. Ich würde sagen mehr als genug Zimmer mit zentraler Klimaanlage (leider nicht regulierbar), WLAN, Kühlschrank, großem Fenster und eigenem Bad. Es gibt auch einen veralteten, aber funktionierenden Aufzug. Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. Wenn wir die Preise berücksichtigen, die in Miami gelten, würde ich sagen, dass ich mehr als zufrieden bin.

Es gibt kein Frühstück im Hotel. Unten ist die U-Bahn. Es ist sehr nah am Strand. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle, um nach Norden zum Südstrand zu fahren. Es stehen Busse auf dem Bus 2,25 Messer zum Wechseln bereit. Gute Lage. Auch das Einkaufen ist sehr bequem.

Zweites Mal, in der Dringlichkeit, habe ich das falsche Zimmer reserviert und erst nach dem Aufenthalt gefunden. Das Personal hat mich sehr enthusiastisch geholfen, das Zimmer zu wechseln und mich zu trösten. Weil ich zu spät nach Miami Beach zurückkehrte, nach dem Abendessen dachte ich, es könnte nicht essen, und die Küche ließ das Abendessen für die Gäste, die später zurückkehrten, sehr bewegt.

Absolut schönes Zimmer und noch mehr erstaunliches Personal. Das Personal war sehr auf jeden Bedarf zugeschnitten und waren so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war perfekt ein schneller 5-minütiger Spaziergang zum Strand. Wir werden sicher wieder sein, wenn wir in Miami sind!

Gutes Frühstück, Selbstbedienungstyp, aber das Hotel schlug vor, dem Kellner ein Trinkgeld zu geben, wir gaben 2 Messer, viele Ausländer, die ich gesehen habe, gibt es keine, das sieht aus wie zufällig, zwei große Betten, wir haben eines benutzt, die Lage des Hotels Nicht schlecht, nur in der Nähe? Süd Strand. Ich habe in zwei Tagen mehr als 43 Messer hinzugefügt. Ich habe die Kommentare im Voraus gelesen und weiß, dass ich sie hinzufügen möchte. Es sieht aus wie eine Stadtsteuer. Jedenfalls muss ich ungefähr 800 für eine Nacht zählen. Es scheint, dass es nicht teuer ist.
