Bamboo Garden Hotel Bewertungen

Ich habe viele Koffer und kann sie nicht alleine tragen. Mein Mann fuhr vom S-Bahnhof, um mich abzuholen, und steckte im Stau fest. Er war 20 Minuten zu spät und drängte mich immer wieder auszuchecken. Die Tante im Zimmer hatte auch eine schlechte Einstellung, als es darum ging, das Zimmer zu besichtigen, und bat mich, das Zimmer zu verlassen. Ich kann helfen, wenn ich es alleine tragen kann. Es ist in Ordnung, in die Lobby zu gehen und mich immer wieder zu drängen, anzugeben. Das habe ich Habe Hunderte von Dollar pro Nacht ausgegeben und wurde von anderen Hotels mit schlechten Bewertungen kritisiert. Das habe ich noch nie in einem Hotel mit schlechten Bewertungen erlebt. Warum verstehst du das nicht? Ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

First impression through the yard was great, the design is serene and welcoming. however the staff at the front desk was inflexible when our passports were given. She demanded for the ID card of one of our group members citing for China Chinese, ID card is required to stay at this hotel. Which did not happen when we stayed at Orange Hotel or at Da Bi Tou in longsheng. After clarifying with her that she has been living overseas and doesn’t have her card with her. The staff reluctantly said it’s more troublesome to process passport. :/ next, the shower tape was leaking at the tubes. What could had been a 5mins shower became a 10mins shower with the low pressure trickling water. Not impressed. Will not recommend. Stay away.

Great hotel for how cheap it is! It was almost entirely clean, no smell and great amenities. The pool was great too. Breakfast is only until 9 am so I never had it. Location is so so, but Guilin isn’t huge so it wasn’t a problem. Only real downside was that the staff wasn’t able to help me with my questions.

This was one of the best hotels that we stayed during our trip in China. The room is so elegant and the staff are really helpful. Despite the quality of the room there is no toilet paper but there is tissue. If toilet paper matters to you I recommend bringing your own. The beds and the pillows were one of the softest compared to the hotels we stayed at throughout China which were very firm. One complaint that we have is the size of the shampoo, conditioner, and body gel is that they are too small and can break easily if dropped. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights during our Guilin trip. Staff was very, very helpful and was available when I had any questions. We went to YangShuo in the middle and they also stored our luggage free of charge. Free laundry on site, although dryer was not very good. Rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed. Thank you!

The beamer in the room is very nice. We didn‘t had the chance to use it but still, it is nice. The room is big, the bed is comfy and they just had one good pillow instead of havin 2-3 different pillows 👍

Very good hotel and services

隔天早上要去機場但是又想在市區吃吃喝喝就選了這家。沒想到服務特別好！看我是一個人入住還幫我換到大床房～到房間沒一會就送來了歡迎水果。有贈送早餐，超級貼心！知道我五點多就走幫我提前打包好了（水果、雞蛋、飲料、糕點、吐司什麼的都給有放 滿滿一兜）。 房間很乾凈，鏡子有led燈。酒店環境不錯，水系那邊佈景晚上很漂亮！酒店有健身房、洗衣機、烘乾機，設施很齊全。工作人員特別好特別貼心

很滿意，去萬象城挺近的，酒店周邊也挺多餐館和飯店，吃喝玩樂都蠻方便，工作人員服務也很熱情，會主動介紹周邊景點和出行，有問題也能第一時間迴應和解決，房間也很舒適整潔，下次還會來～

酒店在萬象城附近，逛吃都很方便，環境和衞生都很不錯，前台服務也特別友好，會熱情耐心的推薦和講解，早餐品種也很多，值得推薦，下次還會再來
