Dieses Hotel wurde mir von meinem Freund Amway geschenkt. Ich habe diesen Ort nur gewählt, um mein Baby in den Urlaub zu bringen. Die Größe des Hotels ist angemessen, die Gesundheitsdienste sind sehr gut und es gibt viele Details, die die Leute ein wenig überraschen. Was für uns möglicherweise nicht ausreicht, ist morgen. Die Mahlzeiten waren im Grunde die gleichen. Wir waren für vier Nächte hier und hatten wirklich genug zu essen. Wir wollten nicht mehr essen. Alles andere war zufriedenstellend.

Hallo, mein Hotel ist wirklich schön, lustig und hygienisches. Die Hotelarbeiter sind sehr interessiert, sehr süß, lachend und nett.. Besonders bewundere ich die Freunde, die ich im Dartspiel kennengelernt habe, Gledys, Ilayda und Abdullah. Das Schicksal ist sehr süß und narr. Ich möchte gerne wiederkommen und werde sicher kommen. Gut, dass ich hier bin 💞💞💞😍😍

We stayed here on route to our main holiday as we were all inclusive 5 star but booked direct with hotel. As flight arrived early hours of morning we stayed here for a few hours sleep to then move on to main hotel. It was only £32 for 3 people and was more than adequate. A guy there even offered to taxi us to our main hotel for a small fee 7 euros. This meant we arrived fresh at 9 am at our venue ready to start the all inclusive. Clean room , air con. Basic English speaking and 24 hour reception to greet us early morning when arrived. Will use again.

I have visited Turkey 3 times now, the last 2 times to different places but due to the pandemic they were closed so I selected the IQ Belek as it was all inclusive and as a solo female traveller it's generally better to be in this style resort. I arrived late at night, staff are in reception 24 7 so there was no issues. Lots of staff speak some English which was fabulous. I never expect anyone outside of England to speak English so this was a bonus. I was shown to my room and shown how to use my key card and the Aircon, which was a definite plus! It's an absolute essential, it's effective and nice and quiet too. The room, large real king-size bed, not twins stuck together. Lovely clean bedding and firm pillows. As is the tradition, there were thick cotton weaved blankets, trust me you don't need anything more, it's warm enough no duvet is required and once you find your ideal Aircon setting it's more than adequate. Bed was very comfortable and the curtains nice and thick so no light leaks. There is a mini fridge in the room and water is put in it every day for you. I selected what was described as a double for solo use, it was well sized with a little balcony that looked out over the amusement park behind. The bathroom was good, shower has a main shower head overhead and a shower attachment too. Ideal if you don't want a full on soaking. Toiletries provided in the room included soap, shower cap, shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Plenty of towels, 2 large bathsheets, 2 lare hand/hair towels and 2 smaller hand towels and slippers in a netted bag for use too. I was given a towel card, this is exchanged at the spa for a large blue beach/ pool towel. You can change them as you wish in the spa so if you want a fresh towel you just go to the spa and swap it for a clean towel. I visited the spa twice while I was there. Once for a Turkish foam massage and face massage and then again for a face shoulder massage and foot massage. Definitely an experience!! I slept like a log afterwards and my skin squeaked I was so clean! The cleaning staff visit every day and empty the bins and replenish any toiletries and remake your bed and give the room a sweep and wipe through. If you leave towels on the floor they are replaced. The room was fully cleaned a few times which on top of regular daily visits I think is more than enough. They visit around 11-1 each day. The restaurant exceeded my expectations. I visited out of season but it still provided a full service each meal time. Due to covid staff fill your plates for you with your selections. Breakfast has a mix of hot foods, some days including scrambled eggs, toasties, sausage mix, and then cold platters of cheeses meats and breads along with cereals and fruit. Lunch had a selection of around 6 hot dishes with accompanying rice and pasta and potato dishes, a full salad bar with dips and oils and sauces, fruits and then the most amazing cake bar I've ever seen. Gut gepflegt und alles ausgestattet. La propriété est d'une gentileté incroyable, très serviceable, arrangante et disponible pour vous aider dans n'importe quel. L'emplacement est top, à 1km du centre commercial et parc d'attraction Land of Legends. Es gibt auch ein paar Geschäfte neben 400m, um Ihre Rennen zu machen. Gehen Sie die Augen geschlossen, haben Sie Garantie in einem luxuriösen Ort. Es gibt nur das gegenüber, das verbessert werden könnte.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und die Lage war sehr ruhig. Die Anlage war sehr gross und man konnte viele Aktivitäten machen. Das Restaurant Personal war sehr freundlich und hat immer stets begrüsst. Besonders positiv waren Herr Ilkan und Halil Bey, sie waren sehr freundlich, aufgestellt zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit. Das war nicht nur bei uns der Fall sondern zu allen Gäste. Beim Essen gab es eine riessen grosse Auswahl jedoch waren zum Teil gewisse Gerichte schon kalt. Es war sehr ordentlich und sauber auch in den Öffentlichen Bereichen, nur in den Zimmern habe ich mir eine bessere Sauberkeit gewünscht. Ich würde gerne nochmals hingehen, da es ein sehr familiäres und schönes Hotel ist. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen der nicht gross was unternehmen möchte sich nur entspannen will und ein perfekter Ort ist mit vielen offenen, netten und gastfreundlichem Personal

Calista gerne immer wieder!!!!! Wir sind als Familie gereist, 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind (3 Jahre). Gebucht hatten wir ein ”family-room, (zwei Doppelzimmer mit einer Verbindungstür). Für uns perfekt. Zimmer waren sehr gross (zusammen 104 m²) und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Obwohl das Hotel bereits seit einigen Jahren existiert, war alles top und sehr gepflegt. Die Auswahl an Essen war riesig und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Man konnte sowohl den Sekt als auch die Tischweine (weiß, rose und rot) gut trinken, was selbst in 5 Sterne Hotels in der Türkei nicht immer der Fall ist. Der Service war perfekt. Das betrifft sowohl die Reinigung der Zimmer als auch die Bedienung in den Restaurants als auch am Pool bzw. Strand. Wir waren in den vergangenen Jahren in diversen gehobenen 5 Sterne Hotels in Belek (Maxx Royal, Regnum, Mardan Palace, Rixos....). Das Calista hat nach unserem Geschmack die schönsten Aussenalgen (Poollandschaft und Garten) Zusammenfassend können wir sagen dass es für uns nicht einen einen Punkt gab, den wir Anlass zur Beanstandung gab. PS. Gäste die länger als 7 Nächte gebucht haben, kommen bei der Abreise am Flughafen in den kostenlosen Genuss des CIP-Service (VIP-Service). Bedeutet: ...Gepäckabfertigung ohne in der Schlange stehen zu müssen und die Wartezeit bis zum Abflug in der VIP Lounge verbringen).

Klein, komfortable Familienhotel . Komplexes neues , modernes Design , schneevolles Bett , viele Versorger , Tee , Kaffee . Sehr genossen das im Zimmer-Profis Haarfans . Wir nahm das Standardzimmer . Auf dem Atemwege , sehr schönes Personal, das immer kommen, um zu helfen in jedem Fall , Ola ist ein schönes Mädchen, das Russisch spricht , der Hotelbesitzer freundlich nahm sie zurück zum Strand . Am nächsten Tag gingen wir zum Strand ( 45 Minuten ) . Abfahrt , es gab einen kostenlosen Shuttle (am Strand um 10:00 , zurück 19:00) , wir haben es nicht verwendet , aber es ist . Frühstück ist eine schwache Verbindung , aber neben einem schönen 101 Shop . Wenn Sie in Ihrem Auto sein wollen - dies ist eine schöne Lage , mit Taxi hatten wir Schwierigkeiten , keine Hotelkarte , markieren Sie den Markt - und dann kein Problem . Ich wiederhole , das Hotelpersonal ist sehr hart und immer helfen Ein schöner sauberer Pool , können Sie bis zur Nacht schwimmen , neue Liege

Wir hatten einen unglaublichen glücklichen Urlaub im Hotel. 7/24 Restaurant ist toll, dass es nicht zu Stress beim Essen führt. Eine Anlage mit einer tollen Weltküche. Besonders der große Vorteil ist, dass der Strand dem Hauptgebäude sehr nahe ist. Die Zimmerreinigung wird bis zu den gründlichsten Details gemacht, Saliha, die Gesundheit der Frauen in Ihre Hände. Zunächst möchten wir uns sehr herzlich bei allen Mitarbeitern des Hotels bedanken. Wir besuchen seit Jahren diese Gegend und sind erstaunt darüber dieses Hotel nicht vorher entdeckt zu haben. Wir sind dieses Jahr direkt zwei mal hingereist. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und allen Wünschen wird nachgegangen. Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen wurde sogar das Menü für mich angepasst. Obwohl wir zwei Frauen waren, haben wir uns nie unwohl gefühlt ganz im Gegenteil hat sich alles wie Familie angefühlt als würden wir uns schon ewig kennen. Alle Aktivitäten machen mega spass und das Entertainment Team ist der absolute Hammer. Wenn mal die Musik nicht gepasst hat wurde sogar direkt eingegriffen und alles passend gemacht. Es war nie langweilig. An dieser Stelle möchten wir dem Entertainment Manager Alican, dem Entertainment Asisstenten Mr. Togi und dem Dj Hakan danken!! Zudem sind Yana, Alina und Anil immer für spass zu haben. Ein grosses Dankeschön und auf weitere Urlaube mit euch!!

Ein herausragendes Hotel, einfach TOP! Wir sind nun schon zum 6. Mal hier und weitere Besuche sind fest eingeplant. Das Hotel fühlt sich jedes Mal wie ein zweites Zuhause an. Die wunderschöne Anlage ist dezent und unaufdringlich, und obwohl es oft ausgebucht ist, hat man nie das Gefühl von Überfüllung. Das Essen ist einfach hervorragend und bietet eine große Auswahl an köstlichen Speisen. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und serviceorientiert. Vom Mitarbeitenden bis zum Chef, alle sind bemüht, das Wohl der Gäste bis ins kleinste Detail sicherzustellen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind Herr Savas und Herr Cüneyt für ihre vorbildliche Führung der Crew. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an das gesamte Team! Jeder Aufenthalt wird dank Euch zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter!

Dies ist unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, und erneut sind wir begeistert. Die Lage ist traumhaft, das Essen köstlich, und das Personal stets freundlich. Besonders möchten wir Ertugrul und Gökhan Köse danken, die uns seit letztem Jahr immer herzlich empfangen und sich stets um unser Wohl bemüht haben. Ihre herzliche Art war ein entscheidender Grund, warum wir uns auch dieses Jahr wieder für dieses Hotel entschieden haben!

Dieses Hotel wurde mir von meinem Freund Amway geschenkt. Ich habe diesen Ort nur gewählt, um mein Baby in den Urlaub zu bringen. Die Größe des Hotels ist angemessen, die Gesundheitsdienste sind sehr gut und es gibt viele Details, die die Leute ein wenig überraschen. Was für uns möglicherweise nicht ausreicht, ist morgen. Die Mahlzeiten waren im Grunde die gleichen. Wir waren für vier Nächte hier und hatten wirklich genug zu essen. Wir wollten nicht mehr essen. Alles andere war zufriedenstellend.

Hallo, mein Hotel ist wirklich schön, lustig und hygienisches. Die Hotelarbeiter sind sehr interessiert, sehr süß, lachend und nett.. Besonders bewundere ich die Freunde, die ich im Dartspiel kennengelernt habe, Gledys, Ilayda und Abdullah. Das Schicksal ist sehr süß und narr. Ich möchte gerne wiederkommen und werde sicher kommen. Ich war jetzt schon in einigen Ländern Urlaub machen wie Spanien, Dubai, Kenia etc. und das ist mein 1. Urlaub hier in der Türkei und bis her der allerbeste. Die Arbeiter im Hotel sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gibt es irgendwas sind die Arbeiter zu Stelle um zu helfen. Das Essen ist super und das Zimmer ist auch gut und wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht und die Zimmer bar wird jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Komme bestimmt wieder und werde in den selben Hotel bleiben. Vor allem die Stimmung ist immer positiv. Ich werde dieses Hotel jeden weiter empfehlen.

I loved everything about this hotel : the location in the fields with view on the mountains and a swimming pool, as well as 5 minutes walk from town center and 10 min drive to the beach. Rooms are quite big, all have a fridge, AC and a terrasse. Food was amazing, with fresh eggs or omelets, as well as fresh turkisch bread in the morning. Big variety of salads and cooked dishes, fruits etc. Grill cooking every evening. Drinks and cocktails were diverse and very tasty as well. Evening shows 3 times a week. And the BEST PERSONNEL EVER : attentive, efficient, friendly, caring etc... I would definitely chose this hotel over and over again !!!

I wanted to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. As a solo business traveler, everything was perfect for my conference. The room was cozy and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the balcony with a stunning sea view. The desk in my room allowed me to work efficiently while traveling. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to visit again in the summer for a perfect holiday spot. Best regards,

Ich kam zu diesem Ort für das Ereignis und hatte einige gemischte Gefühle. Das Front Desk Personal war super cool und nett. Gästebeziehungen Menschen ... Die meisten der Zeit konnten sie mir nicht richtig Informationen geben oder widersprüchlich/ irre mich. Das Zimmer war grundlegend. Aufgrund eines Baudefekts war immer Wasser im Duscheboden (es ging nicht für Stunden aus). Es ist nicht ok für 5 Sterne. Essen und Getränke waren nicht speziell, aber ok, verfügbar 24H. Das Gebiet ist die Hauptkatastrophe, weil es im Grunde ein Ort zwischen ein paar Straßen, die von der Schleife getrennt sind. Und das ist es - die Hotelwand und die Schleife. Fast keine Grünland und keinem Ort zu gehen, überhaupt kein Gebiet. Die Pools sind relativ klein. Also, angesichts des Preises, würde ich nicht zurück sein oder dort sein, wenn nicht für die besondere Veranstaltung. Denkt zweimal.
