If you are from the UK do not book this hotel as you will not be welcomed! The staff are very rude towards British people, me and my boyfriend booked all inclusive and only ate one day in this hotel as the food made me physically sick, not much variety of different food. We didn’t have any alcoholic drinks as we was asking for vodka and Pepsi and they were just giving us Pepsi no matter how much we asked for Vodka. I would be waiting at the bar to be served and the staff just walked away without even acknowledging me. The room was no where near 4 stars, the shower was hanging off the wall, no light in the main room so was stupidly dark, the room was really dusty and also no balcony only a small window which opened. We had no cleaner the whole time we was there. The water slides were not working at all the whole time we was there and the closest beach is a 30 minute walk and full of rubbish when you get there. If it wasn’t for land of legends being so close I dread to think how bad our holiday would have been. I’m not one to leave reviews usually but honestly save your money and do not book here!

This is the worst hotel experience of my life if i could give it zero stars i would the management of this hotel was rude and vile no customer service skills i have no idea how it is a 4 star hotel they can’t even facilitate a normal card transaction do not book this hotel save yourself the misery it ruined our holiday we moved from ramada lara to here and it was like being slapped in the face save your money it’s not worth it

We spent £1052 for a weeks stay at the start of July, the hotel it’s self up is gorgeous and it is very close to Land Of Legends which I highly recommend you visit. If you are wanting to visit The Land Of Legends, we paid £68 per person for the day, we booked it with a man named Hamza who is located in a near by shop, he looked after us very well. We also bought a boat trip with him which was £30 each. The staff in the hotel work extremely hard and they always polite. One of the only down sides of the hotel was food, the me and my girlfriend are picky eaters so the options were very limited it was usually chicken, pasta and rice. Overall this hotel is very good, it was 3 fresh water pools which people barely used. The hotel didn’t have very many english however the staff could speak a little of English.

David Is best butler that I may have at impressive Hotel it's easy to communicate every day and all you need he is always close to answer all things so with David . Öncelikle otel personellerinin ilgisine ve memnuniyeti önemi için teşekkür ederim. Otele sabah giriş yapışımızdan itibaren resepsiyon ve restoran tarafı açısından çok olumlu ve sıcak kanlı bir karşılama vardı. Yemekler çeşit ve lezzet bakımından oldukça kaliteli ve hijyenikti, otelin görünümü aynı fotoğraflardaki gibi ilgi çekici ve orijinal bir görünüşe sahipti. Odalar oldukça hijyenik ve hoş bir manzarası vardı kesinlikle herkese tavsiye edebileceğim ve paranın kesinlikle boşuna gitmediğinden emin olabilcekleri bir otel olduğu konusunda tavsiye bulunacağım. Tekrar Maya World Belek ekibine teşekkürlerimi sunarım.

Отдыхаем сейчас в отеле. Напишу, что понравилось и что нет. В Турции отдыхали много раз, в Белеке впервые. Начну сразу с того, что не понравилось: шатл-сервис плохой, возможно, раньше и было другое расписание, но теперь шатл ездит раз в час с 9.00 до 16.00, т.е. если вы хотите попасть на пляж после 16.00, то сами позаботьтесь, как будете добираться. Пешком идти 25 минут спокойным шагом, по жаре замучаешься. Питание : неплохо, но мало фруктов, блюда каждый день одинаковые. Мороженого нет. Развлечения, анимация: их в отеле тоже нет. Алкоголь, напитки: пиво, вино красное и белое, водка, никаких коктейлей, мохито и прочее. Пляж: самый главный минус далеко, но когда выбирали тур, везде было написано 10 минут пешком. На пляже нет бара от отеля, всё что вам предложат: лежаки и зонты, даже воду не дают, нужно брать из отеля. Территория: погулять на территории особо негде, мы выходили за пределы, но и там особо некуда сходить кроме Земли Легенд, о ней напишу ниже. Из плюсов: хорошая и быстрая уборка номера, чай, кофе, чайник есть. Постель достаточно удобная. Отель для спокойного отдыха, нет шума по ночам под окнами, в принципе мало народу, но может это мы так попали. Самое приятное впечатление получили от посещения тематического парка Земля Легенд, который находится в 10 минутах ходьбы от отеля, в принципе по этому и выбрали этот отель. Это Турецкий Диснейленд, описывать не буду, там нужно побывать и увидеть все красоты своими глазами.

Отель произвел самое благоприятное впечатление.От самой первой встречи до отъезда.Понравилось здание отеля,инфроструктура.Комнаты комфортабельны,всё необходимое есть.Нас встретили дружелюбно и несмотря,что мы приехали рано утром, пригласили на завтрак и через непродолжительное время предоставили комнату.Нас было трое:семейная пара и наша внучка.Питание в отеле достойное.Соответствует уровню отеля.До пляжа есть трансфер.Причем предоставляется транспорт по первому требованию.Я считаю,что в отеле очень сильный менеджмент.Порядок чувствуется во всем.Особенная благодарность барменам ! Не капризные,готовые всегда помочь. Самый заботливый бармен Шафак.И Али тоже хорош.Спасибо этим ребятам.Спасибо руководству отеля.Надеюсь на встречу в следующем году!

Memnun kaldım. Hamam Spa çok iyiydi. Yemek çeşiti ve kalitesi muhteşemdi. Otel odalarının konforu çok güzel. Tatlı menüsü çok zengin. Temizlik her gün yapılıyor. 3 Havuzda her gün temizleniyor. 4 kaydıraklı Aquaparkı var. Plaja belirli saatlerde servisi var.3 gece konakladım memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederim.
